¹And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

¹នៅបុណ្យថ្ងៃទីហាសិប ពួកសិស្សបានរួមប្រជុំទាំងអស់គ្នា នៅកន្លែងតែមួយ។

²And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

²រំពេចនោះ ស្រាប់តែមានឮស្នូរសន្ធឹកពីលើមេឃ ដូចខ្យល់បក់បោកយ៉ាងខ្លាំងពេញក្នុងផ្ទះដែលគេនៅ។

³And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

³ពួកសិស្សបានឃើញហាក់ដូចជា មានអណ្ដាតភ្លើងបែកចេញពីគ្នា ចុះមកសណ្ឋិតលើពួកគេម្នាក់ៗ។

⁴And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

⁴អ្នកទាំងនោះបានពោរពេញដោយព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ហើយចាប់ផ្ដើមនិយាយភាសាផ្សេងៗពីគ្នា តាមព្រះវិញ្ញាណប្រោសប្រទានអោយ។

⁵And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

⁵ពេលនោះ មានជនជាតិយូដា ជាអ្នកគោរពប្រណិប័តន៍ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ មកពីប្រទេសនានា ក្នុងពិភពលោកទាំងមូល ស្នាក់នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមដែរ។

⁶Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

⁶ពេលស្នូរសន្ធឹកលាន់ឮយ៉ាងខ្លាំងដូច្នោះ មហាជននាំគ្នារត់មកមើល ហើយភ្ញាក់ផ្អើលក្រៃលែង ព្រោះម្នាក់ៗបានឮពួកសិស្សនិយាយភាសារបស់ខ្លួន។

⁷And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?

⁷អ្នកទាំងនោះងឿងឆ្ងល់ខ្លាំងណាស់ គេស្ងើចសរសើរ ទាំងពោលថា៖ «អ្នកដែលកំពុងនិយាយនេះ សុទ្ធតែជាអ្នកស្រុកកាលីឡេទេតើ។

⁸And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

⁸ចុះហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាយើងឮគេនិយាយភាសារបស់យើងរៀងៗខ្លួនទៅវិញដូច្នេះ?

⁹Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,

⁹គឺទាំងអ្នកស្រុកផាថុស ស្រុកមេឌី ស្រុកអេឡំា ទាំងអ្នកស្រុកមេសូប៉ូតាមា ស្រុកយូដា ស្រុកកាប៉ាដូគា ស្រុកប៉ុនតុសស្រុកអាស៊ី

¹⁰Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

¹⁰ស្រុកព្រីគាស្រុកប៉ាមភីលា ស្រុកអេស៊ីប ស្រុកលីប៊ីដែលនៅក្បែរស្រុកគីរ៉េន និង អស់អ្នកមកពីក្រុងរ៉ូម

¹¹Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

¹¹ទាំងជនជាតិយូដា ទាំងអ្នកចូលសាសនាយូដា ទាំងអ្នកមកពីកោះក្រែត ទាំងជនជាតិអារ៉ាប់យើងបានឮគេថ្លែងអំពីស្នាព្រះហស្ដដ៏អស្ចារ្យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ជាភាសាយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាផ្ទាល់!»។

¹²And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

¹²អ្នកទាំងនោះងឿងឆ្ងល់ខ្លាំងណាស់ មិនដឹងគិតយ៉ាងណា គេសួរគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកថា៖«តើហេតុការណ៍នេះ មានន័យដូចម្ដេច?»។

¹³Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

¹³ប៉ុន្តែ មានអ្នកខ្លះទៀតបែរជានិយាយចំអកថា៖ «ពួកអស់ហ្នឹងសុទ្ធតែស្រវឹងស្រាទេតើ!»។

¹⁴But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

¹⁴លោកពេត្រុសក៏ក្រោកឈរឡើងជាមួយសាវ័កដប់មួយរូបទៀត ហើយមានប្រសាសន៍ទៅកាន់បណ្ដាជនថា៖ «បងប្អូនយូដា និង បងប្អូនទាំងអស់ដែលស្នាក់នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមអើយ! សូមបងប្អូនជ្រាប ហើយផ្ទៀងត្រចៀកស្ដាប់ពាក្យរបស់ខ្ញុំ។

