¹耶穌被押交彼拉多（太27:1~2、11~14；路23:1~3；約18:29~37）一到清晨，祭司長和長老、經學家以及公議會全體一致議決，把耶穌綁起來，押去交給彼拉多。

¹Immediately in the morning the chief priests, with the elders and scribes, and the whole council, held a consultation, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him up to Pilate.

²彼拉多問他：“你是猶太人的王嗎？”耶穌回答：“你說的是。”

²Pilate asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” He answered, “So you say.”

³祭司長控告了他許多事。

³The chief priests accused him of many things.

⁴彼拉多又問他：“你看，他們控告你這麼多的事！你甚麼都不回答嗎？”

⁴Pilate again asked him, “Have you no answer? See how many things they testify against you!”

⁵耶穌還是一言不答，使彼拉多非常驚奇。

⁵But Jesus made no further answer, so that Pilate marveled.

⁶彼拉多判耶穌釘十字架（太27:15~26；路23:13~25；約18:38~19:16）每逢這節期，彼拉多按著眾人所要求的，照例給他們釋放一個囚犯。

⁶Now at the feast he used to release to them one prisoner, whom they asked of him.

⁷有一個人名叫巴拉巴，和作亂的人囚禁在一起，他們作亂的時候，曾殺過人。

⁷There was one called Barabbas, bound with those who had made insurrection, men who in the insurrection had committed murder.

⁸群眾上去，要求彼拉多援例給他們辦理。

⁸The multitude, crying aloud, began to ask him to do as he always did for them.

⁹彼拉多回答他們：“你們要我給你們釋放這個猶太人的王嗎？”

⁹Pilate answered them, saying, “Do you want me to release to you the King of the Jews?”

¹⁰他知道祭司長是因為嫉妒才把耶穌交了來。

¹⁰For he perceived that for envy the chief priests had delivered him up.

¹¹祭司長卻煽動群眾，寧可要總督釋放巴拉巴給他們。

¹¹But the chief priests stirred up the multitude, that he should release Barabbas to them instead.

¹²彼拉多又對他們說：“那麼，你們稱為猶太人的王的，你們要我怎樣處置他呢？”

¹²Pilate again asked them, “What then should I do to him whom you call the King of the Jews?”

¹³他們就喊著說：“把他釘十字架！”

¹³They cried out again, “Crucify him!”

¹⁴彼拉多說：“他作了甚麼惡事呢？”眾人卻更加大聲喊叫：“把他釘十字架！”

¹⁴Pilate said to them, “Why, what evil has he done?” But they cried out exceedingly, “Crucify him!”

¹⁵彼拉多有意討好群眾，就釋放了巴拉巴給他們，把耶穌鞭打了，交給他們釘十字架。

¹⁵Pilate, wishing to please the multitude, released Barabbas to them, and handed over Jesus, when he had flogged him, to be crucified.

¹⁶士兵戲弄耶穌（太27:27~31）士兵把耶穌帶進總督府的院子裡，召集了全隊士兵。

¹⁶The soldiers led him away within the court, which is the Praetorium; and they called together the whole cohort.

¹⁷他們給他披上紫色的外袍，又用荊棘編成冠冕給他戴上；

¹⁷They clothed him with purple, and weaving a crown of thorns, they put it on him.

¹⁸就向他祝賀說：“猶太人的王萬歲！”

¹⁸They began to salute him, “Hail, King of the Jews!”

¹⁹又用一根蘆葦打他的頭，向他吐唾沫，並且跪下來拜他。

¹⁹They struck his head with a reed, and spat on him, and bowing their knees, did homage to him.

²⁰他們戲弄完了，就把他的紫色的外袍脫下，給他穿回自己的衣服，帶他出去，要釘十字架。

²⁰When they had mocked him, they took the purple off of him, and put his own garments on him. They led him out to crucify him.

²¹耶穌被釘十字架（太27:32~44；路23:26~43；約19:17~24）有一個古利奈人西門，就是亞歷山大和魯孚的父親，從鄉下來到，經過那裡，士兵就強迫他背著耶穌的十字架。

²¹They compelled one passing by, coming from the country, Simon of Cyrene, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to go with them, that he might bear his cross.

²²他們把耶穌帶到各各他地方（這地名譯出來就是“髑髏地”），

²²They brought him to the place called Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, “The place of a skull.”

²³拿沒藥調和的酒給他，他卻不接受。

²³They offered him wine mixed with myrrh to drink, but he didn’t take it.

²⁴他們就把他釘了十字架；又抽籤分他的衣服，看誰得著甚麼。

²⁴Crucifying him, they parted his garments among them, casting lots on them, what each should take.

²⁵他們釘他十字架的時候，是在上午九點鐘。

²⁵It was the third hour, 9:00 A. M. and they crucified him.

