1For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;
1ព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែកនេះ ជាព្រះមហាក្សត្រនៅក្រុងសាឡឹម និង ជាបូជាចារ្យ របស់ព្រះដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត។ ទ្រង់បានទៅជួបលោកអប្រាហាំ ដែលវិលមកពីវាយឈ្នះស្ដេចនានា ហើយទ្រង់ជូនពរលោក។
2To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace;
2លោកអប្រាហាំបានយកអ្វីៗទាំងអស់ដែលលោកមានចំនួនមួយភាគដប់ មកថ្វាយព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែក។ ព្រះនាមរបស់ស្ដេចអង្គនេះមានន័យថា«ស្ដេចប្រកបដោយសេចក្ដីសុចរិត» ហើយទ្រង់ជាស្ដេចក្រុងសាឡឹមថែមទៀតដែលមានន័យថា «ស្ដេចនៃសេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ»។
3Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
3ទ្រង់គ្មានមាតាបិតា និង គ្មានវង្សត្រកូលទេ ហើយជីវិតរបស់ស្ដេច ក៏គ្មានដើមកំណើត និង ចុងបញ្ចប់ដែរ។ ទ្រង់ដូចព្រះបុត្រារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហើយស្ថិតនៅជាបូជាចារ្យ រហូតតរៀងទៅ។
4Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.
4សូមបងប្អូនពិចារណាមើលចុះ ព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែកនេះមានឋានៈធំប៉ុនណា បានជាលោកអប្រាហាំបុព្វបុរស របស់យើង យកអ្វីៗដែលលោករឹបអូសបានពីចំបាំងចំនួនមួយភាគដប់មកថ្វាយដូច្នេះ!
5And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham:
5អស់អ្នកក្នុងពូជពង្សរបស់លោកលេវី ដែលបានទទួលមុខងារជាបូជាចារ្យ នោះ ក៏បានទទួលបញ្ជាអោយហូតយកតង្វាយមួយភាគដប់ ពីប្រជាជនស្របតាម ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ គឺហូតយកពីអស់អ្នកជាសាច់ឈាមរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលជាពូជពង្សរបស់លោកអប្រាហាំដូចគ្នា។
6But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.
6ចំណែកឯព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែកវិញលោកគ្មានជាប់សាច់ញាតិអ្វីនឹងកូនចៅលោកលេវីទេ តែលោកបានយកទ្រព្យចំនួនមួយភាគដប់ពីលោកអប្រាហាំ! ទ្រង់ក៏ជូនពរដល់លោកអប្រាហាំដែលបានទទួលព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យា!
7And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.
7ធម្មតាអ្នកទទួលពរមានឋានៈតូចជាងអ្នកអោយពរ ត្រង់ចំណុចនេះ យើងពុំអាចប្រកែកបានឡើយ។
8And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
8លោកលេវីដែលទទួលតង្វាយមួយភាគនោះជាមនុស្សរមែងតែងតែស្លាប់។ រីឯព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែកវិញ ទ្រង់មានព្រះជន្មរស់ដូចគម្ពីរបានបញ្ជាក់ស្រាប់។
9And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.
9យើងអាចពោលអោយអស់សេចក្ដីថា សូម្បីតែលោកលេវី ដែលតែងទទួលតង្វាយមួយភាគដប់ ក៏បានយកអ្វីៗមួយភាគដប់ ថ្វាយព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែកតាមរយៈលោកអប្រាហាំដែរ
10For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
10ដ្បិតនៅពេលដែលព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែក ទៅជួបលោកអប្រាហាំនោះ លោកលេវីស្ថិតនៅក្នុងលោកអប្រាហាំនៅឡើយ។
11If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?
11មុខងារបូជាចារ្យ ជាគ្រឹះនៃគម្ពីរវិន័យរបស់ប្រជារាស្ដ្រអ៊ីស្រាអែល។ ប្រសិនបើមុខងារជាបូជាចារ្យ បានគ្រប់លក្ខណៈដោយសារពួកលេវីហើយនោះ តើចាំបាច់តែងតាំងបូជាចារ្យមួយទៀតតាមរបៀប ព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែកធ្វើអ្វី? ម្ដេចក៏មិននិយាយពីបូជាចារ្យ តាមរបៀបលោកអើរ៉ុនទៅវិញ។
12For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.
12ប្រសិនបើមានការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរមុខងារបូជាចារ្យ នោះក៏ត្រូវតែមានការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរក្រឹត្យវិន័យដែរ។
13For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.
13រីឯបូជាចារ្យដែលមានចែងក្នុងអត្ថបទទាំងនេះ ទ្រង់កើតក្នុងកុលសម្ព័ន្ធមួយដែលគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ធ្លាប់ធ្វើជាបូជាចារ្យឡើយ។
14For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.