¹⁵For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

¹⁵អ្នកទាំងនេះមិនមែនស្រវឹងស្រាដូចបងប្អូនស្មាននោះទេ ព្រោះទើបតែម៉ោងប្រាំបួន ព្រឹកប៉ុណ្ណោះ!។

¹⁶But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

¹⁶ហេតុការណ៍នេះកើតមាន ស្របតាមសេចក្ដីដែលព្យាការី យ៉ូអែលបានថ្លែងទុកមកថា៖

¹⁷And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

¹⁷"ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា នៅគ្រាចុងក្រោយបង្អស់ យើងនឹងយកវិញ្ញាណយើងមកចាក់បង្ហូរ លើមនុស្សលោកផងទាំងពួង។ កូនប្រុសកូនស្រីរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នា នឹងថ្លែងព្រះបន្ទូល ពួកយុវជននឹងនិមិត្ដឃើញការអស្ចារ្យ ហើយពួកចាស់ទុំរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នា នឹងយល់សុបិននិមិត្ដ។

¹⁸And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

¹⁸នៅគ្រានោះយើងពិតជាយកវិញ្ញាណយើង មកចាក់បង្ហូរលើអ្នកបំរើទាំងប្រុសទាំងស្រី របស់យើង ហើយគេនឹងថ្លែងព្រះបន្ទូល។

¹⁹And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

¹⁹យើងនឹងសំដែងឫទ្ធិបាដិហារិយ៍នៅលើមេឃ សំដែងទីសំគាល់ផ្សេងៗនៅលើផែនដី គឺមានឈាមមានភ្លើង និង មានកំសួលផ្សែង។

²⁰The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

²⁰ព្រះអាទិត្យនឹងប្រែទៅជាងងឹតបាត់រស្មី ព្រះចន្ទនឹងប្រែទៅជាឈាម នៅមុនថ្ងៃព្រះអម្ចាស់យាងមក គឺជាថ្ងៃដ៏រុងរឿងឧត្ដុង្គឧត្ដម

²¹And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

²¹ពេលនោះ អ្នកណាអង្វររកព្រះនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់ អ្នកនោះនឹងទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ"។

²²Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

²²បងប្អូនអ៊ីស្រាអែលអើយ សូមស្ដាប់ពាក្យនេះចុះ! ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានរ៉ាប់រងទទួលលោកយេស៊ូ ជាអ្នកភូមិណាសារ៉ែត នៅមុខបងប្អូនទាំងអស់គ្នា ដោយព្រះអង្គបានសំដែងការអស្ចារ្យ ឫទ្ធិបាដិហារិយ៍ និង ទីសំគាល់ផ្សេងៗ នៅកណ្ដាលចំណោមបងប្អូន តាមរយៈលោកដូចបងប្អូនជ្រាបស្រាប់ហើយ។

²³Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

²³បងប្អូនបានចាប់បញ្ជូនលោកយេស៊ូនេះទៅអោយពួកជនពាល ឥតសាសនា ឆ្កាងលោក ដូចព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានកំណត់ទុក ដោយព្រះអង្គទ្រង់ញាណជាមុន។

²⁴Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

²⁴ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានប្រោសលោកអោយរស់ឡើងវិញ ទ្រង់ដោះលែងលោកអោយរួចពីទុក្ខលំបាកនៃសេចក្ដីស្លាប់ ព្រោះសេចក្ដីស្លាប់មិនអាចឃុំលោកទុកបានឡើយ។

²⁵For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

²⁵ព្រះបាទដាវីឌមានរាជឱង្ការអំពីលោកយេស៊ូនេះថា៖ «ទូលបង្គំបានឃើញព្រះអម្ចាស់ នៅមុខទូលបង្គំជានិច្ច ព្រោះព្រះអង្គគង់នៅខាងស្ដាំទូលបង្គំ មិនអោយទូលបង្គំត្រូវញាប់ញ័រឡើយ។

