¹Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Thou art permitted to speak for thyself. Then Paul stretched forth the hand, and answered for himself:

¹ព្រះបាទអគ្រីប៉ាមានរាជឱង្ការទៅលោកប៉ូលថា៖ «អ្នកមានសិទ្ធិនិយាយការពារខ្លួននៅពេលនេះបាន!»។ លោកប៉ូលលើកដៃឡើង មានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖

²I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:

²«បពិត្រព្រះរាជា ទូលបង្គំមានកិត្ដិយសធំណាស់ ដោយអាចឆ្លើយការពារខ្លួន នៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រព្រះករុណាថ្ងៃនេះ អំពីពាក្យបណ្ដឹងទាំងប៉ុន្មានដែលសាសន៍យូដាចោទទូលបង្គំ

³Especially because I know thee to be expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews: wherefore I beseech thee to hear me patiently.

³ដ្បិតព្រះករុណាជ្រាបយ៉ាងច្បាស់ អំពីទំនៀមទម្លាប់ផ្សេងៗរបស់សាសន៍យូដា និង អំពីសេចក្ដីដែលគេនិយមជជែកវែកែញក។ ហេតុនេះ សូមទ្រង់មេត្ដាព្រះសណ្ដាប់ទូលបង្គំ ដោយអនុគ្រោះផង។

⁴My manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews;

⁴ជនជាតិយូដាទាំងមូលស្គាល់ប្រវត្ដិរបស់ទូលបង្គំ តាំងពីក្មេងមកស្រាប់ហើយ គេក៏ដឹងថាតាំងពីដើមមក ទូលបង្គំរស់នៅកណ្ដាលចំណោមជនជាតិរបស់ទូលបង្គំ និង នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម របៀបណាដែរ។

⁵Which knew me from the beginning, if they would testify, that after the most straitest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee.

⁵គេបានស្គាល់ទូលបង្គំ តាំងពីយូរមកហើយ ពីដើម ទូលបង្គំជាអ្នកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី ដែលជាគណៈតឹងរ៉ឹងជាងគេក្នុងសាសនារបស់យើង ប្រសិនបើពួកគេចង់ ពួកគេអាចធ្វើជាសាក្សីបាន។

⁶And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God, unto our fathers:

⁶ប៉ុន្ដែ ឥឡូវនេះ គេយកទូលបង្គំមកវិនិច្ឆ័យទោស ព្រោះតែសេចក្ដីសង្ឃឹមលើព្រះបន្ទូល ដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានសន្យាជាមួយបុព្វបុរស របស់យើង។

⁷Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope's sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.

⁷កុលសម្ព័ន្ធ ទាំងដប់ពីររបស់យើងនាំគ្នាគោរពបំរើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ទាំងយប់ ទាំងថ្ងៃ ឥតឈប់ឈរ ដោយសង្ឃឹមថា ព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យានោះ នឹងបានសំរេច។ បពិត្រព្រះរាជា ជនជាតិយូដាបានចោទប្រកាន់ទូលបង្គំ ព្រោះតែសេចក្ដីសង្ឃឹមនេះហើយ។

⁸Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

⁸ចុះហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអស់លោកយល់ថា ការដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសមនុស្សស្លាប់ អោយរស់ឡើងវិញ ជាការមួយមិនគួរអោយជឿដូច្នេះ!

⁹I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

⁹ចំណែកឯទូលបង្គំផ្ទាល់ ពីដើមទូលបង្គំយល់ឃើញថា ត្រូវតែប្រឆាំងនឹងព្រះនាមព្រះយេស៊ូ ជាអ្នកភូមិណាសារ៉ែតគ្រប់យ៉ាងទាំងអស់

¹⁰Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them.

¹⁰ហើយទូលបង្គំបានប្រព្រឹត្ដដូច្នេះ នៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមមែន គឺទូលបង្គំបានទទួលច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតពីក្រុមនាយកបូជាចារ្យ ដើម្បីចាប់អស់អ្នកដែលជឿលើព្រះអម្ចាស់ជាច្រើននាក់យកទៅឃុំឃាំង។ នៅពេលគេសម្លាប់អ្នកទាំងនោះទូលបង្គំក៏យល់ស្របជាមួយដែរ។

¹¹And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.

