¹And after five days Ananias the high priest descended with the elders, and with a certain orator named Tertullus, who informed the governor against Paul.

¹ប្រាំថ្ងៃក្រោយមកលោកមហាបូជាចារ្យអាណាណាស និង ពួកព្រឹទ្ធាចារ្យ មួយចំនួន បានធ្វើដំណើរមកដល់ មានទាំងមេធាវីម្នាក់ឈ្មោះទើទូលុស មកជាមួយផង។ ពួកគេបានប្ដឹងទៅលោកទេសាភិបាល ចោទប្រកាន់លោកប៉ូល។

²And when he was called forth, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying, Seeing that by thee we enjoy great quietness, and that very worthy deeds are done unto this nation by thy providence,

²គេហៅលោកប៉ូលមក ហើយលោកទើទូលុសចោទប្រកាន់លោក ដូចតទៅនេះ៖ «សូមគោរពឯកឧត្ដមភេលិចសូមទានជ្រាបដោយសារតែឯកឧត្ដម និង ដោយការកែទំរង់ផ្សេងៗ ដែលឯកឧត្ដមបានធ្វើជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាជាតិនេះ យើងខ្ញុំបានប្រកបដោយសេចក្ដីសុខគ្រប់យ៉ាង ក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងដ៏ប៊ិនប្រសប់របស់ឯកឧត្ដម។

³We accept it always, and in all places, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.

³យើងខ្ញុំសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះឯកឧត្ដម ដែលបានប្រទានអ្វីៗនៅគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង និង គ្រប់ពេលវេលាមកយើងខ្ញុំ។

⁴Notwithstanding, that I be not further tedious unto thee, I pray thee that thou wouldest hear us of thy clemency a few words.

⁴ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្ញុំបាទមិនចង់រំខានឯកឧត្ដមវែងឆ្ងាយទៀតទេ ខ្ញុំបាទគ្រាន់តែអង្វរឯកឧត្ដម សូមមេត្ដាស្ដាប់យើងខ្ញុំតែបន្ដិចប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

⁵For we have found this man a pestilent fellow, and a mover of sedition among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes:

⁵យើងខ្ញុំយល់ឃើញថាជននេះជាមនុស្សចង្រៃឧត្បាត បង្កអោយកើតចលាចលក្នុងចំណោមជនជាតិយូដាទាំងអស់នៅលើពិភពលោកទាំងមូលគាត់ជាមេដឹកនាំពួកខាងគណៈណាសារ៉ែត។

⁶Who also hath gone about to profane the temple: whom we took, and would have judged according to our law.

⁶គាត់ថែមទាំងបានបន្ដុះបង្អាប់ព្រះវិហារ ទៀតផងហេតុនេះ បានជាយើងខ្ញុំចាប់គាត់ ចាយើងខ្ញុំចង់កាត់ទោសគាត់តាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យរបស់យើងខ្ញុំ

⁷But the chief captain Lysias came upon us, and with great violence took him away out of our hands,

⁷ប៉ុន្ដែ លោកមេបញ្ជាការលូស៊ាបានប្រើកម្លំាង ធ្វើអន្ដរាគមន៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងដណ្ដើមយកគាត់ពីយើងខ្ញុំ

⁸Commanding his accusers to come unto thee: by examining of whom thyself mayest take knowledge of all these things, whereof we accuse him.

⁸ហើយបានបង្គាប់អោយអស់អ្នកដែលចោទប្រកាន់ជននេះមកជួបឯកឧត្ដម។ សូមឯកឧត្ដមសួរគាត់ ផ្ទាល់តែម្ដងទៅ ឯកឧត្ដមមុខជាជ្រាបមូលហេតុទាំងអស់ដែលយើងខ្ញុំចោទប្រកាន់គាត់នោះមិនខាន»។

⁹And the Jews also assented, saying that these things were so.

