¹The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

¹ Daeth gair yr ARGLWYDD ataf a dweud,

²Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;

² "Fab dyn, tro dy wyneb at yr Ammoniaid a phroffwyda yn eu herbyn.

³And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;

³ Dywed wrthynt, 'Gwrandewch air yr Arglwydd DDUW. Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Oherwydd iti ddweud, "Aha!" pan halogwyd fy nghysegr a phan anrheithiwyd tir Israel a phan ddygwyd tu375? Jwda i gaethglud,

⁴Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.

⁴ am hynny fe'th rof yn eiddo i bobl y dwyrain. Gosodant hwy eu gwersylloedd, a chodi eu pebyll yn dy ganol; byddant yn bwyta dy gnydau ac yn yfed dy laeth.

⁵And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

⁵ Fe wnaf Rabba yn borfa i gamelod ac Ammon yn gynefin defaid, a byddwch yn gwybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.

⁶For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel;

⁶ Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Oherwydd iti guro dwylo a tharo traed a llawenhau � holl falais dy galon yn erbyn Israel,

⁷Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.

⁷ am hynny yr wyf am estyn fy llaw yn dy erbyn a'th roi yn anrhaith i'r cenhedloedd; torraf di ymaith o blith y bobloedd a'th ddifetha o fysg y gwledydd. Fe'th ddinistriaf, a byddi'n gwybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.

⁸Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen;

⁸ "'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Oherwydd i Moab a Seir ddweud, "Edrych, aeth tu375? Jwda fel yr holl genhedloedd",

⁹Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Bethjeshimoth, Baalmeon, and Kiriathaim,

⁹ am hynny fe ddifethaf derfynau Moab, sef dinasoedd y gororau, Beth-jesimoth, Baal-meon a Ciriathaim, rhai gorau'r wlad.

¹⁰Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.

¹⁰ Rhof Moab gyda'r Ammoniaid yn eiddo i bobl y dwyrain, fel na bydd i'r Ammoniaid gael eu cofio ymhlith y cenhedloedd,

¹¹And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

¹¹ a gweithredaf farn ar Moab. Yna byddant yn gwybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.

¹²Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;

¹² "'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Oherwydd i Edom ddial ar du375? Jwda, a bod yn euog iawn trwy wneud hynny,

¹³Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.

¹³ am hynny fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Fe estynnaf fy llaw yn erbyn Edom, a thorri ymaith ohoni ddyn ac anifail, a'i gwneud yn anrhaith; o Teman hyd Dedan byddant yn syrthio trwy'r cleddyf.

¹⁴And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.

¹⁴ Byddaf yn dial ar Edom trwy fy mhobl Israel, ac fe wn�nt ag Edom yn �l fy nicter a'm llid. Yna byddant yn gwybod mai dyma fy nialedd, medd yr Arglwydd DDUW.

¹⁵Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;

¹⁵ "'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Oherwydd i'r Philistiaid weithredu'n ddialgar, a dial � malais yn eu calonnau, a dinistrio o achos hen gasineb,

¹⁶Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.

¹⁶ am hynny fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Fe estynnaf fy llaw yn erbyn y Philistiaid, ac fe dorraf ymaith y Cerethiaid, a dinistrio'r rhai sy'n weddill ar hyd yr arfordir.

¹⁷And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.

¹⁷ Dygaf ddialedd mawr arnynt a'u cosbi yn fy nicter. Yna byddant yn gwybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD, pan fyddaf yn dial arnynt.'"
