¹After these things Paul departed from Athens, and came to Corinth;

²And found a certain Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, lately come from Italy, with his wife Priscilla; (because that Claudius had commanded all Jews to depart from Rome:) and came unto them.

³And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupation they were tentmakers.

⁴And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.

⁵And when Silas and Timotheus were come from Macedonia, Paul was pressed in the spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was Christ.

⁵កាលលោកស៊ីឡាស និង លោកធីម៉ូថេ ធ្វើដំណើរពីស្រុកម៉ាសេដូនមកដល់ហើយ លោកប៉ូលក៏ចំណាយពេលទាំងអស់របស់លោក ដើម្បីប្រកាសព្រះបន្ទូល។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់សាសន៍យូដាថា ព្រះយេស៊ូពិតជាព្រះគ្រិស្ដ។

⁶And when they opposed themselves, and blasphemed, he shook his raiment, and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean; from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.

⁶ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយសាសន៍យូដាចេះតែប្រឆាំងនឹងលោក ហើយជេរប្រមាថលោកទៀតផងនោះ លោកក៏រលាស់ធូលីដីពីអាវរបស់លោក ទាំងមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «បើអ្នករាល់គ្នាវិនាសបាត់បង់នោះ គឺមកតែពីកំហុសរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាផ្ទាល់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ គ្មានជាប់ជំពាក់អ្វីជាមួយខ្ញុំទេចាប់ពីពេលនេះ ខ្ញុំនឹងទៅរកសាសន៍ដទៃវិញ»។

⁷And he departed thence, and entered into a certain man's house, named Justus, one that worshipped God, whose house joined hard to the synagogue.

⁷លោកក៏ចាកចេញពីទីនោះឆ្ពោះទៅផ្ទះបុរសម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះយូស្ទូស ជាអ្នកគោរពកោតខ្លាចព្រះជាម្ចាស់ហើយផ្ទះគាត់នៅជាប់នឹងសាលាប្រជុំ ។

⁸And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing believed, and were baptized.

⁸រីឯលោកគ្រីសប៉ុស ដែលជាអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវលើសាលាប្រជុំ និង ក្រុមគ្រួសាររបស់លោកវិញ ក៏ជឿលើព្រះអម្ចាស់ដែរ។ មានអ្នកក្រុងកូរិនថូសជាច្រើនទៀត បានស្ដាប់លោកប៉ូល ហើយជឿ ព្រមទាំងទទួលពិធីជ្រមុជទឹក ផង។

⁹Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace:

⁹យប់មួយ លោកប៉ូលនិមិត្ដឃើញព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលមកលោកថា៖ «កុំខ្លាចអី ត្រូវនិយាយតទៅទៀត កុំនៅស្ងៀមឡើយ

¹⁰For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.

¹⁰ដ្បិតយើងស្ថិតនៅជាមួយអ្នក ហើយ ពុំមាននរណាអាចធ្វើបាបអ្នកបានទេ ព្រោះនៅក្រុងនេះ មានមនុស្សជាច្រើនជាប្រជារាស្ដ្ររបស់យើង»។

¹¹And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.

¹¹លោកប៉ូលស្នាក់នៅក្រុងកូរិនថូស អស់រយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំប្រាំមួយខែ លោកបង្រៀនព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដល់អ្នកក្រុងនោះ។

¹²And when Gallio was the deputy of Achaia, the Jews made insurrection with one accord against Paul, and brought him to the judgment seat,

¹²នៅគ្រាដែលលោកកាលីយ៉ូកាន់តំណែងជារាជប្រតិភូរបស់ព្រះចៅអធិរាជរ៉ូម៉ាំង នៅស្រុកអាខៃសាសន៍យូដាបានសមគំនិតគ្នាប្រឆាំងនឹងលោកប៉ូល ហើយនាំលោកយកទៅសាលាកាត់ក្ដី

¹³Saying, This fellow persuadeth men to worship God contrary to the law.

¹³ទាំងចោទថា៖ «ជននេះបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលមនុស្សម្នាអោយគោរពថ្វាយបង្គំព្រះជាម្ចាស់ តាមរបៀបមួយខុសច្បាប់»។

¹⁴And when Paul was now about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:

¹⁴ពេលលោកប៉ូលបំរុងនឹងហាមាត់និយាយ លោកកាលីយ៉ូមានប្រសាសន៍ទៅកាន់ជនជាតិយូដាថា៖«ជនជាតិយូដាអើយ ប្រសិនបើរឿងនេះទាក់ទងនឹងបទឧក្រិដ្ឋ ឬ បទល្មើសណាមួយនោះ ខ្ញុំមុខជាសុខចិត្ដស្ដាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនខាន។

¹⁵But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look ye to it; for I will be no judge of such matters.

¹⁵ប៉ុន្ដែ បើជារឿងជជែកវែកែញកស្ដីអំពីពាក្យពេចន៍អំពីឈ្មោះ ឬ អំពីធម៌វិន័យ របស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាទេនោះ ចូរដោះស្រាយខ្លួនឯងទៅ ខ្ញុំមិនព្រមកាត់ក្ដីអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាអំពីរឿងនេះឡើយ»។

¹⁶And he drave them from the judgment seat.

