1譴責失職的牧者耶和華的話臨到我說：
1The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
2“人子啊！你要說預言攻擊以色列眾牧者；你要對他們說預言：‘主耶和華這樣說：以色列眾牧者有禍了！他們只顧牧養自己。牧者豈不應當牧養羊群嗎？
2Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and tell them, even to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn’t the shepherds feed the sheep?
3你們吃脂油、穿羊毛，宰肥壯的羊，卻不牧養羊群。
3You eat the fat, and you clothe yourself with the wool, you kill the fatlings; but you don’t feed the sheep.
4瘦弱的，你們沒有養壯；患病的，你們沒有醫治；受傷的，你們沒有包紮；被趕散的，你們沒有領回；迷失的，你們沒有尋找；你們反而用強暴嚴嚴地管轄牠們。
4You haven’t strengthened the diseased, neither have you healed that which was sick, neither have you bound up that which was broken, neither have you brought back that which was driven away, neither have you sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigor you have ruled over them.
5牠們沒有牧人，就分散了，作了田野一切走獸的食物。
5They were scattered, because there was no shepherd; and they became food to all the animals of the field, and were scattered.
6我的羊在眾山和各高岡上流離；牠們分散在全地上，沒有人去尋，也沒有人去找。
6My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and on every high hill: yes, my sheep were scattered on all the surface of the earth; and there was none who searched or sought.
7“‘因此，你們這些作牧者的，要聽耶和華的話：
7Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of Yahweh:
8我指著我的永生起誓，我的羊因沒有牧人，就成了獵物，作了田野一切走獸的食物。我的眾牧者不尋找我的羊；他們只顧牧養自己，卻不牧養我的羊。這是主耶和華的宣告。
8As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, surely because my sheep became a prey, and my sheep became food to all the animals of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my sheep, but the shepherds fed themselves, and didn’t feed my sheep;
9因此，你們這些作牧者的，要聽耶和華的話。
9therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of Yahweh:
10主耶和華這樣說：看哪！我要與眾牧者為敵；我必向他們追討我的羊，使他們不再牧養羊群，也不再牧養自己。我必救我的羊脫離他們的口，不再作他們的食物。
10Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; and I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.
11耶和華親自作以色列的牧者“‘因為主耶和華這樣說：看哪！我必親自尋覓我的羊，把牠們找出來。
11For thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I myself, even I, will search for my sheep, and will seek them out.
12牧人在他的羊群四散的時候，怎樣尋找他的羊，我也必照樣尋找我的羊。這些羊在密雲幽暗的日子四散到各處，我要把牠們從那裡救回來。
12As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered abroad, so will I seek out my sheep; and I will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
13我必把牠們從萬族中領出來，從列邦中聚集牠們，領牠們歸回故土。我必在以色列的群山上，在眾溪水旁，在國內一切居住的地方，牧養牠們。
13I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the watercourses, and in all the inhabited places of the country.
14我必在美好的草場上牧養牠們，以色列的高山必作牧放牠們的地方。在那裡牠們必躺臥在美好的牧場上，牠們必在以色列群山肥美的草場上吃草。
14I will feed them with good pasture; and on the mountains of the height of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie down in a good fold; and on fat pasture shall they feed on the mountains of Israel.
15我必親自牧養我的羊，親自使牠們躺臥。這是主耶和華的宣告。
15I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I will cause them to lie down, says the Lord Yahweh.
16迷失的，我必尋找；被趕散的，我必領回；受傷的，我必包紮；患病的，我必養壯；肥壯的，我卻要除滅。我也必按著公正牧養牠們。
16I will seek that which was lost, and will bring back that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but the fat and the strong I will destroy; I will feed them in justice.
17懲罰惡羊“‘我的羊啊！論到你們，主耶和華這樣說：我要在羊與羊之間，在公綿羊與公山羊之間，施行審判。
17As for you, O my flock, thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I judge between sheep and sheep, the rams and the male goats.
18你們在美好的草場上吃草，還不知足嗎？剩下的草，你們竟用腳踐踏；你們喝了清水，剩下的你們竟用腳攪濁。
18Does it seem a small thing to you to have fed on the good pasture, but you must tread down with your feet the residue of your pasture? and to have drunk of the clear waters, but you must foul the residue with your feet?
19我的羊，就只能吃你們用腳踐踏過的，喝你們用腳攪濁了的。
19As for my sheep, they eat that which you have trodden with your feet, and they drink that which you have fouled with your feet.
20“‘因此，主耶和華對牠們這樣說：看哪！我必親自在肥羊與瘦羊之間施行審判。
20Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh to them: Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.
21因為你們用腰用肩擁擠所有瘦弱的，又用角牴觸牠們，直到把牠們驅散到外面，
21Because you thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the diseased with your horns, until you have scattered them abroad;
22所以我必拯救我的羊，使牠們不再作獵物。我要在羊與羊之間施行審判。
22therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.
23彌賽亞的預言“‘我必立一個牧人，就是我的僕人大衛，看管牠們，牧養牠們。他必牧養牠們，作牠們的牧人。
23I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.
24我耶和華必作牠們的 神，我的僕人大衛要在牠們中間作領袖。我耶和華已經說了。
24I, Yahweh, will be their God, and my servant David prince among them; I, Yahweh, have spoken it.
25“‘我必與牠們立平安的約，使惡獸從境內滅絕，牠們就可以在曠野安居，在樹林中躺臥。
25I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause evil animals to cease out of the land; and they shall dwell securely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
26我必使他們和我的山四圍都蒙福；我必按時降雨，這就是賜福的雨。
26I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season; there shall be showers of blessing.
27田野的樹木必結果子，地也必有出產；他們必在自己的土地上安居。我打斷他們所負的軛，救他們脫離奴役者的手的時候，他們就知道我是耶和華。
27The tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land; and they shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those who made slaves of them.
28他們必不再作列國的獵物，地上的野獸也不再吞吃他們；他們必安然居住，沒有人驚嚇他們。
28They shall no more be a prey to the nations, neither shall the animals of the earth devour them; but they shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid.
29我必給他們興起一個以種植聞名的地方，使他們在境內不再被饑荒消滅，也不再擔當列國的羞辱。
29I will raise up to them a plantation for renown, and they shall be no more consumed with famine in the land, neither bear the shame of the nations any more.
30那時，他們就知道我耶和華他們的 神與他們同在，並且知道他們以色列家是我的子民。這是主耶和華的宣告。
30They shall know that I, Yahweh, their God am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, says the Lord Yahweh.
31你們是我的羊，是我草場上的羊；我是你們的 神。這是耶和華的宣告。’”
31You my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, says the Lord Yahweh.
