¹Now these are the priests and the Levites who went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,

²Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,

³示迦尼、利宏、米利末、

³Shecaniah, Rehum, Meremoth,

⁴易多、近頓、亞比雅、

⁴Iddo, Ginnethoi, Abijah,

⁵米雅民、瑪底雅、璧迦、

⁵Mijamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,

⁶示瑪雅、約雅立、耶大雅、

⁶Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah.

⁷Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These were the chiefs of the priests and of their brothers in the days of Jeshua.

⁹Also Bakbukiah and Unno, their brothers, were over against them according to their offices.

¹⁰Jeshua became the father of Joiakim, and Joiakim became the father of Eliashib, and Eliashib became the father of Joiada,

¹¹耶何耶大生約拿單，約拿單生押杜亞。

¹¹and Joiada became the father of Jonathan, and Jonathan became the father of Jaddua.

¹²在約雅金的日子，祭司作族長的，屬西萊雅族的，有米拉雅；屬耶利米族的，有哈拿尼雅；

¹²In the days of Joiakim were priests, heads of fathers’ households: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah;

¹³屬以斯拉族的，有米書蘭；屬亞瑪利雅族的，有約哈難；

¹³of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan;

¹⁴屬米利古族的，有約拿單；屬示巴尼族的，有約瑟；

¹⁴of Malluchi, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph;

¹⁵屬哈琳族的，有押拿；屬米拉約族的，有希勒愷；

¹⁵of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai;

¹⁶屬易多族的，有撒迦利亞；屬近頓族的，有米書蘭；

¹⁶of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;

¹⁷屬亞比雅族的，有細基利；屬米拿民族的，有某一位；屬摩亞底族的，有毗勒太；

¹⁷of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai;

¹⁸屬璧迦族的，有沙母亞；屬示瑪族的，有約拿單；

¹⁸of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan;

¹⁹屬約雅立族的，有瑪特乃；屬耶大雅族的，有烏西；

¹⁹and of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi;

²⁰屬撒來族的，有加萊；屬亞木族的，有希伯；

²⁰of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber;

²¹屬希勒家族的，有哈沙比雅；屬耶大雅族的，有拿坦業。

²¹of Hilkiah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethanel.

²²在以利亞實、耶何耶大、約哈難和押杜亞的日子，利未人的族長都登記了，同樣，波斯王大利烏在位時的祭司也都登記了。

²²As for the Levites, in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, there were recorded the heads of fathers’ households; also the priests, in the reign of Darius the Persian.

²³作族長的利未人登記在編年錄上，直到以利亞實的孫子約哈難的時候。

²³The sons of Levi, heads of fathers’ households, were written in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.

²⁴利未人的族長是哈沙比雅、示利比、甲篾的兒子耶書亞與他們的兄弟相對站立，照著神人大衛的命令，按著班次讚美稱頌。

²⁴The chiefs of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brothers over against them, to praise and give thanks, according to the commandment of David the man of God, watch next to watch.

²⁵瑪他尼、八布迦、俄巴底亞、米書蘭、達們和亞谷都是守門的，守衛城門的庫房。

²⁵Mattaniah, and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, were porters keeping the watch at the storehouses of the gates.

²⁶這些人是在約撒達的孫子、耶書亞的兒子約雅金的日子，以及在省長尼希米和祭司兼經學家以斯拉的日子任職。

²⁶These were in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of Ezra the priest the scribe.

²⁷舉行新城牆奉獻典禮耶路撒冷城牆舉行奉獻典禮的時候，眾民在各地尋找利未人，帶他們到耶路撒冷來，要他們稱謝、歌唱、敲鈸、彈琴鼓瑟，歡歡喜喜地舉行奉獻典禮。

²⁷At the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to keep the dedication with gladness, both with giving thanks, and with singing, with cymbals, stringed instruments, and with harps.

²⁸歌唱者從耶路撒冷四圍的平原，從尼陀法的村莊，

²⁸The sons of the singers gathered themselves together, both out of the plain around Jerusalem, and from the villages of the Netophathites;

²⁹從伯．吉甲，從迦巴和押瑪弗的田莊聚集前來；因為歌唱者在耶路撒冷四圍為自己建造村莊。

²⁹also from Beth Gilgal, and out of the fields of Geba and Azmaveth: for the singers had built them villages around Jerusalem.

³⁰The priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.

