¹And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

¹[] Και εγεινε λογος Κυριου προς εμε, λεγων,

²Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

²Υιε ανθρωπου, προφητευσον επι τους ποιμενας του Ισραηλ· προφητευσον και ειπε προς αυτους, Ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος προς τους ποιμενας· Ουαι εις τους ποιμενας του Ισραηλ, οιτινες βοσκουσιν εαυτους· οι ποιμενες δεν βοσκουσι τα ποιμνια;

³Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

³Σεις τρωγετε το παχος και ενδυεσθε το μαλλιον, σφαζετε τα παχεα· δεν βοσκετε τα ποιμνια.

⁴The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

⁴Δεν ενισχυσατε το ασθενες και δεν ιατρευσατε το κακως εχον και δεν εκαμετε επιδεσμα εις το συντετριμμενον και δεν επανεφερατε το πεπλανημενον και δεν εζητησατε το απολωλος· αλλα εν βια και εν σκληροτητι εδεσποζετε επ' αυτα.

⁵And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.

⁵Και διεσκορπισθησαν, επειδη δεν υπηρχε ποιμην, και εγειναν καταβρωμα εις παντα τα θηρια του αγρου και διεσκορπισθησαν.

⁶My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.

⁶Τα προβατα μου περιεπλανωντο επι παν ορος και επι παντα λοφον υψηλον, και επι παν το προσωπον της γης ησαν διεσκορπισμενα τα προβατα μου, και δεν υπηρχεν ο ερευνων ουδε ο ζητων.

⁷Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

⁷[] Δια τουτο, ακουσατε, ποιμενες, τον λογον του Κυριου·

⁸As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;

⁸Ζω εγω, λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος, εξαπαντος, επειδη τα προβατα μου εγειναν λαφυρον και τα προβατα μου εγειναν καταβρωμα παντων των θηριων του αγρου δι' ελλειψιν ποιμενος, και δεν εζητησαν οι ποιμενες μου τα προβατα μου αλλ' οι ποιμενες εβοσκησαν εαυτους και δεν εβοσκησαν τα προβατα μου,

⁹Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

⁹δια τουτο, ακουσατε, ποιμενες, τον λογον του Κυριου·

¹⁰Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

¹⁰Ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος· Ιδου, εγω ειμαι εναντιον των ποιμενων, και θελω εκζητησει τα προβατα μου εκ της χειρος αυτων και θελω παυσει αυτους απο του να ποιμαινωσι τα προβατα· και δεν θελουσι πλεον βοσκει εαυτους οι ποιμενες, διοτι θελω ελευθερωσει εκ του στοματος αυτων τα προβατα μου και δεν θελουσιν εισθαι καταβρωμα εις αυτους.

¹¹For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

¹¹Διοτι ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος· Ιδου, εγω, εγω θελω και αναζητησει τα προβατα μου και επισκεφθη αυτα.

¹²As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

¹²Καθως ο ποιμην επισκεπτεται το ποιμνιον αυτου, καθ' ην ημεραν ευρισκεται εν μεσω των προβατων αυτου διεσκορπισμενων, ουτω θελω επισκεφθη τα προβατα μου και θελω ελευθερωσει αυτα εκ παντων των τοπων, οπου ησαν διεσκορπισμενα, εν ημερα νεφωδει και ζοφερα.

¹³And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

¹³Και θελω εξαγαγει αυτα εκ των λαων και συναξει αυτα εκ των τοπων και φερει αυτα εις την γην αυτων και βοσκησει αυτα επι τα ορη του Ισραηλ, πλησιον των ποταμων και επι παντα τα κατοικουμενα της γης.

¹⁴I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.

¹⁴Θελω βοσκησει αυτα εν αγαθη νομη, και η μανδρα αυτων θελει εισθαι επι των υψηλων ορεων του Ισραηλ· εκει θελουσιν αναπαυεσθαι εν μανδρα καλη, και θελουσι βοσκεσθαι εν παχεια νομη επι των ορεων του Ισραηλ.

¹⁵I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.

¹⁵Εγω θελω βοσκησει τα προβατα μου και εγω θελω αναπαυσει αυτα, λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος.