¹¹ទូលបង្គំតែងចូលទៅក្នុងសាលាប្រជុំ នានាជាញឹកញាប់ ដើម្បីធ្វើទុក្ខទោសអ្នកទាំងនោះ បង្ខំអោយគេលះបង់ចោលជំនឿរបស់ខ្លួន។ ទូលបង្គំខឹងគេជាខ្លាំងពន់ពេក រហូតដល់ទៅតាមបៀតបៀនគេក្នុងក្រុងនានា នៅបរទេសផង។

¹²Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

¹²ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាទូលបង្គំធ្វើដំណើរទៅក្រុងដាម៉ាសទាំងទទួលអំណាច និង ការអនុញ្ញាតពីក្រុមនាយកបូជាចារ្យ។

¹³At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.

¹³បពិត្រព្រះរាជា នៅតាមផ្លូវ ប្រមាណជាថ្ងៃត្រង់ទូលបង្គំបានឃើញពន្លឺមួយភ្លឺជាងពន្លឺថ្ងៃទៅទៀតចាំងពីលើមេឃមកលើទូលបង្គំ និង លើអ្នកដែលរួមដំណើរជាមួយទូលបង្គំ។

¹⁴And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

¹⁴ពេលនោះ យើងខ្ញុំដួលទាំងអស់គ្នា ហើយទូលបង្គំបានឮសំឡេងពោលមកកាន់ទូលបង្គំជាភាសាហេប្រឺថា "សូលសូលអើយ! ហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអ្នកបៀតបៀនខ្ញុំ? អ្នកខំប្រឹងតយុទ្ធនឹងខ្ញុំ ដូចគោជល់នឹងជន្លួញដូច្នេះ មិនកើតទេ"។

¹⁵And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

¹⁵ទូលបង្គំបានតបទៅវិញថា "លោកម្ចាស់អើយ តើលោកជានរណា?"។ ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលមកទូលបង្គំវិញថា "ខ្ញុំជាយេស៊ូដែលអ្នកកំពុងតែបៀតបៀន។

¹⁶But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

¹⁶ចូរក្រោកឈរឡើង ខ្ញុំបង្ហាញខ្លួនអោយអ្នកឃើញ មកពីខ្ញុំបានជ្រើសរើសអ្នកអោយបំរើ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើជាបន្ទាល់អំពីហេតុការណ៍ដែលខ្ញុំបង្ហាញអោយអ្នកឃើញនៅពេលនេះ និង ហេតុការណ៍ឯទៀតៗ ដែលខ្ញុំនឹងបង្ហាញអោយអ្នកឃើញនៅពេលខាងមុខ។

¹⁷Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,

¹⁷ខ្ញុំបានរំដោះអ្នកអោយរួចពីសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែល និង សាសន៍ដទៃ។ ខ្ញុំចាត់អ្នកអោយទៅរកសាសន៍ទាំងនោះ

¹⁸To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

¹⁸ដើម្បីបើកភ្នែកគេអោយភ្លឺអោយគេងាកចេញពីសេចក្ដីងងឹតបែរមករកពន្លឺ និង ងាកចេញពីអំណាចរបស់មារ សាតាំង បែរមករកព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិញ ព្រមទាំងទទួលការអត់ទោសអោយរួចពីបាប និង ទទួលមត៌ករួមជាមួយអស់អ្នកដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសអោយបានវិសុទ្ធ ដោយមានជំនឿលើខ្ញុំ"។

¹⁹Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

¹⁹បពិត្រព្រះរាជា ទូលបង្គំពុំបានជំទាស់នឹងការអស្ចារ្យដែលទូលបង្គំនិមិត្ដឃើញនោះឡើយ។

²⁰But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

²⁰ទូលបង្គំបានប្រាប់ប្រជាជននៅក្រុងដាម៉ាសមុនគេបង្អស់ បន្ទាប់មក ប្រាប់ប្រជាជននៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមនៅស្រុកយូដាទាំងមូល ហើយប្រាប់សាសន៍ដទៃអោយកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត និង បែរមករកព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដោយប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើផ្សេងៗបញ្ជាក់ថា គេពិតជាកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតមែន។

²¹For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me.

