1立石头写诫命
1`And Moses — the elders of Israel also — commandeth the people, saying, Keep all the command which I am commanding you to-day;
2将来你们过约旦河，到了耶和华你的 神赐给你的土地的那一天，你要立起几块大石头，墁上石灰。
2and it hath been, in the day that ye pass over the Jordan unto the land which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee, that thou hast raised up for thee great stones, and plaistered them with plaister,
3你过河以后，要把这律法的一切话都写在石头上面，使你可以进入耶和华你的 神赐给你的土地，就是流奶与蜜的地，正如耶和华你列祖的 神应许你的。
3and written on them all the words of this law in thy passing over, so that thou goest in unto the land which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee — a land flowing with milk and honey, as Jehovah, God of thy fathers, hath spoken to thee.
4所以，将来你们过了约旦河，就要在以巴路山上，照着我今日吩咐你们的，把这些石头立起来，墁上石灰。
4`And it hath been, in your passing over the Jordan, ye raise up these stones which I am commanding you to-day, in mount Ebal, and thou hast plaistered them with plaister,
5在那里你要为耶和华你的 神筑一座石坛，在石头上你不可动铁器。
5and built there an altar to Jehovah thy God, an altar of stones, thou dost not wave over them iron.
6你要用没有凿过的整块石头筑耶和华你的 神的坛；在坛上你要献上燔祭给耶和华你的 神；
6Of complete stones thou buildest the altar of Jehovah thy God, and hast caused to ascend on it burnt-offerings to Jehovah thy God,
7又要献上平安祭，并且在那里吃喝；也要在耶和华你的 神面前欢乐。
7and sacrificed peace-offerings, and eaten there, and rejoiced before Jehovah thy God,
8你要把这律法的一切话，都清清楚楚写在石头上。”
8and written on the stones all the words of this law, well engraved.`
9摩西和利未支派的祭司对以色列众人说：“以色列啊，要默默静听；今日你已经成为耶和华你的 神的子民了。
9And Moses speaketh — the priests, the Levites, also — unto all Israel, saying, `Keep silent, and hear, O Israel, this day thou hast become a people to Jehovah thy God;
10所以你要听从耶和华你的 神的话，遵行他的诫命和律例，就是我今日吩咐你的。”
10and thou hast hearkened to the voice of Jehovah thy God, and done His commands, and His statutes, which I am commanding thee to-day.`
11犯罪的必受咒诅那天摩西又吩咐人民：
11And Moses commandeth the people on that day, saying,
12“你们过了约旦河以后，西缅、利未、犹大、以萨迦、约瑟、便雅悯等支派的人，要站在基利心山上为人民祝福；
12`These do stand, to bless the people, on mount Gerizzim, in your passing over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
13流本、迦得、亚设、西布伦、但、拿弗他利等支派的人，要站在以巴路山上宣布咒诅的话。
13And these do stand, for the reviling, on mount Ebal: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14利未人要向以色列众人大声说：
14`And the Levites have answered and said unto every man of Israel — a loud voice:
15“‘制造耶和华厌恶的雕像或铸像，工人手中做的，并且在暗处设立的，那人必受咒诅。’众民都要应声说：‘阿们。’
15`Cursed [is] the man who maketh a graven and molten image, the abomination of Jehovah, work of the hands of an artificer, and hath put [it] in a secret place, — and all the people have answered and said, Amen.
16“‘轻慢父母的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
16`Cursed [is] He who is making light of his father and his mother, — and all the people have said, Amen.
17“‘移动邻舍地界的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
17`Cursed [is] he who is removing his neighbour`s border, — and all the people have said, Amen.
18“‘使瞎子走错路的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
18`Cursed [is] he who is causing the blind to err in the way, — and all the people have said, Amen.
19“‘对寄居的和孤儿寡妇屈枉正直的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
19`Cursed [is] he who is turning aside the judgment of fatherless, sojourner, and widow, — and all the people have said, Amen.
20“‘和父亲的妻子同寝的，必受咒诅，因为他揭开了他父亲的衣襟。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
20`Cursed [is] he who is lying with his father`s wife, for he hath uncovered his father`s skirt, — and all the people have said, Amen.
21“‘和任何野兽同寝的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
21`Cursed [is] he who is lying with any beast, — and all the people have said, Amen.
22“‘和同父异母，或是同母异父的姊妹同寝的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
22`Cursed [is] he who is lying with his sister, daughter of his father, or daughter of his mother, — and all the people have said, Amen.
23“‘和岳母同寝的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
23`Cursed [is] he who is lying with his mother-in-law, — and all the people have said, Amen.
24“‘暗中杀害邻舍的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
24`Cursed [is] he who is smiting his neighbour in secret, — and all the people have said, Amen.
25“‘接受贿赂杀人，流无辜人的血的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’
25`Cursed [is] he who is taking a bribe to smite a person, innocent blood, — and all the people have said, Amen.
26“‘不坚守这律法的话去遵行的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’”
26`Cursed [is] he who doth not establish the words of this law, to do them, — and all the people have said, Amen.
