¹Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

¹Mazmur Daud. Pujilah TUHAN, hai makhluk-makhluk surgawi, pujilah keagungan dan kuasa-Nya.

²Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

²Pujilah nama TUHAN yang mulia sembahlah Dia dengan memakai pakaian ibadat.

³The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.

³Allah yang agung mengguntur di atas laut, suara-Nya bergema di atas samudra.

⁴The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

⁴Suara TUHAN terdengar, penuh kuasa dan kemegahan.

⁵The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

⁵Suara TUHAN menumbangkan pohon-pohon, mematahkan pohon cemara Libanon.

⁶He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

⁶Gunung Libanon dibuat-Nya melompat seperti anak sapi, Gunung Siryon melonjak seperti anak banteng.

⁷The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.

⁷Suara TUHAN membuat kilat menyambar.

⁸The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

⁸Suara TUHAN menggoyangkan padang gurun, TUHAN menggoyangkan padang gurun Kades.

⁹The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

⁹Suara TUHAN menggoncangkan pohon-pohon berangan, dan menggugurkan daun-daun di hutan; sementara di Rumah TUHAN umat berseru, "Pujilah TUHAN!"

¹⁰The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.

¹⁰TUHAN berkuasa atas air bah, Ia berkuasa sebagai Raja untuk selama-lamanya.

¹¹The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

¹¹Semoga TUHAN memberi kekuatan kepada umat-Nya, dan membuat mereka sejahtera.