²⁶耶穌的罪狀牌上寫著“猶太人的王”。

²⁶The superscription of his accusation was written over him, “THE KING OF THE JEWS.”

²⁷他們又把兩個強盜和他一同釘十字架，一個在右，一個在左。

²⁷With him they crucified two robbers; one on his right hand, and one on his left.

²⁸（有些抄本有第28節：“這就應驗了經上所說的：‘他和不法者同列。’”）

²⁸The Scripture was fulfilled, which says, “He was numbered with transgressors.” NU omits verse 28.

²⁹過路的人譏笑他，搖著頭說：“哼，你這個要拆毀聖所，三日之內又把它建造起來的，

²⁹Those who passed by blasphemed him, wagging their heads, and saying, “Ha! You who destroy the temple, and build it in three days,

³⁰從十字架上把自己救下來吧！”

³⁰save yourself, and come down from the cross!”

³¹祭司長和經學家也同樣譏笑他，彼此說：“他救了別人，卻不能救自己；

³¹Likewise, also the chief priests mocking among themselves with the scribes said, “He saved others. He can’t save himself.

³²以色列的王基督啊，現在可以從十字架上下來，讓我們看見就信吧。”那和他同釘十字架的人也侮辱他。

³²Let the Christ, the King of Israel, now come down from the cross, that we may see and believe him. TR omits “him” ” Those who were crucified with him insulted him.

³³耶穌死時的情形（太27:45~56；路23:44~49；約19:28~30）從正午到下午三點鐘，遍地都黑暗了。

³³When the sixth hour or, noon had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. 3:00 PM

³⁴下午三點的時候，耶穌大聲呼號：“以羅伊，以羅伊，拉馬撒巴各大尼？”這句話譯出來就是：“我的　神，我的　神，你為甚麼離棄我？”

³⁴At the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is, being interpreted, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Psalm 22:1

³⁵有些站在旁邊的人聽見了就說：“看，他呼叫以利亞呢。”

³⁵Some of those who stood by, when they heard it, said, “Behold, he is calling Elijah.”

³⁶有一個人跑去拿海綿浸滿了酸酒，綁在蘆葦上，遞給他喝，說：“等一等，我們看看以利亞來不來救他。”

³⁶One ran, and filling a sponge full of vinegar, put it on a reed, and gave it to him to drink, saying, “Let him be. Let’s see whether Elijah comes to take him down.”

³⁷耶穌大叫一聲，氣就斷了。

³⁷Jesus cried out with a loud voice, and gave up the spirit.

³⁸聖所裡的幔子，從上到下裂成兩半。

³⁸The veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom.

³⁹站在他對面的百夫長，看見他這樣斷氣，就說：“這人真是　神的兒子！”

³⁹When the centurion, who stood by opposite him, saw that he cried out like this and breathed his last, he said, “Truly this man was the Son of God!”

⁴⁰也有些婦女遠遠地觀看，她們之中有抹大拉的馬利亞，小雅各和約西的母親馬利亞，以及撒羅米。

⁴⁰There were also women watching from afar, among whom were both Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome;

⁴¹這些婦女，當耶穌在加利利的時候，就一直跟隨他、服事他。此外，還有許多和他一同上耶路撒冷的婦女。

⁴¹who, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and served him; and many other women who came up with him to Jerusalem.

⁴²耶穌葬在墳墓裡（太27:57~61；路23:50~56；約19:38~42）到了晚上，因為是預備日，就是安息日的前一日，

⁴²When evening had now come, because it was the Preparation Day, that is, the day before the Sabbath,

⁴³一個一向等候　神國度的尊貴的議員，亞利馬太的約瑟來了，就放膽地進去見彼拉多，求領耶穌的身體。

⁴³Joseph of Arimathaea, a prominent council member who also himself was looking for the Kingdom of God, came. He boldly went in to Pilate, and asked for Jesus’ body.

⁴⁴彼拉多驚訝耶穌已經死了，就叫百夫長前來，問他耶穌是不是死了很久。

⁴⁴Pilate marveled if he were already dead; and summoning the centurion, he asked him whether he had been dead long.

⁴⁵他從百夫長知道了實情以後，就把屍體給了約瑟。

⁴⁵When he found out from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.

⁴⁶約瑟買了細麻布，把耶穌取下，用細麻布裹好，安放在一個從磐石鑿出來的墳墓裡，又輥過一塊石頭來擋住墓門。

⁴⁶He bought a linen cloth, and taking him down, wound him in the linen cloth, and laid him in a tomb which had been cut out of a rock. He rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.

⁴⁷抹大拉的馬利亞和約西的母親馬利亞都看見安放他的地方。

⁴⁷Mary Magdalene and Mary, the mother of Joses, saw where he was laid.