⁹ជនជាតិយូដាបានគាំទ្រពាក្យចោទប្រកាន់នេះ និង បញ្ជាក់ថាពិតជាត្រឹមត្រូវមែន។

¹⁰Then Paul, after that the governor had beckoned unto him to speak, answered, Forasmuch as I know that thou hast been of many years a judge unto this nation, I do the more cheerfully answer for myself:

¹⁰ពេលនោះ លោកទេសាភិបាលបានធ្វើសញ្ញាអោយលោកប៉ូលមានប្រសាសន៍ លោកប៉ូលក៏មានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «ខ្ញុំបាទដឹងថាឯកឧត្ដមជាអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងលើប្រជាជាតិនេះ ច្រើនឆ្នាំមកហើយ ដូច្នេះ ខ្ញុំបាទសូមឆ្លើយការពារខ្លួន ទាំងទុកចិត្ដ។

¹¹Because that thou mayest understand, that there are yet but twelve days since I went up to Jerusalem for to worship.

¹¹ខ្ញុំបាទបានធ្វើដំណើរទៅថ្វាយបង្គំព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម កាលដប់ពីរថ្ងៃកន្លងទៅនេះ សូមឯកឧត្ដមស៊ើបសួរមើលចុះ

¹²And they neither found me in the temple disputing with any man, neither raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city:

¹²ទោះបីនៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារក្ដី នៅក្នុងសាលាប្រជុំ ឬ នៅក្នុងទីក្រុងក្ដីគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់បានឃើញខ្ញុំបាទជជែកវែកញែកជាមួយគេ ឬ ក៏បង្កអោយមានចលាចលក្នុងចំណោមបណ្ដាជនឡើយ។

¹³Neither can they prove the things whereof they now accuse me.

¹³អស់លោកទាំងនេះគ្មានភស្ដុតាងអ្វី មកបញ្ជាក់ពាក្យចោទប្រកាន់របស់ខ្លួន ជូនឯកឧត្ដមទាល់តែសោះ។

¹⁴But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:

¹⁴ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្ញុំបាទសូមជំរាបឯកឧត្ដមថាខ្ញុំបាទគោរពប្រណិប័តន៍ព្រះនៃបុព្វបុរស ខ្ញុំបាទតាមមាគ៌ាមួយដែលលោកទាំងនេះចោទថាជាគណៈខុសឆ្គង។ ខ្ញុំបាទជឿសេចក្ដីទាំងប៉ុន្មានដែលមានចែងទុកក្នុងគម្ពីរវិន័យ និង គម្ពីរព្យាការី

¹⁵And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.

¹⁵ហើយខ្ញុំបាទសង្ឃឹមលើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដូចលោកទាំងនេះដែរ ថា ព្រះអង្គនឹងប្រោសទាំងមនុស្សសុចរិត ទាំងមនុស្សទុច្ចរិតអោយរស់ឡើងវិញ។

¹⁶And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void to offence toward God, and toward men.

¹⁶ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាខ្ញុំបាទខំប្រឹងធ្វើយ៉ាងណា អោយមានចិត្ដស្អាតបរិសុទ្ធ គ្រប់ជំពូកចំពោះព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង ចំពោះមនុស្សលោក។

¹⁷Now after many years I came to bring alms to my nation, and offerings.

¹⁷ខ្ញុំបាទបានចាកចេញពីក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមជាច្រើនឆ្នាំ ហើយខ្ញុំបាទវិលត្រឡប់មកវិញ ដើម្បីជួយជនរួមជាតិរបស់ខ្ញុំបាទ និង ថ្វាយតង្វាយទៅព្រះជាម្ចាស់ផង។

¹⁸Whereupon certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with multitude, nor with tumult.

¹⁸នៅពេលនោះ ពួកគេឃើញខ្ញុំបាទធ្វើពិធីជំរះកាយអោយបានបរិសុទ្ធនៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារ តែឥតមានការប្រជុំបណ្ដាជនឬ កើតវឹកវរអ្វីឡើយ។

¹⁹Who ought to have been here before thee, and object, if they had ought against me.

