1拜偶像者的懲罰耶和華的話臨到我說：
1The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
2“人子啊！你要面向以色列的群山說預言，
2Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy to them,
3說：‘以色列的群山，當聽主耶和華的話！主耶和華對大山、小山、溪澗和山谷這樣說：看哪！我必使刀劍臨到你，毀滅你們的邱壇。
3and say, You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Yahweh: Thus says the Lord Yahweh to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword on you, and I will destroy your high places.
4你們的祭壇必然荒廢，你們的香壇要被打碎；我要使你們被殺的人倒在你們的偶像面前。
4Your altars shall become desolate, and your incense altars shall be broken; and I will cast down your slain men before your idols.
5我要把以色列人的屍體放在他們的偶像面前，又把你們的骸骨拋散在你們祭壇的周圍。
5I will lay the dead bodies of the children of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones around your altars.
6在你們居住的一切地方，城鎮都必荒涼，邱壇都必荒廢，以致你們的祭壇荒廢被棄，你們的偶像被打碎、被消滅，你們的香壇要被砍下，你們所製造的要被除滅；
6In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate; that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your incense altars may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.
7被殺的人必倒在你們中間，你們就知道我是耶和華。
7The slain shall fall in the midst of you, and you shall know that I am Yahweh.
8遺民蒙恩免災“‘但我要保留一些餘剩的人，你們分散在各地的時候，你們必有人在列國中從刀劍下逃出來。
8Yet will I leave a remnant, in that you shall have some that escape the sword among the nations, when you shall be scattered through the countries.
9那時，逃脫的人必在被擄去的列國中想起我怎樣為了他們而傷痛，因為他們動了淫亂的心離棄我，他們邪淫的眼戀慕偶像；那時他們必為了自己所行的惡事和他們一切可憎的事厭惡自己。
9Those of you that escape shall remember me among the nations where they shall be carried captive, how that I have been broken with their lewd heart, which has departed from me, and with their eyes, which play the prostitute after their idols: and they shall loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.
10他們必知道我是耶和華，我說要降這災禍在他們身上的話並不是空話。’”
10They shall know that I am Yahweh: I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.
11行惡者必遭災禍主耶和華這樣說：“你要拍手頓足，說：‘哀哉！因以色列家一切可憎的惡事，他們必倒在刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫之下。’
11Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Strike with your hand, and stamp with your foot, and say, Alas! because of all the evil abominations of the house of Israel; for they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.
12在遠處的必因瘟疫死亡，在近處的必倒在刀劍之下，那餘下被圍困的也必因饑荒死亡。我必這樣在他們身上完全發盡我的烈怒。
12He who is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he who is near shall fall by the sword; and he who remains and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my wrath on them.
13他們被殺的人倒在他們偶像的中間，在他們祭壇的周圍，就是在各高岡各山頂上，在每一棵翠綠的樹下和茂盛的橡樹下，就是他們獻馨香的祭給一切偶像的地方。那時，他們就知道我是耶和華。
13You shall know that I am Yahweh, when their slain men shall be among their idols around their altars, on every high hill, on all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the places where they offered pleasant aroma to all their idols.
14我必伸手攻擊他們，使他們一切居住的地方，從曠野到第伯拉他，都變成非常荒涼，他們就知道我是耶和華。”
14I will stretch out my hand on them, and make the land desolate and waste, from the wilderness toward Diblah, throughout all their habitations: and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
