1Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
1Dayegon ninyo si Jehova. Dayega si Jehova, Oh kalag ko.
2While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
2Samtang buhi pa ako magadayeg ako kang Jehova: Magaawit ako ug mga pagdayeg sa akong Dios samtang buhi pa ako.
3Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
3Ayaw pag-ibutang ang inyong pagsalig sa mga principe, Ni sa anak nga lalake sa tawo, nga kaniya walay panabang.
4His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
4Mogula ang iyang gininhawa, sa yuta siya mobalik; Nianang maong adlaw mahanaw ang iyang mga hunahuna.
5Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:
5Malipayon siya nga anaa kaniya ang Dios ni Jacob alang sa iyang panabang, Kansang paglaum anaa kang Jehova nga iyang Dios:
6Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
6Siya nga nagbuhat sa langit ug sa yuta, Sa dagat, ug sa tanan nga anaa kanila; Nga mao ang nagabantay sa kamatuoran sa walay katapusan;
7Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
7Siya nga nagabuhat sa justicia sa mga dinaugdaug; Siya nga nagahatag sa makaon sa mga gigutom. Si Jehova nagapagawas sa mga binilanggo;
8The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
8Si Jehova nagapabuka sa mga mata sa mga buta; Si Jehova nagapabangon kanila nga nanghiumod; Si Jehova nahigugma sa mga matarung.
9The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
9Si Jehova nagabantay sa mga dumuloong; Siya nagasapnay sa mga ilo ug sa mga balo nga babaye; Apan ang dalan sa mga dautan iyang gituali.
10The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
10Si Jehova magahari sa walay katapusan, Ang imong Dios, Oh Sion, ngadto sa tanang mga kaliwatan. Dayegon ninyo si Jehova.
