¹　神要審判其子民的仇敵列國啊，要近前來聽！眾民哪，要留心聽！地和地上所充滿的，世界和其中所出的一切，都要聽！

¹Come near, you nations, to hear! Listen, you peoples. Let the earth and all it contains hear; the world, and everything that comes from it.

²因為耶和華向列國發怒，向他們所有的軍隊發烈怒，要把他們滅盡，要把他們交出來受屠殺。

²For Yahweh is enraged against all the nations, and angry with all their armies. He has utterly destroyed them. He has given them over for slaughter.

³他們被殺的必被拋棄在外面，屍體的臭氣上騰，眾山都被他們的血所溶化。

³Their slain will also be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies will come up; and the mountains will melt in their blood.

⁴天上的萬象都必消殘；天也像書卷一般被捲起，所有星宿也必衰殘，像葡萄樹的葉子衰殘一樣，又像無花果樹的葉子凋落一樣。

⁴All of the army of the sky will be dissolved. The sky will be rolled up like a scroll, and all its armies will fade away, as a leaf fades from off a vine or a fig tree.

⁵因為我的刀在天上已經喝足了，看哪！它要落在以東，以及我決定要滅絕的民身上，為要施行審判。

⁵For my sword has drunk its fill in the sky. Behold, it will come down on Edom, and on the people of my curse, for judgment.

⁶耶和華的刀染滿了血，這刀因脂肪、羊羔和公山羊的血，以及公綿羊腰子的脂肪而滋潤，因為耶和華在波斯拉有殺牲獻祭的事，在以東地有大屠殺。

⁶Yahweh’s sword is filled with blood. It is covered with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Yahweh has a sacrifice in Bozrah, And a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

⁷野牛、牛犢與壯牛要與他們一同倒下，他們的地喝足了血，他們的塵土因脂肪而肥潤。

⁷The wild oxen will come down with them, and the young bulls with the mighty bulls; and their land will be drunken with blood, and their dust made greasy with fat.

⁸因為耶和華有報仇的日子，為錫安的案件，必有報應之年。

⁸For Yahweh has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

⁹以東的河水都要變成石油，它的塵土必變成硫磺，它的地土要變成燒著的石油，

⁹Its streams will be turned into pitch, its dust into sulfur, And its land will become burning pitch.

¹⁰晝夜不熄，煙氣永遠上騰，並且必世世代代變為荒涼，永永遠遠無人經過。

¹⁰It won’t be quenched night nor day. Its smoke will go up forever. From generation to generation, it will lie waste. No one will pass through it forever and ever.

¹¹但鵜鶘與箭豬要佔據那地，貓頭鷹和烏鴉必住在其中。耶和華必把空虛的準繩、混沌的線鉈，拉在其上。

¹¹But the pelican and the porcupine will possess it. The owl and the raven will dwell in it. He will stretch the line of confusion over it, and the plumb line of emptiness.

¹²它的顯貴一個也沒有了，以致不能稱為一國，所有的領袖也沒有了。

¹²They shall call its nobles to the kingdom, but none shall be there; and all its princes shall be nothing.

¹³以東的宮殿必長荊棘，它的堡壘必長蒺藜和刺草；它要作野狗的住處，作鴕鳥的居所。

¹³Thorns will come up in its palaces, nettles and thistles in its fortresses; and it will be a habitation of jackals, a court for ostriches.

¹⁴曠野的走獸必與豺狼相遇，野山羊必呼喊牠的同伴；連夜間的怪物也必在那裡棲身，為自己尋找休息的地方。

¹⁴The wild animals of the desert will meet with the wolves, and the wild goat will cry to his fellow. Yes, the night creature literally, lilith, which could also be a night demon or night monster shall settle there, and shall find herself a place of rest.

¹⁵箭蛇要在那裡築窩、下蛋、孵蛋，並且聚子在牠的陰影下；鷂鷹也各與自己的伴偶，聚集在那裡。

¹⁵The arrow snake will make her nest there, and lay, hatch, and gather under her shade. Yes, the kites will be gathered there, every one with her mate.

¹⁶你們要查考和閱讀耶和華的書卷；這些都無一缺少，也沒有一個是沒有伴偶的，因為他的口已吩咐了，他的靈已把牠們聚集。

¹⁶Search in the book of Yahweh, and read: not one of these will be missing. none will lack her mate. For my mouth has commanded, and his Spirit has gathered them.

¹⁷他也為牠們抽籤，他的手用準繩給牠們分地；牠們必永遠得著那地，也要世世代代住在其中。

¹⁷He has cast the lot for them, and his hand has divided it to them with a measuring line. They shall possess it forever. From generation to generation they will dwell in it.