¹⁶លោកក៏ដេញពួកគេចេញពីសាលាកាត់ក្ដី។

¹⁷Then all the Greeks took Sosthenes, the chief ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the judgment seat. And Gallio cared for none of those things.

¹⁷ពេលនោះពួកគេនាំគ្នាចាប់លោកសូស្ដែន ដែលជាអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវលើសាលាប្រជុំ មកវាយនៅមុខសាលាកាត់ក្ដីតែលោកកាលីយ៉ូមិនអើពើទេ។

¹⁸And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow.

¹⁸លោកប៉ូលបានស្នាក់នៅក្រុងកូរិនថូសជាយូរថ្ងៃ។ ក្រោយមក លោកក៏ជំរាបលាពួកបងប្អូន ចុះសំពៅឆ្ពោះទៅស្រុកស៊ីរី ដោយមាននាងព្រីស៊ីល និង លោកអគីឡាជូនដំណើរទៅជាមួយដែរ។ លោកបានកោរសក់លាបំណន់ នៅកំពង់ផែកេងគ្រា។

¹⁹And he came to Ephesus, and left them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews.

¹⁹លុះមកដល់ក្រុងអេភេសូ លោកប៉ូលក៏ជំរាបលានាងព្រីស៊ីល និង លោកអគីឡា។ លោកបានចូលទៅសាលាប្រជុំ ហើយសន្ទនាជាមួយសាសន៍យូដា។

²⁰When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not;

²⁰ពួកគេបានអង្វរសុំអោយលោកស្នាក់នៅទីនោះមួយរយៈ

²¹But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if God will. And he sailed from Ephesus.

²¹តែលោកពុំព្រមនៅទេ លោកជំរាបលាគេទាំងពោលថា៖ «ប្រសិនបើព្រះជាម្ចាស់សព្វព្រះហឫទ័យខ្ញុំនឹងវិលមករកបងប្អូនវិញ» រួចលោកចុះសំពៅ ចេញពីក្រុងអេភេសូទៅ។

²²And when he had landed at Caesarea, and gone up, and saluted the church, he went down to Antioch.

²²លុះធ្វើដំណើរមកដល់ក្រុងសេសារា លោកបានឡើងទៅសួរសុខទុក្ខក្រុមជំនុំ បន្ទាប់មក លោកបន្ដដំណើរទៅដល់ក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក។

²³And after he had spent some time there, he departed, and went over all the country of Galatia and Phrygia in order, strengthening all the disciples.

²³ក្រោយពីបានស្នាក់នៅក្រុងអន់ទីយ៉ូក យូរបន្ដិចមក លោកក៏ចេញដំណើរទៅសាជាថ្មីដោយឆ្លងកាត់ស្រុកកាឡាទី និង ស្រុកព្រីគាទាំងពង្រឹងជំនឿពួកសិស្ស ទាំងអស់ផង។

²⁴And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.

²⁴មានជនជាតិយូដាម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះអប៉ូឡូស ជាអ្នកស្រុកអលេក្សានទ្រាបានមកនៅក្រុងអេភេសូ គាត់ជាមនុស្សមានវោហា ហើយស្គាល់គម្ពីរយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់។

²⁵This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.

²⁵គាត់បានទទួលការអប់រំអំពីមាគ៌ារបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ និង មានចិត្ដឧស្សាហ៍មោះមុត គាត់ប្រកាសព្រះបន្ទូល ហើយប៉ិនប្រសប់បង្រៀនគេយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់អំពីព្រះយេស៊ូផង។ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ គាត់បានដឹងត្រឹមតែពិធីជ្រមុជទឹក របស់លោកយ៉ូហានប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

²⁶And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.

²⁶គាត់បានបង្រៀនគេក្នុងសាលាប្រជុំ ដោយចិត្ដអង់អាច។ កាលនាងព្រីស៊ីល និង លោកអគីឡាបានឮគាត់បង្រៀនដូច្នេះ ក៏អញ្ជើញគាត់ទៅជាមួយ ព្រមទាំងពន្យល់គាត់ អោយរឹតតែស្គាល់មាគ៌ារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ថែមទៀត។

²⁷And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace:

²⁷បន្ទាប់មក ដោយលោកអប៉ូឡូសមានបំណងធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់ស្រុកអាខៃ ពួកបងប្អូនក៏នាំគ្នាលើកទឹកចិត្ដគាត់អោយទៅ ថែមទាំងសរសេរសំបុត្រទៅជំរាបពួកសិស្ស នៅស្រុកនោះ អោយទទួលគាត់ដោយរាក់ទាក់ផង។ លុះទៅដល់ គាត់បានខ្នះខ្នែងជួយអស់អ្នកនៅទីនោះដែលបានទទួលជឿ ដោយសារព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។

²⁸For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.

²⁸ដ្បិតគាត់ចេះផ្ចាញ់សាសន៍យូដានៅមុខប្រជុំជនទាំងអស់ និង វែកញែកគម្ពីរ បញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់គេថា ព្រះយេស៊ូពិតជាព្រះគ្រិស្ដ មែន។
