¹And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

¹Sinä päivänä sinä sanot: "Minä kiitän sinua, Herra. Sinä olit minulle vihoissasi, mutta vihasi väistyi ja sinä lohdutit minua.

²Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

²Ja niin Jumala on minun pelastajani. Minä luotan häneen, en pelkää, sillä Herra on minun väkeni ja voimani, hän pelasti minut."

³Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

³Te saatte riemuiten ammentaa vettä pelastuksen lähteistä.

⁴And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

⁴Sinä päivänä te sanotte: "Kiittäkää Herraa, julistakaa hänen nimensä kunniaa! Kertokaa kansoille hänen suuret tekonsa, julistakaa, että hänen nimensä on ylhäinen.

⁵Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

⁵Laulakaa ylistystä Herralle, valtaisat ovat hänen tekonsa! Levitköön tieto niistä yli maanpiirin.

⁶Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

⁶Huutakaa ja riemuitkaa, te Siionin asukkaat! Suuri on Israelin Pyhä, hän, joka on teidän keskellänne."
