¹For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:

¹ចំពោះរឿងផ្ញើជំនួយទៅជូនប្រជាជនដ៏វិសុទ្ធ នោះមិនបាច់អោយខ្ញុំសរសេរជំរាបបងប្អូនទេ

²For I know the forwardness of your mind, for which I boast of you to them of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal hath provoked very many.

²ខ្ញុំស្គាល់ឆន្ទៈល្អរបស់បងប្អូនស្រាប់ហើយ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏បាននិយាយសរសើរពីបងប្អូនប្រាប់អ្នកស្រុកម៉ាសេដូនថា «បងប្អូននៅស្រុកអាខៃបានរៀបចំខ្លួនជាស្រេច តាំងពីឆ្នាំទៅម៉្លេះ»។ ចិត្ដខ្នះខ្នែងរបស់បងប្អូនបានជំរុញអ្នកឯទៀតជាច្រើន អោយមានចិត្ដស្ទុះស្ទាឡើង។

³Yet have I sent the brethren, lest our boasting of you should be in vain in this behalf; that, as I said, ye may be ready:

³ខ្ញុំបានចាត់ពួកបងប្អូនខ្លះមក ដើម្បីអោយឃើញថាពាក្យដែលយើងនិយាយសរសើរពីបងប្អូនត្រង់ចំណុចនេះ មិនមែនខុសទេ គឺបងប្អូនពិតជារៀបចំខ្លួនជាស្រេចដូចខ្ញុំនិយាយមែន។

⁴Lest haply if they of Macedonia come with me, and find you unprepared, we (that we say not, ye) should be ashamed in this same confident boasting.

⁴ប្រសិនបើបងប្អូននៅស្រុកម៉ាសេដូនមកជាមួយខ្ញុំ ហើយឃើញថាបងប្អូនមិនទាន់រៀបចំខ្លួនទេនោះ មិនត្រឹមតែយើងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេដែលត្រូវអាម៉ាស់មុខបងប្អូនក៏នឹងត្រូវអាម៉ាស់មុខដែរ មកពីយើងទុកចិត្ដលើបងប្អូនខ្លាំងពេក។

⁵Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.

⁵ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាខ្ញុំយល់ឃើញថា ត្រូវតែសុំអោយបងប្អូននៅទីនោះធ្វើដំណើរមករកបងប្អូនមុនខ្ញុំ ដើម្បីរៀបចំប្រាក់ជំនួយដែលបងប្អូនសន្យានោះអោយបានរួចរាល់។ ការនេះ សអោយឃើញថាបងប្អូនបានចូលប្រាក់ដោយចិត្ដទូលាយ មិនមែនដោយចង្អៀតចង្អល់ទេ។

⁶But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

⁶សូមចងចាំថាអ្នកណាព្រោះតិច អ្នកនោះក៏ច្រូតបានផលតិចដែរ រីឯអ្នកដែលព្រោះច្រើនបរិបូណ៌ ក៏ច្រូតបានផលច្រើនបរិបូណ៌ដែរ។

⁷Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

⁷ហេតុនេះ ម្នាក់ៗត្រូវតែចូលប្រាក់តាមតែខ្លួនសំរេចចិត្ដ ដោយមិននឹកស្ដាយ ឬ ទើសទ័លឡើយ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់សព្វព្រះហឫទ័យនឹងអ្នកណាដែលធ្វើអំណោយដោយចិត្ដរីករាយ។

⁸And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

⁸ព្រះអង្គអាចនឹងប្រទានពរដ៏ហូរហៀរគ្រប់យ៉ាង ដល់បងប្អូន ដើម្បីអោយបងប្អូនមានអ្វីៗទាំងអស់ដែលបងប្អូនត្រូវការដ៏ចាំបាច់នោះជានិច្ច ហើយថែមទាំងនៅសល់បរិបូណ៌សំរាប់ចែកទានផង

⁹(As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.

⁹ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ «ព្រះអង្គចែក ព្រះអង្គប្រទានអោយអ្នកក្រ សេចក្ដីសុចរិតរបស់ព្រះអង្គនៅស្ថិតស្ថេរ រហូតតរៀងទៅ»។

¹⁰Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

¹⁰ព្រះអង្គដែល «ប្រទានគ្រាប់ពូជដល់អ្នកសាបព្រោះ និង ប្រទានចំណីអាហារអោយគេផងនោះ» ទ្រង់ក៏ផ្គត់ផ្គង់គ្រាប់ពូជអោយបងប្អូន និង អោយគ្រាប់ពូជនោះកើនចំនួនឡើងដែរ ហើយព្រះអង្គនឹងធ្វើអោយសេចក្ដីសុចរិតរបស់បងប្អូន បង្កើតផលបានច្រើនឡើងថែមទៀត។

¹¹Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

¹¹ព្រះអង្គនឹងធ្វើអោយបងប្អូនទៅជាអ្នកមានគ្រប់វិស័យទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីអោយបងប្អូនមានចិត្ដសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លាគ្រប់ជំពូក និង អោយអ្នកឯទៀតៗអរព្រះគុណព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដោយយើងជួយគេ

¹²For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

¹²ដ្បិតមុខងារប្រមូលប្រាក់នេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជួយផ្គត់ផ្គង់សេចក្ដីត្រូវការរបស់អ្នកជឿប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ គឺថែមទាំងជួយគេអោយអរព្រះគុណព្រះជាម្ចាស់កាន់តែច្រើនឡើងទៀតផង។

¹³Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;

¹³ពេលគេយល់តម្លៃនៃកិច្ចការដែលបងប្អូនធ្វើនេះ គេនាំគ្នាលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ព្រោះបងប្អូនសំដែងអោយគេឃើញថា បងប្អូនពិតជាប្រតិបតិ្ដតាមដំណឹងល្អ របស់ព្រះគ្រិស្ដដែលបងប្អូនប្រកាស ហើយបងប្អូនមានចិត្ដទូលាយ ដោយយករបស់របរមកចែកជាមួយពួកគេ និង ជាមួយមនុស្សទាំងអស់។

¹⁴And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

¹⁴គេទូលអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់អោយបងប្អូនដោយចិត្ដស្រឡាញ់ ព្រោះតែព្រះគុណដ៏ច្រើនលើសលុបដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រទានមកបងប្អូន។

¹⁵Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

¹⁵សូមអរព្រះគុណព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ចំពោះព្រះអំណោយទានដ៏ប្រសើរបំផុតរបស់ព្រះអង្គ រកថ្លែងពុំបាន។