²¹មកពីហេតុនេះហើយបានជាសាសន៍យូដានាំគ្នាចាប់ទូលបង្គំនៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារ ព្រមទាំងប៉ុនប៉ងប្រហារជីវិតទូលបង្គំផង។

²²Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

²²ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់ការពារទូលបង្គំរហូតមកទល់ថ្ងៃនេះ បានជាទូលបង្គំនៅតែផ្ដល់សក្ខីភាពអំពីព្រះអង្គ នៅចំពោះមុខអ្នកតូចអ្នកធំ។ ទូលបង្គំពុំបាននិយាយអ្វីក្រៅពីសេចក្ដីដែលពួកព្យាការី និង លោកម៉ូសេ បានថ្លែងទុកអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដែលត្រូវតែកើតមាននោះឡើយ

²³That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

²³ពោលគឺព្រះគ្រិស្ដ បានរងទុក្ខលំបាក ហើយមានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញមុនគេបង្អស់ទ្រង់នឹងប្រទានដំណឹងអំពីពន្លឺនៃការសង្គ្រោះ ប្រាប់សាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែល និង សាសន៍ដទៃ»។

²⁴And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad.

²⁴កាលលោកប៉ូលកំពុងមានប្រសាសន៍ការពារ ខ្លួនដូច្នេះ លោកភេស្ទុសក៏បន្លឺសំឡេងឡើងយ៉ាងខ្លាំងថា៖ «ប៉ូលអើយ អ្នកវង្វេងស្មារតីហើយ! គឺអ្នករៀនសូត្រច្រើនពេក បានជាត្រឡប់ទៅជាវង្វេងស្មារតីដូច្នេះ!»។

²⁵But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.

²⁵លោកប៉ូលតបវិញថា៖ «សូមជំរាបឯកឧត្ដមភេស្ទុសខ្ញុំបាទមិនមែនវង្វេងស្មារតីទេ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ ខ្ញុំបាទនិយាយតែពាក្យពិត មានន័យត្រឹមត្រូវ។

²⁶For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner.

²⁶ព្រះរាជាក៏ជ្រាបអំពីហេតុការណ៍ទាំងនេះ រួចស្រេចទៅហើយដែរ ខ្ញុំបាទហ៊ាននិយាយនៅ ចំពោះមុខព្រះអង្គដោយឥតភ័យខ្លាចឡើយ ដ្បិតខ្ញុំបាទជឿជាក់ថាព្រះរាជាជ្រាបទាំងអស់ ព្រោះហេតុការណ៍នេះមិនមែនកើតឡើងស្ងាត់ៗ នៅកៀនកោះណាមួយនោះទេ។

²⁷King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest.

²⁷បពិត្រព្រះរាជា តើព្រះអង្គជឿពួកព្យាការីឬទេ? ទូលបង្គំដឹងថាព្រះអង្គពិតជាជឿមែន!»។

²⁸Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

²⁸ព្រះបាទអគ្រីប៉ាមានរាជឱង្ការទៅលោកប៉ូលថា៖ «នៅតែបន្ដិចទៀត អ្នកមុខជាធ្វើអោយខ្ញុំទៅជាគ្រិស្ដបរិស័ទហើយ!»។

²⁹And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

²⁹លោកប៉ូលទូលតបវិញថា៖ «ទោះបីនៅតែបន្ដិចទៀត ឬ យូរទៀតក្ដី ទូលបង្គំអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់ សូមទ្រង់ប្រោសប្រណី មិនត្រឹមតែដល់ព្រះរាជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ គឺដល់អស់លោកដែលកំពុងស្ដាប់ទូលបង្គំនៅថ្ងៃនេះ សូមអោយព្រះរាជា និង អស់លោកបានដូចទូលបង្គំដែរ លើកលែងតែការជាប់ច្រវាក់នេះចេញ!»។

³⁰And when he had thus spoken, the king rose up, and the governor, and Bernice, and they that sat with them:

³⁰ព្រះរាជា លោកទេសាភិបាល ព្រមទាំងម្ចាស់ក្សត្រីយ៍បេរេនីស និង អ្នកឯទៀតៗដែលអង្គុយនៅទីនោះ បាននាំគ្នាក្រោកឡើង

³¹And when they were gone aside, they talked between themselves, saying, This man doeth nothing worthy of death or of bonds.

³¹ហើយចាកចេញទៅទាំងនិយាយគ្នាថា៖ «បុរសនេះពុំបានធ្វើអ្វីខុសដែលត្រូវមានទោសដល់ជីវិត ឬ ត្រូវជាប់ច្រវាក់ឡើយ»។

³²Then said Agrippa unto Festus, This man might have been set at liberty, if he had not appealed unto Caesar.

³²ព្រះបាទអគ្រីប៉ាមានរាជឱង្ការទៅកាន់ លោកភេស្ទុសថា៖«ប្រសិនបើបុរសនេះមិនបានសុំឡើងទៅដល់ព្រះចៅអធិរាជទេនោះ យើងអាចដោះលែងគាត់បាន»។
