¹And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

¹Ug gipanalanginan sa Dios si Noe ug ang iyang mga anak, ug miingon kanila: Magmabungaon kamo, ug managdaghan kamo, ug lukpon ninyo ang yuta.

²And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

²Ug ang pagkahadlok tungod kaninyo ug ang pagkakulba tungod kaninyo moabut sa ibabaw sa tanan nga mananap sa yuta, ug sa tanan nga langgam sa kalangitan; sa tanan nga nagakamang sa yuta, ug sa tanan nga mga isda sa dagat, sa inyong kamot ginatugyan sila.

³Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

³Ang tanang butang nga nagalihok ug buhi mahimong kalan-on alang kaninyo; ingon sa mga utanon ug mga balili gihatag ko kaninyo ang tanan.

⁴But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

⁴Apan ang unod uban ang kinabuhi niini, nga mao ang dugo, dili ninyo pagkan-on.

⁵And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man.

⁵Kay sa pagkamatuod gayud, ang dugo sa inyong mga kinabuhi pagapanilngon ko; sa kamot sa tanan nga mga mananap pagapanilngon ko kini; ug sa kamot sa tawo bisan pa sa kamot sa igsoon sa tagsa ka tawo, pagapanilngon ang kinabuhi sa tawo.

⁶Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

⁶Bisan kinsa nga magaula ug dugo sa tawo, tungod sa tawo ang iyang dugo pagaulaon; kay sa dagway sa Dios gibuhat ang tawo.

⁷And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

⁷Ug kamo, managpamunga ug managdaghan kamo; pangliwat kamo sa dagaya gayud sa yuta ug dumaghan kamo diha niana.

⁸And God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying,

⁸Ug misulti ang Dios kang Noe ug sa iyang mga anak nga uban kaniya nga nagaingon:

⁹And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;

⁹Ug ako, tan-awa, ako magatukod sa akong saad uban kaninyo, ug sa inyong kaliwatan sa ulahi kaninyo:

¹⁰And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.

¹⁰Ug sa tanan nga binuhat nga buhi nga anaa uban kaninyo, sa mga langgam, sa mga mananap ug sa tanan nga hayupan sa yuta nga anaa uban kaninyo; sukad sa tanan nga mga mingkawas sa arca lakip ang tanan nga mananap sa yuta.

¹¹And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.

¹¹Ug pagatukoron ko ang akong saad uban kaninyo, ug dili na mapoo pag-usab ang tanan nga unod pinaagi sa mga tubig sa lunop; wala na gayud ing lunop nga magalaglag sa yuta.

¹²And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

¹²Ug miingon ang Dios: Kini mao ang timaan sa saad nga akong gitukod sa taliwala nako ug ninyo, ug sa tanan nga binuhat nga buhi nga anaa uban kaninyo, alang sa mga kaliwatan nga dayon:

¹³I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

¹³Ang akong balangaw igabutang ko diha sa panganod, ug mahimo kini nga usa ka timaan sa saad sa taliwala nako ug sa yuta.

¹⁴And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

¹⁴Ug mahitabo nga sa diha nga pagapaanhion ko ang dag-um sa ibabaw sa yuta, nga ang balangaw makita sa panganod,

¹⁵And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

¹⁵Ug pagahinumduman ko ang akong saad, nga ania sa taliwala kanako ug kaninyo, ug sa tanan nga binuhat nga buhi sa tibook nga unod; ug ang mga tubig dili na mahimo nga lunop aron pagalaglagon ang tanan nga unod.

¹⁶And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

¹⁶Ug ang balangaw anha sa panganod; ug pagatan-awon ko kini aron mahinumduman ko ang saad nga dayon sa taliwala sa Dios ug sa tanan nga binuhat nga buhi sa tanang unod nga anaa sa ibabaw sa yuta.

¹⁷And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.

¹⁷Busa miingon ang Dios kang Noe: Kini mao ang timaan sa saad nga akong gitukod sa taliwala nako ug sa tanan nga unod nga anaa sa ibabaw sa yuta.

¹⁸And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan.

¹⁸Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Noe nga nangawas sa arca mao sila si Sem, si Ham, ug si Japhet; ug si Ham mao ang amahan ni Canaan.

¹⁹These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread.

¹⁹Kining totolo mao ang mga anak nga lalake ni Noe; ug gikan kanila napuno ang tibook nga yuta.

²⁰And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:

²⁰Ug misugod si Noe sa pag-uma sa yuta, ug mitanum siya ug usa ka parrasan:

²¹And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.

²¹Ug miinum siya sa vino ug nahubog siya, ug nahuboan siya sa sulod sa iyang balongbalong.

²²And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.

²²Ug si Ham nga amahan ni Canaan, nakakita sa pagkahubo sa iyang amahan, ug siya misulti sa iyang duruha ka mga igsoon nga didto sa gawas.

²³And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.

²³Unya si Sem ug si Japhet mikuha ug usa ka bisti, ug kini gibutang nila sa ibabaw sa ilang duha ka mga abaga, ug naglakaw nga nagatalikod, ug gitabon ang pagkahubo sa ilang amahan; ug tinalikod ang ilang mga nawong, ug wala sila makakita sa pagkahubo sa ilang amahan.

²⁴And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.

²⁴Ug nahigmata si Noe gikan sa iyang vino ug nahibalo siya sa gibuhat kaniya sa iyang anak nga lalake nga kamanghuran.

²⁵And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

²⁵Ug miingon siya: Pagtunglohon si Canaan; ulipon sa mga ulipon siya sa iyang mga igsoon.

²⁶And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

²⁶Ug miingon pa siya: Dalayegon si Jehova, ang Dios ni Sem, ug si Canaan mahimong sulogoon niya.

²⁷God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

²⁷Pagapauswagon sa Dios si Japhet ug magapuyo siya sa mga balongbalong ni Sem, ug si Canaan mahimong iyang ulipon.

²⁸And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.

²⁸Ug nakadangat si Noe sa human na ang lunop totolo ka gatus ug kalim-an ka tuig.

²⁹And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.

²⁹Ug ang tanan nga mga adlaw ni Noe siyam ka gatus ug kalim-an ka tuig ug namatay siya.
