¹And the apostles and brethren that were in Judaea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God.

¹ក្រុមសាវ័ក និង បងប្អូននៅស្រុកយូដាឮដំណឹងថា សាសន៍ដទៃបានទទួលព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែរ។

²And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,

²កាលលោកពេត្រុសឡើងទៅដល់ក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមវិញ អ្នកជឿដែលជាសាសន៍យូដា នាំគ្នារិះគន់លោកថា៖

³Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them.

³«លោកបានចូលក្នុងផ្ទះសាសន៍ដទៃ ហើយក៏បានបរិភោគជាមួយពួកគេថែមទៀតផង!»។

⁴But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying,

⁴លោកពេត្រុសក៏រៀបរាប់ប្រាប់គេយ៉ាងក្បោះក្បាយថា៖

⁵I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me:

⁵«កាលខ្ញុំនៅក្រុងយ៉ុបប៉េ ក្នុងពេលអធិស្ឋាន ខ្ញុំលង់ស្មារតីនិមិត្ដឃើញវត្ថុម៉្យាងដូចកំរាលតុមួយយ៉ាងធំ ដែលមានចងចុងជាយទាំងបួនជ្រុង ចុះពីលើមកដល់ខ្ញុំ។

⁶Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

⁶ពេលខ្ញុំពិនិត្យយ៉ាងដិតដល់ទៅ ខ្ញុំឃើញមានសត្វចតុប្បាទ សត្វព្រៃ សត្វលូនវារ និង បក្សាបក្សី។

⁷And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat.

⁷ខ្ញុំក៏បានឮព្រះសូរសៀងបញ្ជាមកខ្ញំថាៈ "ពេត្រុសអើយ! ចូរសម្លាប់សត្វទាំងនេះបរិភោគទៅ!"។

⁸But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth.

⁸ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្ញុំទូលទៅវិញថាៈ "ទេព្រះអម្ចាស់ ទូលបង្គំពុំដែលទទួលទានអ្វីដែលវិន័យ ហាមឃាត់ ឬ មិនបរិសុទ្ធ ទាល់តែសោះ"។

⁹But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

⁹ព្រះសូរសៀងនោះក៏បន្លឺចុះពីលើមេឃមក ជាលើកទីពីរថាៈ "អ្វីៗដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានប្រោសអោយបរិសុទ្ធហើយ ចូរកុំចាត់ទុកថាវិន័យហាមឃាត់នោះឡើយ!"។

¹⁰And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven.

¹⁰ហេតុការណ៍នេះបានកើតមានដល់ទៅបីដង ទើបវត្ថុនោះឡើងទៅលើមេឃវិញអស់។

¹¹And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me.

¹¹ពេលនោះ ស្រាប់តែមានបុរសបីនាក់ ដែលគេចាត់ពីក្រុងសេសារាអោយមករកខ្ញុំ បានមកដល់ផ្ទះដែលយើងស្នាក់នៅ។

¹²And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house:

¹²ព្រះវិញ្ញាណមានព្រះបន្ទូលប្រាប់ខ្ញុំអោយចេញដំណើរទៅជាមួយគេកុំរារែកឡើយ។ ពេលនោះ មានបងប្អូនប្រាំមួយនាក់ បានជូនដំណើរខ្ញុំទៅដែរ ហើយយើងបានទៅដល់ផ្ទះលោកកូនេលាស។

¹³And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter;

¹³លោកបានរៀបរាប់ប្រាប់យើងថា លោកបានឃើញទេវតាមកជួបលោកនៅក្នុងផ្ទះ ទាំងពោលថាៈ "សុំលោកចាត់មនុស្សអោយទៅក្រុងយ៉ុបប៉េ រកម្នាក់ឈ្មោះស៊ីម៉ូនហៅពេត្រុស

¹⁴Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved.

¹⁴គាត់នឹងប្រកាសព្រះបន្ទូលដែលផ្ដល់ការសង្គ្រោះអោយលោក និង ក្រុមគ្រួសាររបស់លោកទាំងមូល"។

¹⁵And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.

¹⁵នៅពេលខ្ញុំចាប់ផ្ដើមនិយាយ ព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធក៏យាងចុះមកសណ្ឋិតលើពួកគេ ដូចព្រះអង្គបានយាងចុះមកសណ្ឋិតលើយើង កាលពីដើមដំបូងនោះដែរ។

¹⁶Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

¹⁶ពេលនោះ ខ្ញុំក៏នឹកឃើញព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ថា "លោកយ៉ូហានបានធ្វើពិធីជ្រមុជអោយគេក្នុងទឹក រីឯអ្នករាល់គ្នាវិញ អ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងទទួលពិធីជ្រមុជក្នុងព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ"។

¹⁷Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

¹⁷ប្រសិនបើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រទានព្រះអំណោយទានដល់គេ ដូចព្រះអង្គប្រទានមកយើង ដែលជឿលើព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដដែរនោះ តើរូបខ្ញុំនេះមានអំណាចអ្វីនឹងឃាត់ឃាំងព្រះជាម្ចាស់បាន?»។

¹⁸When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

¹⁸កាលពួកអ្នកជឿបានឮសេចក្ដីទាំងនេះ គេក៏ធូរចិត្ដ ហើយនាំគ្នាលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ទាំងពោលថា៖ «សូម្បីតែសាសន៍ដទៃ ក៏ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសប្រទានអោយគេកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត ដើម្បីទទួលជីវិតដែរ!»។

¹⁹Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only.