²⁶Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

²⁶ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាចិត្ដទូលបង្គំរីករាយ ទូលបង្គំពោលពាក្យដោយអំណរដ៏លើសលប់ ហើយសូម្បីតែរូបកាយរបស់ទូលបង្គំ ក៏នឹងសំរាកដោយសេចក្ដីសង្ឃឹមដែរ

²⁷Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

²⁷ដ្បិតព្រះអង្គនឹងមិនបោះបង់ព្រលឹងទូលបង្គំ ចោលនៅក្នុងស្ថានមនុស្សស្លាប់ឡើយ ហើយព្រះអង្គក៏មិនបណ្ដោយអោយ សពអ្នកបំរើរបស់ព្រះអង្គត្រូវរលួយដែរ។

²⁸Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

²⁸ព្រះអង្គបានបង្ហាញអោយទូលបង្គំស្គាល់ផ្លូវ ឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ជីវិត ព្រះអង្គនឹងប្រទានអោយទូលបង្គំ មានសុភមង្គលដ៏ពេញលេញ ដោយព្រះអង្គគង់ជាមួយទូលបង្គំ»។

²⁹Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

²⁹បងប្អូនអើយ! ខ្ញុំសូមជំរាបបងប្អូនអោយបានច្បាស់អំពីព្រះបាទដាវីឌ ជាបុព្វបុរស របស់យើងនោះថា ព្រះអង្គបានសោយទិវង្គតផុតទៅហើយ គេបានបញ្ចុះព្រះសពរបស់ព្រះអង្គ រីឯផ្នូររបស់ព្រះអង្គក៏ស្ថិតនៅជាមួយយើង រហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃដែរ។

³⁰Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

³⁰ដោយព្រះបាទដាវីឌជាព្យាការីមួយរូប ទ្រង់ជ្រាបថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានសន្យាយ៉ាងម៉ឹងម៉ាត់ជាមួយព្រះអង្គថា នឹងប្រទានអោយព្រះរាជវង្សរបស់ទ្រង់មួយអង្គ ឡើងស្នងរាជ្យ។

³¹He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

³¹ព្រះបាទដាវីឌបានឈ្វេងយល់ជាមុនថា ព្រះគ្រិស្ដ មានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញ គឺទ្រង់មានរាជឱង្ការថាព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពុំទុកព្រះគ្រិស្ដចោលនៅក្នុងស្ថានមនុស្សស្លាប់ទេ ហើយក៏មិនទុកអោយសពព្រះអង្គត្រូវរលួយដែរ។

³²This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

³²ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានប្រោសលោកយេស៊ូនេះអោយរស់ឡើងវិញ យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នាជាសាក្សី។

³³Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

³³ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានលើកលោកយេស៊ូឡើងដោយឫទ្ធិបារមី របស់ព្រះអង្គ។ លោកយេស៊ូបានទទួលព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធពីព្រះបិតា តាមព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យាហើយចាក់បង្ហូរព្រះវិញ្ញាណនេះមកលើយើងខ្ញុំ ដូចបងប្អូនបានឃើញបានឮស្រាប់។

³⁴For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

³⁴ព្រះបាទដាវីឌមិនបានយាងឡើងទៅស្ថានបរមសុខ ទេ តែព្រះអង្គមានរាជឱង្ការថាៈ "ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅកាន់ ព្រះអម្ចាស់របស់ខ្ញុំថា សូមគង់ខាងស្ដាំយើង

³⁵Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

³⁵ទំរាំដល់យើងបង្ក្រាបខ្មាំងសត្រូវរបស់ព្រះអង្គ មកដាក់ក្រោមព្រះបាទារបស់ព្រះអង្គ"។

³⁶Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

³⁶ហេតុនេះ សូមអោយជនជាតិអ៊ីស្រាអែលទាំងមូលដឹងជាក់ច្បាស់ថា លោកយេស៊ូនេះ ដែលបងប្អូនបានឆ្កាង ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានតែងតាំងលោកឡើងជាព្រះអម្ចាស់ និង ជាព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ហើយ»។

