1I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
1فاطلب اول كل شيء ان تقام طلبات وصلوات وابتهالات وتشكرات لاجل جميع الناس
2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
2لاجل الملوك وجميع الذين هم في منصب لكي نقضي حياة مطمئنة هادئة في كل تقوى ووقار.
3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
3لان هذا حسن ومقبول لدى مخلّصنا الله
4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
4الذي يريد ان جميع الناس يخلصون والى معرفة الحق يقبلون.
5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
5لانه يوجد اله واحد ووسيط واحد بين الله والناس الانسان يسوع المسيح
6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
6الذي بذل نفسه فدية لاجل الجميع الشهادة في اوقاتها الخاصة
7Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
7التي جعلت انا لها كارزا ورسولا. الحق اقول في المسيح ولا اكذب. معلّما للامم في الايمان والحق
8I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
8فاريد ان يصلّي الرجال في كل مكان رافعين ايادي طاهرة بدون غضب ولا جدال.
9In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
9وكذلك ان النساء يزيّنّ ذواتهنّ بلباس الحشمة مع ورع وتعقل لا بضفائر او ذهب او لآلىء او ملابس كثيرة الثمن
10But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
10بل كما يليق بنساء متعاهدات بتقوى الله باعمال صالحة.
11Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
11لتتعلّم المرأة بسكوت في كل خضوع.
12But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
12ولكن لست آذن للمرأة ان تعلّم ولا تتسلط على الرجل بل تكون في سكوت.
13For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
13لان آدم جبل اولا ثم حواء.
14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
14وآدم لم يغو لكن المرأة أغويت فحصلت في التعدي.
15Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
15ولكنها ستخلص بولادة الاولاد ان ثبتن في الايمان والمحبة والقداسة مع التعقل
