1Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
1 1 I Ddafydd.0 Atat ti, ARGLWYDD, y dyrchafaf fy enaid;
2O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
2 O fy Nuw, ynot ti yr wyf yn ymddiried; paid � dwyn cywilydd arnaf, paid � gadael i'm gelynion orfoleddu o'm hachos.
3Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
3 Ni ddaw cywilydd i'r rhai sy'n gobeithio ynot ti, ond fe ddaw i'r rhai sy'n llawn brad heb achos.
4Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
4 Gwna imi wybod dy ffyrdd, O ARGLWYDD, hyffordda fi yn dy lwybrau.
5Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
5 Arwain fi yn dy wirionedd a dysg fi, oherwydd ti yw Duw fy iachawdwriaeth; wrthyt ti y b�m yn disgwyl trwy'r dydd.
6Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
6 O ARGLWYDD, cofia dy drugaredd a'th ffyddlondeb, oherwydd y maent erioed.
7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
7 Paid � chofio pechodau fy ieuenctid na'm gwrthryfel, ond yn dy gariad cofia fi, er mwyn dy ddaioni, O ARGLWYDD.
8Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
8 Y mae'r ARGLWYDD yn dda ac uniawn, am hynny fe ddysg y ffordd i bechaduriaid.
9The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
9 Fe arwain y gostyngedig yn yr hyn sy'n iawn, a dysgu ei ffordd i'r gostyngedig.
10All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
10 Y mae holl lwybrau'r ARGLWYDD yn llawn cariad a gwirionedd i'r rhai sy'n cadw ei gyfamod a'i gyngor.
11For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
11 Er mwyn dy enw, ARGLWYDD, maddau fy nghamwedd, oherwydd y mae'n fawr.
12What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
12 Pwy bynnag sy'n ofni'r ARGLWYDD, fe'i dysg pa ffordd i'w dewis;
13His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
13 fe gaiff fyw'n ffyniannus, a bydd ei blant yn etifeddu'r tir.
14The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
14 Caiff y rhai sy'n ei ofni gyfeillach yr ARGLWYDD a hefyd ei gyfamod i'w dysgu.
15Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
15 Y mae fy llygaid yn wastad ar yr ARGLWYDD, oherwydd y mae'n rhyddhau fy nhraed o'r rhwyd.
16Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
16 Tro ataf, a bydd drugarog wrthyf, oherwydd unig ac anghenus wyf fi.
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
17 Esmwyth� gyfyngder fy nghalon, a dwg fi allan o'm hadfyd.
18Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
18 Edrych ar fy nhrueni a'm gofid, a maddau fy holl bechodau.
19Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
19 Gw�l mor niferus yw fy ngelynion ac fel y maent yn fy nghas�u � chas perffaith.
20O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
20 Cadw fi a gwared fi, na ddoed cywilydd arnaf, oherwydd ynot ti yr wyf yn llochesu.
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
21 Bydd cywirdeb ac uniondeb yn fy niogelu, oherwydd gobeithiais ynot ti.
22Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
22 O Dduw, gwareda Israel o'i holl gyfyngderau.
