1宣告救恩的好信息主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華膏了我，叫我傳福音給困苦的人；差遣我去醫治傷心的人，向被擄的宣告自由，向被囚的宣告釋放；
1The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound;
2宣告耶和華悅納人的禧年，和我們的 神報仇的日子；安慰悲哀的人，
2to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn;
3為錫安悲哀的人穿上裝飾，賜給他們華冠代替灰塵，喜樂油代替悲哀，讚美衣代替沮喪的靈，他們必稱為公義的橡樹，是耶和華栽種的，好使他自己得著榮耀。
3to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified.
4他們必重建久已廢棄的荒場，建立先前荒涼之地；重修荒廢了的城鎮，就是歷代荒涼之處。
4They shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
5那時，外人要服事你們，牧放你們的羊群，外族人要作你們的農夫和葡萄園丁。
5Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6至於你們，卻要稱為耶和華的祭司，人必稱你們為我們 神的僕人；你們要享用列國的財富，因得著他們的榮耀而誇耀。
6But you shall be named the priests of Yahweh; men will call you the ministers of our God: you will eat the wealth of the nations, and you will boast in their glory.
7你們必得加倍的分，代替你們所受的羞愧，他們因自己所得的分而歡呼，代替羞辱，所以在他們的境內，他們必擁有加倍的產業，他們必有永遠的喜樂。
7Instead of your shame you shall have double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be to them.
8因為我耶和華喜愛公平，恨惡不義的搶奪；我要憑真理賞賜他們，與他們立永遠的約。
8“For I, Yahweh, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
9他們的後裔必在列國中被人認識，他們的子孫在萬民中也必這樣；看見他們的，都必承認他們是耶和華賜福的後裔。
9Their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Yahweh has blessed.”
10我因耶和華大大歡喜，我的心靠著我的 神快樂，因為他給我穿上救恩的衣服，給我披上公義的外袍，好像新郎戴上華冠，又像新娘佩戴裝飾。
10I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11地怎樣發生苗芽，園子怎樣使所種的生長起來，主耶和華也必怎樣使公義和讚美，在萬國之前生長出來。
11For as the earth brings forth its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord Yahweh will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
