1 神審判萬民耶和華這樣說：“天是我的寶座，地是我的腳凳；你們要在哪裡為我建造殿宇呢？怎樣的地方才是我安息的所在呢？”
1Thus says Yahweh, “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: what kind of house will you build to me? and what place shall be my rest?
2耶和華說：“這一切都是我親手所造的，所以它們就有了。以下這種人是我要垂顧的，就是謙卑、心靈傷痛、因我的話而戰兢的人。
2For all these things has my hand made, and so all these things came to be,” says Yahweh: “but to this man will I look, even to him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.
3宰牛獻祭，又殺人，獻羊羔為祭，又打折狗的頸項；獻上素祭，又獻上豬血；燒乳香作記念祭，又稱頌虛無之神；他們選擇他們自己的道路，他們的心裡喜悅他們那些可憎惡的事。
3He who kills an ox is as he who kills a man; he who sacrifices a lamb, as he who breaks a dog’s neck; he who offers an offering, as he who offers pig’s blood; he who burns frankincense, as he who blesses an idol. Yes, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations:
4所以，我也必選擇迷惑他們的事，使他們所懼怕的臨到他們身上；因為我呼喚你們，卻沒有人回答；我說話，你們都不聽，反倒行我眼中看為惡的事，選擇我所不喜悅的事。”
4I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears on them; because when I called, no one answered; when I spoke, they didn’t listen; but they did that which was evil in my eyes, and chose that in which I didn’t delight.”
5因耶和華的話而戰兢的人哪！你們要聽他的話。他說：“你們的兄弟，就是那些憎恨你們、因我的名趕走你們的，曾說：‘願耶和華得榮耀；讓我們看見你們的喜樂。’他們卻要蒙羞。
5Hear the word of Yahweh, you who tremble at his word: “Your brothers who hate you, who cast you out for my name’s sake, have said, ‘Let Yahweh be glorified, that we may see your joy;’ but it is those who shall be disappointed.
6聽啊！有喧嚷的聲音出自城中；有聲音出於殿裡。這是耶和華向他的仇敵施行報應的聲音！
6A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of Yahweh that renders recompense to his enemies.
7錫安沒有絞痛就生產；疼痛沒有臨到她身上，就生了一個男孩。
7“Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she delivered a son.
8像以下這樣的事，誰曾聽過呢？像下面這些事，誰曾見過呢？一地之民能在一天之內就產生嗎？一國的人能在一時之間就生下來嗎？但錫安一絞痛，就生下了兒女。
8Who has heard such a thing? who has seen such things? Shall a land be born in one day? shall a nation be brought forth at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.
9耶和華說：‘我既然使她臨盆，又怎能不使她生產呢？’你的 神說：‘我既然使她生產，又怎能使她閉胎不生呢？’
9Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth?” says Yahweh: “shall I who cause to bring forth shut the womb?” says your God.
10所有愛慕耶路撒冷的人哪！你們都要與她一同歡喜，都要因她快樂；所有為耶路撒冷哀悼的人哪！你們都要與她一同盡情歡樂。
10“Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all you who love her: rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn over her;
11好使你們能在她那安慰人的懷裡吃奶得飽；使你們能從她豐盛的榮耀裡擠奶而吃，滿心喜樂。”
11that you may nurse and be satisfied at the comforting breasts; that you may drink deeply, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.”
12因為耶和華這樣說：“看哪！我必使平安達到她那裡，好像江河一樣，使列國的財寶達到她那裡，如同漲溢的河流一般；你們要吮奶，你們必被抱在懷中，撫弄在膝上。
12For thus says Yahweh, “Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream: and you will nurse. You will be carried on her side, and will be dandled on her knees.
13人怎樣受他母親的安慰，我也怎樣安慰你們；你們要在耶路撒冷得安慰。”
13As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted in Jerusalem.”
14你們看見了，就心裡快樂，你們的骨頭必像嫩草一樣長起來，耶和華的手必向他的僕人顯現，他必向他的仇敵發怒。
14You will see it, and your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like the tender grass: and the hand of Yahweh shall be known toward his servants; and he will have indignation against his enemies.
15看哪！耶和華必在火中降臨，他的戰車好像旋風；他要以猛烈的怒氣施行報應，用火燄施行斥責。
15For, behold, Yahweh will come with fire, and his chariots shall be like the whirlwind; to render his anger with fierceness, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
16因為耶和華必用火和刀劍，在所有的人身上施行審判，被耶和華所殺的人必定很多。
16For by fire will Yahweh execute judgment, and by his sword, on all flesh; and the slain of Yahweh shall be many.
17那些自己分別為聖，又潔淨自己，進到園裡，在園中一個跟一個，吃豬肉、老鼠和可憎之物。他們都必一同滅亡；這是耶和華說的。
17“Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves to go to the gardens, behind one in the midst, eating pig’s flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, they shall come to an end together,” says Yahweh.
18我知道他們的行為和意念；我要來，聚集萬國萬族；他們都必來看我的榮耀。
18“For I know their works and their thoughts: the time comes, that I will gather all nations and languages; and they shall come, and shall see my glory.
19我要在他們中間施行神蹟，從他們中間差遣所有逃脫的人到列國去，就是到他施、普勒、善於拉弓的路德、土巴和雅完，以及從未聽過我的名聲、從未見過我的榮耀的遙遠眾海島；他們必把我的榮耀傳揚在列國中。
19“I will set a sign among them, and I will send such as escape of them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to the islands afar off, who have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the nations.
20他們要從萬國中用馬、用車、用轎、用騾子、用獨峰駝，把你們所有的兄弟都送到我的聖山耶路撒冷來，作供物獻給耶和華，好像以色列人用潔淨的器皿把供物送到耶和華的殿一樣；這是耶和華說的。
20They shall bring all your brothers out of all the nations for an offering to Yahweh, on horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and on mules, and on dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says Yahweh, as the children of Israel bring their offering in a clean vessel into the house of Yahweh.
21耶和華說：“我也必從他們中間取些人作祭司和作利未人。”
21Of them also will I take for priests and for Levites,” says Yahweh.
22耶和華說：“我所要造的新天新地怎樣在我面前留存，你們的後裔和你們的名字也必怎樣長存。
22“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me,” says Yahweh, “so your seed and your name shall remain.
23將來每逢月朔，每逢安息日，所有的人都必來在我面前敬拜；這是耶和華說的。
23It shall happen, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me,” says Yahweh.
24他們要出去，觀看那些悖逆我的人的屍體；因為他們的蟲是不死的，他們的火是不滅的；他們必成為所有人恨惡的東西。”
24“They shall go forth, and look on the dead bodies of the men who have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they will be loathsome to all mankind.”