³⁷Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

³⁷កាលបណ្ដាជនបានឮសេចក្ដីទាំងនេះ ពួកគេរំជួលចិត្ដជាខ្លាំង ហើយសួរលោកពេត្រុស និង សាវ័កឯទៀតៗថា៖ «បងប្អូនអើយ! តើអោយយើងខ្ញុំធ្វើដូចម្ដេច?»។

³⁸Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

³⁸លោកពេត្រុសមានប្រសាសន៍ទៅគេថា៖ «សូមបងប្អូនកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត ហើយម្នាក់ៗត្រូវទទួលពិធីជ្រមុជទឹក ក្នុងព្រះនាមព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដ ទៅ ដើម្បីព្រះជាម្ចាស់លើកលែងទោសបងប្អូនអោយរួចពីបាប ហើយបងប្អូននឹងទទួលព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ដែលជាអំណោយទានរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់

³⁹For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.

³⁹ដ្បិតព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យានេះ ចំពោះបងប្អូនទាំងអស់គ្នា ចំពោះកូនចៅរបស់បងប្អូន និង ចំពោះអស់អ្នកដែលនៅឆ្ងាយៗទាំងប៉ុន្មានដែរ តាមតែព្រះអម្ចាស់ជាព្រះរបស់យើងត្រាស់ហៅ»។

⁴⁰And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

⁴⁰លោកពេត្រុសបានពន្យល់បញ្ជាក់ និង ដាស់តឿនពួកគេ ដោយពាក្យពេចន៍ជាច្រើនទៀតគឺលោកមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «សូមបងប្អូនទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ អោយរួចផុតពីមនុស្សអាក្រក់សម័យនេះ»។

⁴¹Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

⁴¹អស់អ្នកដែលយល់ព្រមទទួលពាក្យរបស់លោក ក៏ទទួលពិធីជ្រមុជទឹក ហើយនៅថ្ងៃនោះ មានមនុស្សប្រមាណបីពាន់នាក់ ចូលមករួមក្នុងក្រុមសិស្ស ។

⁴²And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

⁴²សិស្សទាំងនោះព្យាយាមស្ដាប់សេចក្ដីបង្រៀនរបស់ក្រុមសាវ័ក រួមរស់ជាមួយគ្នាជាបងប្អូន ធ្វើពិធីកាច់នំបុ័ង និង ព្យាយាមអធិស្ឋាន។

⁴³And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

⁴³មនុស្សម្នាកោតស្ញប់ស្ញែងគ្រប់ៗគ្នា ដ្បិតក្រុមសាវ័កបានសំដែងឫទ្ធិបាដិហារិយ៍ និង ធ្វើទីសំគាល់ផ្សេងៗជាច្រើន។

⁴⁴And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

⁴⁴អស់អ្នកដែលបានជឿលើព្រះអម្ចាស់ មានចិត្ដគំនិតតែមួយហើយយករបស់របរ ដែលខ្លួនមាន មកដាក់រួមគ្នាទាំងអស់។

⁴⁵And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

⁴⁵គេលក់ទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិ និង អ្វីៗជារបស់ខ្លួនយកប្រាក់មកចែកគ្នាតាមសេចក្ដីត្រូវការរបស់ពួកគេម្នាក់ៗ។

⁴⁶And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

⁴⁶ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ គេរួមចិត្ដគំនិតគ្នាព្យាយាមចូលព្រះវិហារ ធ្វើពិធីកាច់នំបុ័ងនៅតាមផ្ទះព្រមទាំងបរិភោគអាហារជាមួយគ្នាយ៉ាងសប្បាយរីករាយ និង ដោយចិត្ដស្មោះសរផង។

⁴⁷Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

⁴⁷គេនាំគ្នាសរសើរតម្កើងព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហើយប្រជាជនទាំងមូលគោរពរាប់អានពួកគេទាំងអស់គ្នា។ ព្រះអម្ចាស់បន្ថែមចំនួនអ្នកដែលព្រះអង្គបានសង្គ្រោះ មកក្នុងក្រុមរបស់គេជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