¹⁹ប៉ុន្ដែ មានសាសន៍យូដាខ្លះមកពីស្រុកអាស៊ី នៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារពេលនោះដែរ គឺអ្នកទាំងនោះទេតើដែលសមនឹងមកជួបឯកឧត្ដម ដើម្បីចោទប្រកាន់ខ្ញុំបាទ ប្រសិនបើគេមានរឿងហេតុណាមួយទាស់នឹងខ្ញុំបាទ។

²⁰Or else let these same here say, if they have found any evil doing in me, while I stood before the council,

²⁰ខ្ញុំបាទឈរមុខក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាន់ខ្ពស់ស្រាប់ហើយ បើអស់លោកដែលនៅទីនេះ បានឃើញខ្ញុំបាទមានទោសអ្វី សូមថាមកចុះ

²¹Except it be for this one voice, that I cried standing among them, Touching the resurrection of the dead I am called in question by you this day.

²¹លើកលែងតែពាក្យដែលខ្ញុំបាទបាននិយាយយ៉ាងខ្លាំងៗនៅកណ្ដាលចំណោមពួកគេថា "បងប្អូនយកខ្ញុំមកកាត់ទោសនៅថ្ងៃនេះ ព្រោះតែខ្ញុំជឿថាមនុស្សស្លាប់នឹងរស់ឡើងវិញ"»។

²²And when Felix heard these things, having more perfect knowledge of that way, he deferred them, and said, When Lysias the chief captain shall come down, I will know the uttermost of your matter.

²²លោកភេលិចក៏បានជ្រាបច្បាស់លាស់អំពីមាគារបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ដែរ។ លោកប្រាប់ពួកគេអោយត្រឡប់ទៅវិញ ដោយពោលថា៖«ពេលលោកមេបញ្ជាការលូស៊ាមកដល់ ខ្ញុំនឹងវិនិច្ឆ័យសំណុំរឿងរបស់អស់លោក»។

²³And he commanded a centurion to keep Paul, and to let him have liberty, and that he should forbid none of his acquaintance to minister or come unto him.

²³លោកបញ្ជាអោយគេយកលោកប៉ូលទៅឃុំ តែលោកទុកអោយលោកប៉ូលមានសេរីភាពខ្លះៗដែរ ព្រមទាំងបើកអោយអ្នកជិតដិតនឹងលោកប៉ូលចូលទៅជួយទំនុកបំរុងលោកថែមទៀតផង។

²⁴And after certain days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, which was a Jewess, he sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ.

²⁴ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃកន្លងមកទៀត លោកភេលិចបានមកជាមួយភរិយារបស់លោក គឺម្ចាស់ក្សត្រីយ៍ទ្រូស៊ីលជាជនជាតិយូដា លោកអោយគេទៅហៅលោកប៉ូលមក ហើយស្ដាប់លោកប៉ូលមានប្រសាសន៍អំពីជំនឿលើព្រះគ្រិស្ដយេស៊ូ។

²⁵And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.

²⁵ប៉ុន្ដែ កាលលោកប៉ូលវែកញែកអំពីសេចក្ដីសុចរិត អំពីការទប់ចិត្ដនឹងតណ្ហា និង អំពីការវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសនៅអនាគតកាល លោកភេលិចក៏ភ័យ ហើយពោលទៅលោកប៉ូលថា៖«ឥឡូវនេះ ចូរអ្នកត្រឡប់ទៅវិញសិនចុះកាលណាខ្ញុំមានពេល ខ្ញុំនឹងហៅអ្នកមកទៀត!»។

²⁶He hoped also that money should have been given him of Paul, that he might loose him: wherefore he sent for him the oftener, and communed with him.

²⁶លោកភេលិចសង្ឃឹមថានឹងបានទទួលប្រាក់ពីលោកប៉ូល ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាលោកចាត់គេអោយទៅហៅលោកប៉ូល មកសន្ទនាជាមួយជារឿយៗ។

²⁷But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix' room: and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, left Paul bound.

²⁷ពីរឆ្នាំក្រោយមក លោកពរគាស-ភេស្ទុស ចូលកាន់តំណែងជំនួសលោកភេលិច។ ដោយលោកភេលិចចង់យកចិត្ដសាសន៍យូដា លោកបានទុកលោកប៉ូលអោយនៅជាប់ឃុំឃាំងដដែល។
