1For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
1ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ គ្រាន់តែជាស្រមោលនៃសម្បត្ដិនៅលោកខាងមុខប៉ុណ្ណោះ គឺមិនមែនធ្វើអោយមនុស្សយើងឃើញសម្បត្ដិទាំងនោះប្រត្យក្សច្បាស់ទេ។ ហេតុនេះ ក្រឹត្យវិន័យពុំអាចធ្វើអោយអស់អ្នកដែលចូលមកថ្វាយសក្ការបូជា បានគ្រប់លក្ខណៈឡើយ ទោះបីគេថ្វាយយញ្ញបូជា ដដែលៗជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំមិនចេះចប់មិនចេះហើយក៏ដោយ។
2For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
2ប្រសិនបើពួកអ្នកដែលគោរពបំរើព្រះជាម្ចាស់តាមរបៀបនេះ បានបរិសុទ្ធ ម្ដងជាសូរេចហើយនោះ គេមុខជាដឹងថាខ្លួនគ្មានជាប់បាបទៀតទេ ហើយគេក៏លែងមកថ្វាយយញ្ញបូជា ទៀតដែរ។
3But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
3ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយការថ្វាយយញ្ញបូជាទាំងនោះជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ គេតែងតែនាំគ្នារំលឹកពីអំពើបាប
4For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
4ព្រោះឈាមគោបា និង ឈាមរបស់ពពែឈ្មោលពុំអាចដកបាបបានឡើយ។
5Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
5ហេតុនេះ នៅពេលដែលព្រះគ្រិស្ដយាងចូលមកក្នុងពិភពលោក ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅកាន់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ថា៖ «ព្រះអង្គមិនចង់បានយញ្ញបូជាឬតង្វាយអ្វីទេ តែព្រះអង្គបានធ្វើរូបកាយមួយអោយទូលបង្គំ
6In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
6ព្រះអង្គមិនសព្វព្រះហឫទ័យនឹងតង្វាយដុត ឬយញ្ញបូជាសុំអោយរួចពីបាបឡើយ
7Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
7ដូច្នេះទូលបង្គំពោលថាៈ បពិត្រព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ឥឡូវនេះទូលបង្គំសូមមក ធ្វើតាមព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះអង្គ ស្របតាមសេចក្ដីដែលមានចែងទុកពីទូលបង្គំនៅក្នុងគម្ពីរ»។
8Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
8ជាបឋម ព្រះគ្រិស្ដមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា «ព្រះអង្គមិនចង់បាន ហើយព្រះអង្គក៏មិនសព្វព្រះហឫទ័យនឹងយញ្ញបូជា តង្វាយផ្សេងៗ តង្វាយដុតទាំងមូល ឬ យញ្ញបូជារំដោះបាប» ដែលគេថ្វាយទៅព្រះជាម្ចាស់ស្របតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យដែរ។
9Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
9បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា «ឥឡូវនេះ ទូលបង្គំសូម មកធ្វើតាមព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះអង្គ»។ ដូច្នេះ ព្រះអង្គបានលុបបំបាត់របៀបគោរពបំរើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពីមុនចោល ហើយយករបៀបថ្មីមកតាំងជំនួសវិញ។
10By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
10ព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដថ្វាយព្រះកាយរបស់ព្រះអង្គ ម្ដងជាសូរេច តាមព្រះហឫទ័យព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាព្រះអង្គប្រោសយើងអោយបានវិសុទ្ធ។
11And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
11បូជាចារ្យ គ្រប់ៗរូបតែងតែឈរបំពេញមុខងាររបស់ខ្លួនជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ហើយថ្វាយយញ្ញបូជាដដែលៗជាញឹកញាប់ ជាយញ្ញបូជាដែលពុំអាចដកបាបបានជាដាច់ខាត។
12But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
12រីឯព្រះគ្រិស្ដវិញ បន្ទាប់ពីព្រះអង្គបានថ្វាយយញ្ញបូជាតែមួយ ដើម្បីរំដោះបាបរួចហើយ ព្រះអង្គគង់នៅខាងស្ដាំព្រះជាម្ចាស់រហូតតទៅ។
13From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
