1And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people:
1 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses, "Llefara wrth yr offeiriaid, meibion Aaron, a dywed wrthynt, 'Nid yw offeiriad i'w halogi ei hun am farw yr un o'i dylwyth,
2But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother.
2 ac eithrio ei deulu agosaf, megis ei fam, ei dad, ei fab, ei ferch, ei frawd,
3And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled.
3 neu ei chwaer ddi-briod, sy'n agos ato am nad oes ganddi u373?r.
4But he shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself.
4 Fel pennaeth ymysg ei dylwyth nid yw i'w halogi ei hun na'i wneud ei hun yn aflan.
5They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.
5 "'Nid yw offeiriaid i eillio'r pen yn foel nac i dorri ymylon y farf nac i wneud toriadau ar y cnawd.
6They shall be holy unto their God, and not profane the name of their God: for the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and the bread of their God, they do offer: therefore they shall be holy.
6 Byddant yn sanctaidd i'w Duw, ac nid ydynt i halogi ei enw; am eu bod yn cyflwyno offrymau trwy dn i'r ARGLWYDD, sef bwyd eu Duw, fe fyddant yn sanctaidd.
7They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.
7 Nid ydynt i briodi putain, nac un wedi colli ei gwyryfdod, na gwraig wedi ei hysgaru oddi wrth ei gu373?r; oherwydd y maent yn sanctaidd i'r ARGLWYDD.
8Thou shalt sanctify him therefore; for he offereth the bread of thy God: he shall be holy unto thee: for I the LORD, which sanctify you, am holy.
8 Yr wyt i'w hystyried yn sanctaidd, oherwydd eu bod yn cyflwyno bwyd dy Dduw; byddant yn sanctaidd i ti, oherwydd sanctaidd ydwyf fi, yr ARGLWYDD, sy'n eich sancteiddio.
9And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire.
9 Os bydd merch i offeiriad yn ei halogi ei hun trwy fynd yn butain, y mae'n halogi ei thad; rhaid ei llosgi yn y tn.
10And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes;
10 "'Am yr archoffeiriad, yr un o blith ei frodyr y tywalltwyd olew'r eneinio ar ei ben ac a ordeiniwyd i wisgo'r dillad, nid yw ef i noethi ei ben na rhwygo'i ddillad.
11Neither shall he go in to any dead body, nor defile himself for his father, or for his mother;
11 Nid yw i fynd i mewn at gorff marw, na'i halogi ei hun hyd yn oed er mwyn ei dad na'i fam.
12Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
12 Nid yw i fynd allan o'r cysegr, rhag iddo halogi cysegr ei Dduw, oherwydd fe'i cysegrwyd ag olew eneinio ei Dduw. Myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.
13And he shall take a wife in her virginity.
13 Y mae i briodi gwyryf yn wraig.
14A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
14 Nid yw i gymryd gweddw, un wedi ei hysgaru, nac un wedi ei halogi trwy buteindra, ond y mae i gymryd yn wraig wyryf o blith ei dylwyth,
15Neither shall he profane his seed among his people: for I the LORD do sanctify him.
15 rhag iddo halogi ei had ymysg ei bobl. Myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD sy'n ei sancteiddio.'"
16And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
16 Llefarodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,
17Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.
17 "Dywed wrth Aaron, 'Dros y cenedlaethau i ddod nid oes yr un o'th ddisgynyddion sydd nam arno i ddod a chyflwyno bwyd ei Dduw.
18For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
18 Nid oes neb ag unrhyw nam arno i ddynesu, boed yn ddall, yn gloff, wedi ei anffurfio neu ei hagru,
19Or a man that is broken-footed, or broken-handed,
19 yn ddyn gydag anaf ar ei droed neu ei law,
20Or crookbacked, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
20 yn wargam neu'n gorrach, gyda nam ar ei lygad, crach, doluriau neu geilliau briwedig.
21No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.
21 Nid yw'r un o ddisgynyddion Aaron yr offeiriad sydd nam arno i ddynesu i gyflwyno offrymau trwy dn i'r ARGLWYDD; am fod nam arno, nid yw i ddynesu i gyflwyno bwyd ei Dduw.
22He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy.
22 Caiff fwyta bwyd ei Dduw o'r offrymau sanctaidd a'r offrymau sancteiddiaf,
23Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
23 ond oherwydd bod nam arno ni chaiff fynd at y llen na dynesu at yr allor, rhag iddo halogi fy nghysegr. Myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD sy'n eu sancteiddio.'"
24And Moses told it unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel.
24 Fel hyn y dywedodd Moses wrth Aaron a'i feibion ac wrth holl bobl Israel.