¹⁶I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

¹⁶Θελω εκζητησει το απολωλος και επαναφερει το πεπλανημενον και επιδεσει το συντετριμμενον και ενισχυσει το ασθενες· το παχυ ομως και το ισχυρον θελω καταστρεψει· εν δικαιοσυνη θελω βοσκησει αυτα.

¹⁷And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.

¹⁷[] Και περι υμων, ποιμνιον μου, ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος· Ιδου, εγω θελω κρινει αναμεσον προβατου και προβατου, αναμεσον κριων και τραγων.

¹⁸Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?

¹⁸Μικρον ειναι εις εσας, οτι εβοσκησατε την καλην βοσκην, το δε επιλοιπον της βοσκης σας κατεπατειτε με τους ποδας σας; και οτι επινετε καθαρον υδωρ, το δε επιλοιπον εταραττετε με τους ποδας σας;

¹⁹And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.

¹⁹τα δε προβατα μου εβοσκον το καταπεπατημενον με τους ποδας σας και επινον το τεταραγμενον με τους ποδας σας.

²⁰Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto them; Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean cattle.

²⁰Δια τουτο ουτω λεγει προς αυτα Κυριος ο Θεος· Ιδου, εγω, εγω θελω η κρινει αναμεσον προβατου παχεος και αναμεσον προβατου ισχνου.

²¹Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad;

²¹Επειδη απωθειτε με πλευρα και με ωμους και κερατιζετε δια των κερατων σας παντα τα ασθενη, εωσου διεσκορπισατε αυτα εις τα εξω,

²²Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle.

²²δια τουτο θελω σωσει τα προβατα μου και δεν θελουσιν εισθαι πλεον λαφυρον· και θελω κρινει αναμεσον προβατου και προβατου.

²³And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

²³Και θελω καταστησει επ' αυτα ενα ποιμενα και θελει ποιμαινει αυτα, τον δουλον μου Δαβιδ· αυτος θελει ποιμαινει αυτα και αυτος θελει εισθαι ποιμην αυτων.

²⁴And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it.

²⁴Και εγω ο Κυριος θελω εισθαι Θεος αυτων και ο δουλος μου Δαβιδ αρχων εν μεσω αυτων· εγω ο Κυριος ελαλησα.

²⁵And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.

²⁵Και θελω καμει προς αυτα διαθηκην ειρηνης· και θελω αφανισει απο της γης τα πονηρα θηρια· και θελουσι κατοικησει ασφαλως εν τη ερημω και κοιμασθαι εν τοις δρυμοις.

²⁶And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

²⁶Και θελω καταστησει ευλογιαν αυτα και τα περιξ του ορους μου, και θελω καταβιβαζει την βροχην εν τω καιρω αυτης· βροχη ευλογιας θελει εισθαι.

²⁷And the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.

²⁷Και τα δενδρα του αγρου θελουσιν αποδιδει τον καρπον αυτων και η γη θελει διδει το προιον αυτης και θελουσιν εισθαι ασφαλεις εν τη γη αυτων· και θελουσι γνωρισει οτι εγω ειμαι ο Κυριος, οταν συντριψω τα δεσμα του ζυγου αυτων και ελευθερωσω αυτους εκ της χειρος των καταδουλωσαντων αυτους.

²⁸And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid.

²⁸Και δεν θελουσιν εισθαι πλεον λαφυρον εις τα εθνη, και τα θηρια της γης δεν θελουσι κατατρωγει αυτους· αλλα θελουσι κατοικει ασφαλως και δεν θελει υπαρχει ο εκφοβων.

²⁹And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

²⁹Και θελω αναστησει εις αυτους φυτον ονομαστον, και δεν θελουσι πλεον φθειρεσθαι υπο πεινης εν τη γη και δεν θελουσι φερει πλεον την υβριν των εθνων.

³⁰Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD.

³⁰Και θελουσι γνωρισει οτι εγω Κυριος ο Θεος αυτων ειμαι μετ' αυτων και αυτοι, ο οικος Ισραηλ, λαος μου, λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος.

³¹And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.

³¹Και σεις, προβατα μου, τα προβατα της βοσκης μου, σεις εισθε ανθρωποι, και εγω ο Θεος σας, λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος.