13ឥឡូវនេះ ព្រះអង្គរង់ចាំព្រះជាម្ចាស់បង្ក្រាបខ្មាំងសត្រូវរបស់ព្រះអង្គ អោយចុះចូលក្រោមព្រះបាទាព្រះអង្គ។
14For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
14ដោយសារតង្វាយតែមួយគត់ ព្រះគ្រិស្ដធ្វើអោយអស់អ្នកដែលទ្រង់បានប្រោសអោយវិសុទ្ធ ហើយនោះបានគ្រប់លក្ខណៈរហូតតទៅ។
15Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
15ព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់យើងដែរ គឺមុនដំបូង ទ្រង់មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖
16This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
16«ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា លុះគ្រានេះកន្លងផុតទៅ យើងនឹងចង សម្ពន្ធមេត្រីជាមួយគេដូចតទៅនេះ យើងនឹងដាក់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យទាំងប៉ុន្មានរបស់យើង ក្នុងចិត្ដរបស់ពួកគេ យើងនឹងចារក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ទាំងនោះទុកក្នុងប្រាជ្ញារបស់ពួកគេដែរ»។
17And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
17បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះវិញ្ញាណមានព្រះបន្ទូលបន្ថែមទៀតថា៖ «ហើយយើងក៏មិននឹកនាពីអំពើបាប និង អំពើទុច្ចរិតរបស់គេទៀតដែរ»។
18Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
18ដូច្នេះ ប្រសិនបើព្រះជាម្ចាស់លើកលែងទោសហើយនោះ មិនបាច់ថ្វាយតង្វាយសុំអោយរួចពីបាបទៀតឡើយ។
19Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
19ហេតុនេះ បងប្អូនអើយ យើងមានចិត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងចូលមកក្នុងទីសក្ការៈ ដោយសារព្រះលោហិតរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូ
20By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
20ព្រោះព្រះអង្គបានបើកមាគ៌ាមួយថ្មី ជាមាគ៌ាដែលមានជីវិត ដោយទ្រង់ឆ្លងកាត់វាំងននពោល គឺរូបកាយរបស់ព្រះអង្គដែលកើតមកជាមនុស្ស។
21And having an high priest over the house of God;
21ដោយយើងមានមហាបូជាចារ្យ មួយរូប ដែលគ្រប់គ្រងលើព្រះដំណាក់របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដូច្នេះ
22Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
22យើងត្រូវនាំគ្នាចូលទៅជិតព្រះអង្គដោយចិត្ដទៀងត្រង់ ពោរពេញដោយជំនឿមាំមួន និង មានចិត្ដបរិសុទ្ធ ជ្រះស្រឡះពីគំនិតសៅហ្មង ព្រមទាំងមានរូបកាយលាងដោយទឹកដ៏បរិសុទ្ធផង។
23Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
23ត្រូវរក្សាសេចក្ដីសង្ឃឹម ដែលយើងប្រកាសនោះអោយបានខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួន កុំអោយរង្គើឡើយ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យាយ៉ាងណា ទ្រង់ក៏នឹងធ្វើតាមយ៉ាងនោះដែរ។
24And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
24តោងយើងមើលថែរក្សាគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដើម្បីជួយដាស់តឿនគ្នាអោយមានចិត្ដស្រឡាញ់ និង ប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អ។
25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
25មិនត្រូវលះបង់ការប្រជុំគ្នា ដូចអ្នកខ្លះធ្លាប់ធ្វើនោះឡើយផ្ទុយទៅវិញ យើងត្រូវលើកទឹកចិត្ដគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក អោយរឹតតែខ្លាំងឡើង ដោយឃើញថាថ្ងៃនៃព្រះអម្ចាស់កាន់តែជិតមកដល់ហើយ។
26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
26ក្រោយពីយើងបានស្គាល់សេចក្ដីពិតច្បាស់ ហើយប្រសិនបើយើងប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាបដោយចេតនានោះ មុខជាគ្មានយញ្ញបូជាណាអាចធ្វើអោយយើងរួចពីបាបបានទៀតឡើយ
27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
27គឺមានតែភិតភ័យរង់ចាំការវិនិច្ឆ័យទោស និង រង់ចាំភ្លើងដ៏សន្ធោសន្ធៅដែលចាំតែឆាបឆេះពួកអ្នកប្រឆាំងប៉ុណ្ណោះ!
