1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
1Und ich sah ein anderes Zeichen im Himmel, groß und wunderbar: sieben Engel, welche die sieben letzten Plagen hatten, denn mit ihnen ist der Zorn Gottes vollendet.
2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
2Und ich sah etwas wie ein gläsernes Meer, mit Feuer vermischt; und die, welche als Überwinder hervorgegangen waren über das Tier und über sein Bild und über die Zahl seines Namens, standen an dem gläsernen Meere und hatten Harfen Gottes.
3And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
3Und sie singen das Lied Moses, des Knechtes Gottes, und des Lammes und sprechen: Groß und wunderbar sind deine Werke, o Herr, Gott, Allmächtiger! Gerecht und wahrhaft sind deine Wege, du König der Völker!
4Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.
4Wer sollte dich nicht fürchten, Herr, und deinen Namen preisen? Denn du allein bist heilig. Denn alle Völker werden kommen und vor dir anbeten; denn deine gerechten Taten sind offenbar geworden.
5And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
5Und darnach sah ich, und siehe, der Tempel der Hütte des Zeugnisses im Himmel wurde geöffnet,
6And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
6und die sieben Engel, welche die sieben Plagen hatten, kamen aus dem Tempel hervor, angetan mit reiner und glänzender Leinwand und um die Brust gegürtet mit goldenen Gürteln.
7And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
7Und eines der vier lebendigen Wesen gab den sieben Engeln sieben goldene Schalen voll vom Zorn Gottes, der da lebt von Ewigkeit zu Ewigkeit.
8And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
8Und der Tempel wurde voll Rauch von der Herrlichkeit Gottes und von seiner Kraft, und niemand konnte in den Tempel hineingehen, bis die sieben Plagen der sieben Engel vollendet waren.
