¹In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

¹以賽亞見異象烏西雅王去世那年，我看見主坐在高高的寶座上，他的衣裳垂下，充滿聖殿。

²Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

²在他上面有撒拉弗侍立，各有六個翅膀；用兩個翅膀遮臉，兩個翅膀遮腳，兩個翅膀飛翔。

³And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

³他們彼此高呼著說：“聖哉！聖哉！聖哉！萬軍之耶和華！他的榮光充滿全地。”

⁴And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

⁴因呼叫者的聲音，門檻的根基震撼，殿也充滿了煙雲。

⁵Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

⁵那時我說：“我有禍了，我滅亡了！因為我是個嘴唇不潔的人，又住在嘴唇不潔的人民中間，又因為我親眼看見了大君王萬軍之耶和華。”

⁶Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:

⁶有一個撒拉弗飛到我面前，手裡拿著燒紅的炭，是用火鉗從祭壇上取來的。

⁷And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

⁷他用炭沾我的口，說：“看哪！這炭沾了你的嘴唇，你的罪孽就除掉，你的罪惡就赦免了。”

⁸Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

⁸以賽亞的使命我又聽見主的聲音說：“我可以差遣誰呢？誰肯為我們去呢？”我說：“我在這裡，請差遣我。”

⁹And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

⁹他說：“你去告訴這子民，說：‘你們聽了又聽，卻不明白；看了又看，卻不曉得。’

¹⁰Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

¹⁰你要使這子民的心思遲鈍，耳朵不靈，眼睛昏暗，免得他們眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裡明白，回轉過來，得到醫治。”

¹¹Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

¹¹於是我說：“主啊，這要到幾時為止呢？”他回答說：“直到城鎮荒涼，無人居住；房屋空置無人，地土廢棄荒涼。

¹²And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

¹²耶和華要把人遷到遠方，在這境內必有很多被撇下的地土。

¹³But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.

¹³境內剩下的人，雖然只有十分之一，也必被消滅。但正如栗樹和橡樹，雖然被砍下，樹的餘幹還存留在那裡。這聖潔的苗裔，就是這國的餘幹。”