28He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
28នរណាម្នាក់បំពានលើវិន័យរបស់លោកម៉ូសេ ហើយបើមានសាក្សីពីរ ឬ បីនាក់ដឹងឮគេមុខជាប្រហារជីវិតអ្នកនោះឥតត្រាប្រណីឡើយ។
29Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
29ចុះចំណង់បើអ្នកដែលមើលងាយព្រះបុត្រារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដោយបន្ថោកព្រះលោហិតនៃសម្ពន្ធមេត្រី ជាព្រះលោហិតដែលប្រោសអោយគេបានទៅជាវិសុទ្ធ ហើយប្រសិនបើគេត្មះតិះដៀលព្រះវិញ្ញាណនៃព្រះគុណសូមបងប្អូនគិតមើល៍ តើគេនឹងត្រូវទទួលទោសខ្លាំងយ៉ាងណាទៅទៀត!
30For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
30ដ្បិតយើងស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែលមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា «ការសងសឹកស្រេចតែនៅលើយើង គឺយើងទេតើដែលនឹងតបស្នងដល់គេ» ហើយ «ព្រះអម្ចាស់នឹងវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសប្រជារាស្ដ្ររបស់ព្រះអង្គ»។
31It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
31គ្មានអ្វីគួរអោយភ័យខ្លាចជាងត្រូវព្រះដ៏មានព្រះជន្មគង់នៅ វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសឡើយ!
32But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;
32ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ សូមនឹកចាំពីគ្រាដំបូង ដែលបងប្អូនទើបនឹងទទួលពន្លឺពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់ថ្មីៗ។ ពេលនោះ បងប្អូនបានតស៊ូយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ហើយបងប្អូនក៏បានរងទុក្ខលំបាកជាច្រើន
33Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
33ពេលខ្លះបងប្អូន ត្រូវគេប្រមាថមើលងាយ ធ្វើបាបនៅមុខប្រជុំជន និង ពេលខ្លះទៀតបងប្អូនរួមទុក្ខជាមួយអ្នកដែលត្រូវគេធ្វើបាបដែរ។
34For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
34បងប្អូនបានរួមទុក្ខជាមួយអស់អ្នកដែលជាប់ឃុំឃាំង បងប្អូនសុខចិត្ដអោយគេរឹបអូសយកទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិរបស់បងប្អូនដោយរីករាយ ដ្បិតបងប្អូនដឹងថាបងប្អូនមានសម្បត្ដិសួគ៌ដែលប្រសើរជាង ហើយនៅស្ថិតស្ថេររហូត។
35Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
35ហេតុនេះសូមបងប្អូនកុំលះបង់ចិត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងដែលនឹងធ្វើអោយបងប្អូនទទួលរង្វាន់ យ៉ាងធំនោះឡើយ
36For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
36គឺត្រូវមានចិត្ដស៊ូទ្រាំ ដើម្បីធ្វើតាមព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង ទទួលផលតាមព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យា
37For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
37ដ្បិតនៅតែបន្ដិចទៀត គឺក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខ ព្រះអង្គដែលត្រូវយាងមក ទ្រង់នឹងយាងមកដល់ជាមិនខាន ព្រះអង្គមិនបង្អង់ឡើយ។
38Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
38«រីឯអ្នកសុចរិតជាកូនចៅរបស់យើងវិញ គេនឹងមានជីវិតរស់ដោយសារជំនឿតែបើគេថយក្រោយ យើងលែងពេញចិត្ដនឹងគេហើយ»។
39But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
39ចំពោះយើងវិញ យើងមិនមែនជាអ្នកថយក្រោយអោយត្រូវវិនាសបាត់បង់នោះទេ គឺយើងជាអ្នកជឿដើម្បីសង្គ្រោះជីវិត។
