¹I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.

²Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

²Tungod kay iyang gikiling kanako ang iyang igdulungog, Busa magatawag ako kaniya samtang ako buhi pa.

³The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

³Ginalikusan ako sa mga talikala sa kamatayon, ug ang kasakit sa Sheol minggapusa kanako: Ang kaguol ug kasakit maoy hingpalgan ko.

⁴Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

⁴Unya gisangpit ko ang ngalan ni Jehova: Oh Jehova, luwasa ang akong kalag, nangamuyo ako kanimo.

⁵Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

⁵Puno sa gracia si Jehova, ug matarung; Oo, maloloy-on ang atong Dios.

⁶The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.

⁶Si Jehova nagabantay sa mga walay-pagtagad: Gipaubos ako, ug iyang giluwas ako.

⁷Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

⁷Bumalik ka sa imong kapahulayan, Oh kalag ko; Kay si Jehova nagpanalangin sa madagayaon gayud kanimo.

⁸For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

⁸Kay imong giluwas ang akong kalag gikan sa kamatayon, Ang akong mga mata gikan sa mga luha, Ug ang akong mga tiil gikan sa pagkahidalin-as.

⁹I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

⁹Magalakaw ako sa atubangan ni Jehova Sa yuta sa mga buhi.

¹⁰I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:

¹⁰Ako motoo, kay mosulti ako: Gisakit ako sa hilabihan gayud:

¹¹I said in my haste, All men are liars.

¹¹Sa hinanali ako nakaingon: Ang tanang tawo mga bakakon.

¹²What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

¹²Unsa man ang akong igabayad kang Jehova Tungod sa tanan niyang mga kaayohan kanako?

¹³I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

¹³Dawaton ko ang copa sa kaluwasan, Ug pagasangpiton ko ang ngalan ni Jehova.

¹⁴I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

¹⁴Magabayad ako sa akong mga panaad kang Jehova, Oo, diha sa atubangan sa tanan niyang katawohan.

¹⁵Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

¹⁵Hamili sa pagtan-aw ni Jehova Ang kamatayon sa iyang mga balaan.

¹⁶O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

¹⁶Oh Jehova, sa pagkamatuod ako mao ang imong alagad: Ako mao ang imong alagad, ang anak nga lalake sa imong alagad nga babaye; Gihubad mo ang akong mga talikala.

¹⁷I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.

¹⁷Akong ihalad kanimo ang halad-sa-pasalamat, Ug sangpiton ko ang ngalan ni Jehova.

¹⁸I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

¹⁸Kang Jehova magabayad ako sa akong mga panaad, Oo, diha sa atubangan sa tanan niyang katawohan,

¹⁹In the courts of the LORD's house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.

¹⁹Sa mga sawang sa balay ni Jehova, Sa kinataliwad-an mo, Oh Jerusalem. Dayegon ninyo si Jehova.