¹⁹ក្រោយពីជនជាតិយូដាបាន សម្លាប់លោកស្ទេផានហើយ ពួកគេក៏បៀតបៀនអ្នកជឿ ធ្វើអោយអ្នកទាំងនោះខ្ចាត់ខ្ចាយ អ្នកខ្លះទៅដល់ស្រុកភេនីស អ្នកខ្លះទៅដល់កោះគីប្រុស និង អ្នកខ្លះទៀតទៅដល់ក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក។ អ្នកជឿទាំងនោះពុំបានប្រកាសព្រះបន្ទូលប្រាប់នរណាផ្សេងទៀតក្រៅពីសាសន៍យូដាឡើយ។

²⁰And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the LORD Jesus.

²⁰ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ មានអ្នកជឿខ្លះពីកោះគីប្រុស និង ពីស្រុកគីរេនមកដល់ក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក ហើយផ្សព្វផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អ ស្ដីអំពីព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូ ប្រាប់ពួកអ្នកដែលនិយាយភាសាក្រិក។

²¹And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.

²¹ព្រះអម្ចាស់បានជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងគេ ហើយមានមនុស្សដ៏ច្រើនលើសលប់បានជឿ ព្រមទាំងបែរចិត្ដគំនិតមករកព្រះអម្ចាស់ផង។

²²Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.

²²ក្រុមជំនុំ នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមបានឮដំណឹងនេះក៏ចាត់លោកបារណាបាស អោយទៅក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក។

²³Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

²³ពេលគាត់ទៅដល់ ហើយឃើញព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដូច្នេះ គាត់ត្រេកអរសប្បាយ។ គាត់ទូន្មានគេទាំងអស់គ្នាអោយប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្ដនៅស្មោះត្រង់នឹងព្រះអម្ចាស់ជានិច្ច។

²⁴For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord.

²⁴លោកបារណាបាសជាមនុស្សម្នាក់មានចិត្ដសប្បុរស ពោរពេញដោយព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ និង ដោយជំនឿ។ ពេលនោះ មានបណ្ដាជនជាច្រើនបានមកចូលរួមជាមួយព្រះអម្ចាស់។

²⁵Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul:

²⁵បន្ទាប់មកទៀត លោកបារណាបាសចេញដំណើរទៅរកលោកសូល នៅក្រុងតើសុស។

²⁶And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

²⁶កាលបានជួបហើយ គាត់ក៏នាំលោកមកក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក។ លោកទាំងពីរបានរស់នៅជាមួយក្រុមជំនុំ អស់រយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំហើយបង្រៀនបណ្ដាជនជាច្រើនផង។ នៅក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូកនោះហើយ ដែលគេហៅពួកសិស្ស ជាលើកទីមួយថា «គ្រិស្ដបរិស័ទ»។

²⁷And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch.

²⁷នៅគ្រានោះ មានពួកព្យាការី ធ្វើដំណើរចុះពីក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម មកដល់ក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក។

²⁸And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar.

²⁸ក្នុងចំណោមព្យាការីទាំងនោះ មានម្នាក់ឈ្មោះអកាប៊ូស។ ដោយព្រះវិញ្ញាណបានបំភ្លឺ គាត់ក្រោកឡើងប្រាប់ពួកអ្នកជឿអោយដឹងថា បន្ដិចទៀតនឹងមានកើតទុរ្ភិក្សនៅលើផែនដីទាំងមូល (ទុរ្ភិក្សនោះក៏កើតមានមែនគឺនៅក្នុងរជ្ជកាលព្រះចៅអធិរាជក្លូឌាស )។

²⁹Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea:

²⁹ពួកសិស្ស នាំគ្នាសំរេចចិត្ដផ្ញើជំនួយ តាមសមត្ថភាពរៀងៗខ្លួន ទៅជូនបងប្អូននៅស្រុកយូដា។

³⁰Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

³⁰គេបានប្រមូលប្រាក់ ហើយផ្ញើតាមលោកបារណាបាស និង លោកសូលយកទៅជូនពួកព្រឹទ្ធាចារ្យ ។
