1指摘耶路撒冷的罪這叛逆、污穢、欺壓人的城有禍了！
1Woe to her who is rebellious and polluted, the oppressing city!
2她不聽話，也不受管教；她不倚靠耶和華，也不親近她的 神。
2She didn’t obey the voice. She didn’t receive correction. She didn’t trust in Yahweh. She didn’t draw near to her God.
3城中的領袖都是咆哮的獅子，城中的審判官是夜間的豺狼，甚麼都不留到早晨。
3Her princes in the midst of her are roaring lions. Her judges are evening wolves. They leave nothing until the next day.
4城中的先知都是輕浮詭詐的人；城中的祭司褻瀆聖物，違犯律法。
4Her prophets are arrogant and treacherous people. Her priests have profaned the sanctuary. They have done violence to the law.
5耶和華在城中是公義的，決不行不義的事；他每日早晨都顯明公正，永不止息。不公義的人卻不知廉恥。
5Yahweh, in the midst of her, is righteous. He will do no wrong. Every morning he brings his justice to light. He doesn’t fail, but the unjust know no shame.
6我耶和華已經剪除列國，他們的城樓被毀；我已經使他們的街道荒涼，以致杳無人跡；他們的城市荒廢，以致無人存留，無人居住。
6I have cut off nations. Their battlements are desolate. I have made their streets waste, so that no one passes by. Their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, so that there is no inhabitant.
7我說：“她定要敬畏我，接受管教。”這樣，她的住所必不會照著我原定對她的懲罰被剪除。可是他們殷勤行惡，敗壞了自己一切所作的。
7I said, “Just fear me. Receive correction, so that her dwelling won’t be cut off, according to all that I have appointed concerning her.” But they rose early and corrupted all their doings.
8耶路撒冷必蒙拯救耶和華說：“因此，你們要等候我，等候我起來指證的日子，我已經決定集合萬邦，召聚列國，把我的盛怒，就是我的一切烈怒，都傾倒在他們身上；因為全地都必被我的妒火吞滅。
8“Therefore wait for me,” says Yahweh, “until the day that I rise up to the prey, for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour on them my indignation, even all my fierce anger, for all the earth will be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
9那時我要使萬民有潔淨的嘴唇，他們全都可以呼求耶和華的名，同心合意事奉耶和華。
9For then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that they may all call on the name of Yahweh, to serve him shoulder to shoulder.
10敬拜我的人，就是我所分散的人，必從古實河外而來，給我獻上禮物。
10From beyond the rivers of Cush, my worshipers, even the daughter of my dispersed people, will bring my offering.
11到了那日，你必不因你背叛我所作的一切感到羞愧，因為那時我必從你中間除掉那些自高自大的人。在我的聖山上，你必不再高傲。
11In that day you will not be disappointed for all your doings, in which you have transgressed against me; for then I will take away out of the midst of you your proudly exulting ones, and you will no more be haughty in my holy mountain.
12但我要在你中間留下謙虛卑微的人；他們必投靠耶和華的名。
12But I will leave in the midst of you an afflicted and poor people, and they will take refuge in the name of Yahweh.
13以色列的餘民必不再行不義，也必不說謊；他們的口裡也沒有詭詐的舌頭。他們吃喝躺臥，沒有人驚嚇他們。”
13The remnant of Israel will not do iniquity, nor speak lies, neither will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth, for they will feed and lie down, and no one will make them afraid.”
14歡樂之歌錫安的居民（“居民”原文作“女子”）哪！你們要高歌。以色列啊！你們要歡呼。耶路撒冷的居民哪！你們要滿心歡喜快樂。
14Sing, daughter of Zion! Shout, Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, daughter of Jerusalem.
15耶和華已經除去你們的刑罰，趕走你們的仇敵。以色列的王，耶和華在你們中間，你們必不再懼怕災禍。
15Yahweh has taken away your judgments. He has thrown out your enemy. The King of Israel, Yahweh, is in the midst of you. You will not be afraid of evil any more.
16到了那日，必有人對耶路撒冷說：“錫安哪！不要懼怕；你的手不要下垂。
16In that day, it will be said to Jerusalem, “Don’t be afraid, Zion. Don’t let your hands be weak.”
17耶和華你的 神在你中間，他是施行拯救的大能者，必因你歡欣快樂，必默然愛你，而且必因你喜樂歡唱。”
17Yahweh, your God, is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
18“那些屬你，為了切慕大會而憂愁的人，他們擔當了羞辱；我必招聚他們。
18I will remove those who grieve about the appointed feasts from you. They are a burden and a reproach to you.
19看哪！那時我必對付一切苦待你的人；我必拯救那些瘸腿的，聚集那些被趕散的；在全地受羞辱的，我必使他們得稱讚，有名聲。
19Behold, at that time I will deal with all those who afflict you, and I will save those who are lame, and gather those who were driven away. I will give them praise and honor, whose shame has been in all the earth.
20那時我必把你們領回，那時我必把你們齊集；我使你們被擄的人歸回的時候，必在你們眼前，叫你們在地上的萬民中得稱讚，有名聲。”這是耶和華說的。
20At that time will I bring you in, and at that time will I gather you; for I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes, says Yahweh.
