1Then Job answered the LORD, and said,
1 Dywedodd Job wrth yr ARGLWYDD:
2I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee.
2 "Gwn dy fod yn gallu gwneud popeth, ac nad oes dim yn amhosibl i ti.
3Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.
3 Meddi, 'Pwy yw hwn sy'n cuddio deall geiriau diwybod?' Yn wir, rwyf wedi mynegi pethau nad oeddwn yn eu deall, pethau rhyfeddol, tu hwnt i'm dirnad.
4Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
4 Yn awr gwrando, a gad i mi lefaru; fe holaf fi di, a chei dithau f'ateb.
5I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.
5 Trwy glywed yn unig y gwyddwn amdanat, ond yn awr rwyf wedi dy weld 'm llygaid fy hun.
6Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.
6 Am hynny rwyf yn fy ffieiddio fy hunan, ac yn edifarhau mewn llwch a lludw."
7And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.
7 Ar l i'r ARGLWYDD lefaru'r geiriau hyn wrth Job, dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Eliffas y Temaniad, "Yr wyf yn ddig iawn wrthyt ti a'th ddau gyfaill am nad ydych wedi dweud yr hyn sy'n iawn amdanaf, fel y gwnaeth fy ngwas Job.
8Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job.
8 Yn awr cymerwch saith ych a saith hwrdd, ac ewch at fy ngwas Job, i offrymu poethoffrwm drosoch eich hunain. Fe wedda fy ngwas Job drosoch; gwrandawaf finnau arno, ac ni ddialaf arnoch am eich ffolineb, am ichwi beidio llefaru yn iawn amdanaf, fel y gwnaeth fy ngwas Job."
9So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as the LORD commanded them: the LORD also accepted Job.
9 Yna aeth Eliffas y Temaniad, Bildad y Suhiad a Soffar y Naamathiad, a gwneud fel y gorchmynnodd yr ARGLWYDD iddynt; a gwrandawodd yr ARGLWYDD ar Job.
10And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
10 Wedi i Job weddo dros ei gyfeillion, adferodd yr ARGLWYDD iddo ei lwyddiant, a rhoi'n l i Job ddwywaith yr hyn oedd ganddo o'r blaen.
11Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.
11 Yna aeth ei frodyr a'i chwiorydd i gyd, a'r holl gyfeillion oedd ganddo gynt, i fwyta gydag ef yn ei du375?, ac i'w gysuro a'i ddiddanu am y drwg a ddygodd yr ARGLWYDD arno. A rhoddodd pob un ohonynt ddarn arian a modrwy aur iddo.
12So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.
12 Bendithiodd yr ARGLWYDD ddiwedd oes Job yn fwy na'i dechrau: yr oedd ganddo bedair mil ar ddeg o ddefaid, chwe mil o gamelod, mil o fustych a mil o asennod.
13He had also seven sons and three daughters.
13 Hefyd yr oedd ganddo saith mab a thair merch.
14And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Kerenhappuch.
14 Enwodd yr hynaf ohonynt yn Jemima, yr ail yn Cesia, a'r drydedd yn Cerenhapuch.
15And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.
15 Nid oedd merched prydferthach na merched Job drwy'r holl wlad, a rhoes Job etifeddiaeth iddynt hwy yn ogystal ag i'w brodyr.
16After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations.
16 Bu Job fyw gant a deugain o flynyddoedd ar l hyn, a chafodd weld ei blant a phlant ei blant hyd at bedair cenhedlaeth.
17So Job died, being old and full of days.
17 Bu farw Job yn hen iawn, mewn gwth o oedran.
