¹Give the king thy judgments, O God, and thy righteousness unto the king's son.

¹[] <<Ψαλμος δια τον Σολομωντα.>> Θεε, δος την κρισιν σου εις τον βασιλεα και την δικαιοσυνην σου εις τον υιον του βασιλεως·

²He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment.

²[] Δια να κρινη τον λαον σου εν δικαιοσυνη και τους πτωχους σου εν κρισει.

³The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness.

³Τα ορη θελουσι φερει ειρηνην εις τον λαον και οι λοφοι δικαιοσυνην.

⁴He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.

⁴Θελει κρινει τους πτωχους του λαου· θελει σωσει τους υιους των πενητων και συντριψει τον καταδυναστευοντα.

⁵They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.

⁵Θελουσι σε φοβεισθαι ενοσω διαμενει ο ηλιος και η σεληνη, εις γενεας γενεων.

⁶He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth.

⁶Θελει καταβη ως βροχη επι θερισμενον λειβαδιον· ως ρανιδες σταλαζουσαι επι την γην.

⁷In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth.

⁷Εν ταις ημεραις αυτου θελει ανθει ο δικαιος· και αφθονια ειρηνης θελει εισθαι εωσου μη υπαρξη η σεληνη.

⁸He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.

⁸Και θελει κατακυριευει απο θαλασσης εως θαλασσης και απο του ποταμου εως των περατων της γης.

⁹They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust.

⁹Εμπροσθεν αυτου θελουσι γονυκλιτησει οι κατοικουντες εν ερημοις, και οι εχθροι αυτου θελουσι γλειψει το χωμα.

¹⁰The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.

¹⁰Οι βασιλεις της Θαρσεις και των νησων θελουσι προσφερει προσφορας· οι βασιλεις της Αραβιας και της Σεβα θελουσι προσφερει δωρα.

¹¹Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him.

¹¹Και θελουσι προσκυνησει αυτον παντες οι βασιλεις· παντα τα εθνη θελουσι δουλευσει αυτον.

¹²For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper.

¹²Διοτι θελει ελευθερωσει τον πτωχον κραζοντα και τον πενητα και τον αβοηθητον.

¹³He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.

¹³Θελει ελεησει τον πτωχον και τον πενητα· και τας ψυχας των πενητων θελει σωσει.

¹⁴He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight.

¹⁴Εκ δολου και εξ αδικιας θελει λυτρονει τας ψυχας αυτων· και πολυτιμον θελει εισθαι το αιμα αυτων εις τους οφθαλμους αυτου.

¹⁵And he shall live, and to him shall be given of the gold of Sheba: prayer also shall be made for him continually; and daily shall he be praised.

¹⁵Και θελει ζη, και θελει δοθη εις αυτον απο του χρυσιου της Αραβιας, και θελει γινεσθαι παντοτε προσευχη υπερ αυτου· ολην την ημεραν θελουσιν ευλογει αυτον.

¹⁶There shall be an handful of corn in the earth upon the top of the mountains; the fruit thereof shall shake like Lebanon: and they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth.

¹⁶Δραξ σιτου εαν υπαρχη εν τη γη επι των κορυφων των ορεων, ο καρπος αυτου θελει σειεσθαι ως ο Λιβανος· και οι κατοικοι εν τη πολει θελουσιν εξανθησει ως ο χορτος της γης.

¹⁷His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be continued as long as the sun: and men shall be blessed in him: all nations shall call him blessed.

¹⁷Το ονομα αυτου θελει διαμενει εις τον αιωνα· το ονομα αυτου θελει διαρκει ενοσω διαμενει ο ηλιος· και οι ανθρωποι θελουσιν ευλογεισθαι εν αυτω· παντα τα εθνη θελουσι μακαριζει αυτον.

¹⁸Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.

¹⁸[] Ευλογητος Κυριος ο Θεος, ο Θεος του Ισραηλ, οστις μονος καμνει θαυμασια·

¹⁹And blessed be his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen.

¹⁹και ευλογημενον το ενδοξον ονομα αυτου εις τον αιωνα· και ας πληρωθη απο της δοξης αυτου η πασα γη. Αμην, και αμην.

²⁰The prayers of David the son of Jesse are ended.