³¹我帶領猶大的領袖上了城牆，組織了兩大隊頌讚的人，一隊在城牆右邊，向著糞門前進，

³¹Then I brought up the princes of Judah on the wall, and appointed two great companies who gave thanks and went in procession. One went on the right hand on the wall toward the dung gate;

³²and after them went Hoshaiah, and half of the princes of Judah,

³³還有亞撒利雅、以斯拉、米書蘭、

³³and Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam,

³⁴Judah, and Benjamin, and Shemaiah, and Jeremiah,

³⁵還有拿著號筒的祭司：約拿單的兒子撒迦利亞；約拿單是示瑪雅的兒子，示瑪雅是瑪他尼的兒子，瑪他尼是米該亞的兒子，米該亞是撒刻的兒子，撒刻是亞薩的兒子；

³⁵and certain of the priests’ sons with trumpets: Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph;

³⁶他的兄弟示瑪雅、亞撒利、米拉萊、基拉萊、瑪艾、拿但業、猶大、哈拿尼拿著神人大衛的樂器。經學家以斯拉走在他們前面，

³⁶and his brothers, Shemaiah, and Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethanel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God; and Ezra the scribe was before them.

³⁷他們到了泉門，就登上大衛城的臺階，隨著城牆的升勢，經過大衛的宮殿，走到東邊的水門。

³⁷By the spring gate, and straight before them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the ascent of the wall, above the house of David, even to the water gate eastward.

³⁸第二隊頌讚的人往左邊行，我和一半的人民跟著他們，在城牆上過了爐樓，直走到寬牆，

³⁸The other company of those who gave thanks went to meet them, and I after them, with the half of the people, on the wall, above the tower of the furnaces, even to the broad wall,

³⁹過了以法蓮門、古門、魚門、哈楠業樓、哈米亞樓，直到羊門，就在護衛院的門前站住。

³⁹and above the gate of Ephraim, and by the old gate, and by the fish gate, and the tower of Hananel, and the tower of Hammeah, even to the sheep gate: and they stood still in the gate of the guard.

⁴⁰於是這兩隊頌讚的人就站在　神的殿裡，我和一半的官長也站在那裡；

⁴⁰So stood the two companies of those who gave thanks in God’s house, and I, and the half of the rulers with me;

⁴¹祭司以利亞金、瑪西雅、米拿尼、米該雅、以利約乃、撒迦利亞和哈楠尼亞，拿著號筒；

⁴¹and the priests, Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Micaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, and Hananiah, with trumpets;

⁴²又有瑪西雅、示瑪雅、以利亞撒、烏西、約哈難、瑪基雅、以攔和以謝；歌唱者在伊斯拉希雅領導下，高聲歌唱。

⁴²and Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Uzzi, and Jehohanan, and Malchijah, and Elam, and Ezer. The singers sang loud, with Jezrahiah their overseer.

⁴³那一天，眾人獻上極大的祭祀，而且非常歡樂，因為　神使他們大大歡樂；連婦女和孩童也都歡樂；耶路撒冷歡樂的聲音在老遠的地方都可以聽見。

⁴³They offered great sacrifices that day, and rejoiced; for God had made them rejoice with great joy; and the women also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.

⁴⁴儲備利未人和祭司所需的那時，有一些人被委派管理存放舉祭、初熟之物和十分之一供物的庫房，把各城的田地，照著律法所規定歸給祭司和利未人的部分收集到那裡。猶大人為侍立供職的祭司和利未人歡樂。

⁴⁴On that day were men appointed over the rooms for the treasures, for the wave offerings, for the first fruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them, according to the fields of the cities, the portions appointed by the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites who waited.

⁴⁵祭司和利未人謹守他們的　神所吩咐的，謹守潔淨的禮；歌唱者和守門的也照著大衛和他的兒子所羅門的命令去行，

⁴⁵They performed the duty of their God, and the duty of the purification, and so did the singers and the porters, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.

⁴⁶因為遠在大衛和亞薩的時代，已有詩班長，並且有讚美稱頌　神的詩歌。

⁴⁶For in the days of David and Asaph of old there was a chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving to God.

⁴⁷在所羅巴伯和尼希米的日子，以色列眾人把歌唱的和守門的每日應得的分供給他們；又把分別為聖的分給利未人；而利未人也把分別為聖的分給亞倫的子孫。

⁴⁷All Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, as every day required: and they set apart that which was for the Levites; and the Levites set apart that which was for the sons of Aaron.
