1And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
1 "'Os bydd unrhyw un yn pechu oherwydd iddo, ar �l clywed cyhuddiad cyhoeddus, beidio � dweud dim, er ei fod yn dyst a'i fod wedi gweld, neu'n gwybod, bydd yn gyfrifol am ei drosedd.
2Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcass of an unclean beast, or a carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.
2 Neu os bydd unrhyw un yn cyffwrdd ag unrhyw beth aflan, boed yn gorff bwystfil aflan, neu anifail aflan, neu ymlusgiad aflan, er iddo wneud hynny'n ddiarwybod, y mae'n aflan ac yn euog.
3Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.
3 Neu os bydd yn cyffwrdd ag unrhyw aflendid dynol, sef unrhyw beth a fydd yn ei wneud yn aflan, er iddo wneud hynny'n ddiarwybod, pan fydd yn sylweddoli hynny bydd yn euog.
4Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.
4 Neu os bydd rhywun yn tyngu llw yn ddifeddwl, boed i wneud drwg neu dda, mewn unrhyw beth y byddai rhywun yn tyngu llw difeddwl ynglu375?n ag ef, er iddo wneud hynny'n ddiarwybod, pan fydd yn sylweddoli hynny bydd yn euog o un o'r pethau hyn.
5And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:
5 Pan fydd rhywun yn euog o un o'r pethau hyn, dylai gyffesu ym mha fodd y pechodd,
6And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.
6 ac yn iawn am y pechod a wnaeth y mae i ddod ag aberth dros bechod i'r ARGLWYDD, sef oen benyw neu afr o'r praidd; a bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud cymod drosto am ei bechod.
7And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.
7 "'Os na all fforddio oen, dylai ddod � dwy durtur neu ddau gyw colomen i'r ARGLWYDD yn iawn am ei bechod, y naill yn aberth dros bechod a'r llall yn boethoffrwm.
8And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:
8 Y mae i ddod � hwy at yr offeiriad, a bydd yntau yn cyflwyno un yn aberth dros bechod, ac yn torri'r pen oddi wrth y corff heb eu gwahanu'n llwyr.
9And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.
9 Yna bydd yn taenellu peth o waed yr aberth dros bechod ar ochr yr allor, ac yn gwasgu allan y gweddill wrth droed yr allor. Dyma fydd yr aberth dros bechod.
10And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.
10 Bydd yn cyflwyno'r ail yn boethoffrwm yn y dull arferol. Fel hyn y bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud cymod drosto am y pechod a wnaeth, ac fe faddeuir iddo.
11But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering.
11 "'Ond os na all fforddio dwy durtur neu ddau gyw colomen, dylai ddod � rhodd o ddegfed ran o effa o beilliaid yn aberth dros ei bechod; nid yw i roi olew na thus arno, am mai offrwm dros bechod ydyw.
12Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering.
12 Y mae i ddod ag ef at yr offeiriad, a bydd yntau'n cymryd dyrnaid ohono yn gyfran goffa, ac yn ei losgi ar yr allor ar ben yr offrymau trwy d�n i'r ARGLWYDD; dyma fydd yr aberth dros bechod.
13And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.
13 Fel hyn y bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud cymod drosto am y pechod a wnaeth ynglu375?n ag un o'r pethau hyn, ac fe faddeuir iddo. Bydd y gweddill yn eiddo i'r offeiriad, fel gyda'r bwydoffrwm.'"
14And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
14 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,
15If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.
15 "Pan fydd unrhyw un yn gwneud camwedd ac yn pechu'n anfwriadol ynglu375?n � phethau sanctaidd yr ARGLWYDD, dylai ddod � hwrdd o'r praidd yn iawn i'r ARGLWYDD, a hwnnw'n un di-nam ac o'r gwerth priodol mewn siclau o arian, yn �l sicl y cysegr; dyma fydd yr offrwm dros gamwedd.
16And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.
16 Y mae i dalu am y pechod a wnaeth ynglu375?n �'r pethau sanctaidd, ac i ychwanegu pumed ran ato a'i roi i'r offeiriad; yna bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud cymod drosto gyda hwrdd yn offrwm dros gamwedd, ac fe faddeuir iddo.
17And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.
17 "Os bydd unrhyw un yn pechu ac yn gwneud un o'r pethau na ddylid eu gwneud yn �l gorchmynion yr ARGLWYDD, er nad yw'n ymwybodol o hynny, y mae'n euog ac yn gyfrifol am ei drosedd.
18And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.
18 Dylai ddod � hwrdd o'r praidd at yr offeiriad yn offrwm dros gamwedd, a hwnnw'n un di-nam ac o'r gwerth priodol. Yna bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud cymod drosto am y trosedd a gyflawnodd yn anfwriadol, ac fe faddeuir iddo.
19It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.
19 Dyma fydd yr offrwm dros gamwedd, oherwydd iddo wneud camwedd yn erbyn yr ARGLWYDD."