14យើងសុទ្ធតែបានដឹងច្បាស់ទាំងអស់គ្នាថា ព្រះអម្ចាស់នៃយើងប្រសូតមកក្នុងកុលសម្ព័ន្ធ យូដា។ ពេលលោកម៉ូសេនិយាយអំពីបូជាចារ្យ លោកពុំដែលនិយាយពីកុលសម្ព័ន្ធនេះទេ។
15And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,
15ប្រសិនបើមានការតែងតាំងបូជាចារ្យមួយរូបទៀត ដូចព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែក សេចក្ដីនេះក៏រឹតតែច្បាស់ជាងទៅទៀត។
16Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.
16ព្រះអង្គមិនបានទទួលមុខងារជាបូជាចារ្យ តាមវិន័យដែលជាបទបញ្ជារបស់មនុស្សឡើយ គឺទ្រង់បានទទួលមុខងារនេះតាមឫទ្ធានុភាពនៃព្រះជន្មមិនចេះសាបសូន្យ
17For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
17ដ្បិតគម្ពីរបានផ្ដល់សក្ខីភាពអំពីព្រះអង្គថា «ព្រះអង្គជាបូជាចារ្យអស់កល្បតរៀងទៅ តាមរបៀបព្រះបាទម៉ិលគីស្សាដែក»។
18For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.
18ដូច្នេះ បទបញ្ជាដែលមានពីមុនមក ត្រូវលុបបំបាត់ចោលហើយព្រោះគ្មានប្រសិទ្ធភាពគ្មានសារៈប្រយោជន៍អ្វីទេ
19For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.
19ដ្បិតក្រឹត្យវិន័យពុំបានធ្វើអោយអ្វីមួយទៅជាគ្រប់លក្ខណៈឡើយ។ ម៉្យាងទៀតសេចក្ដីសង្ឃឹមមួយដ៏ប្រសើរជាងបានមកដល់ ហើយដោយសារសេចក្ដីសង្ឃឹមនេះយើងអាចចូល ទៅជិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់បាន។
20And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest:
20លើសពីនេះ មានព្រះបន្ទូលសម្បថ។ បូជាចារ្យឯទៀតៗ បានទទួលមុខងារជាបូជាចារ្យ ដោយគ្មានព្រះបន្ទូលសម្បថទេ។
21(For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)
21រីឯព្រះយេស៊ូវិញ ទ្រង់បានទទួលមុខងារជាបូជាចារ្យ ដោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទ្រង់បានស្បថ គឺព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលមកកាន់ព្រះអង្គថា «"ព្រះអង្គជាបូជាចារ្យអស់កល្បជានិច្ច" ព្រះអម្ចាស់ទ្រង់បានស្បថ ហើយទ្រង់នឹងមិនប្រែប្រួលឡើយ»។
22By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.
22ដូច្នេះ ដោយមានព្រះបន្ទូលសម្បថយ៉ាងនេះ បានសេចក្ដីថាព្រះយេស៊ូធានារ៉ាប់រង នូវសម្ពន្ធមេត្រី មួយរឹតតែប្រសើរជាងទៅទៀត។
23And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:
23លើសពីនេះ មានគ្នាជាច្រើនបានធ្វើបូជាចារ្យតៗគ្នា ព្រោះពួកគេតែងតែស្លាប់ ពុំអាចធ្វើបូជាចារ្យជាអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍បានឡើយ។
24But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.
24រីឯព្រះយេស៊ូវិញ ព្រះអង្គមានមុខងារជាបូជាចារ្យ ដែលពុំអាចផ្ទេរទៅអោយនរណាបានទេ ព្រោះព្រះអង្គគង់នៅអស់កល្បជានិច្ច។
25Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
25ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាព្រះអង្គក៏អាចសង្គ្រោះអស់អ្នកដែលចូលមកជិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់ តាមរយៈព្រះអង្គបានជាស្ថាពរ ដ្បិតព្រះអង្គមានព្រះជន្មរស់រហូត ដើម្បីទូលអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់អោយពួកគេ។
26For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
26មានតែមហាបូជាចារ្យដ៏ប្រសើរដូចព្រះយេស៊ូនេះ ហើយ ដែលយើងត្រូវការ គឺមហាបូជាចារ្យដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ស្លូតត្រង់ ឥតសៅហ្មង ខុសប្លែកពីមនុស្សបាប ព្រមទាំងខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់លើស ស្ថានបរមសុខ ទៅទៀត។
27Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
27ព្រះអង្គមិនត្រូវការថ្វាយយញ្ញបូជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ដូចមហាបូជាចារ្យឯទៀតៗថ្វាយ ព្រោះបាបខ្លួនឯងផ្ទាល់ផង និង បាបប្រជាជនផងនោះឡើយ ដ្បិតព្រះអង្គបានថ្វាយព្រះកាយព្រះអង្គផ្ទាល់ជាយញ្ញបូជាម្ដងជាសូរេច។
28For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
28ក្រឹត្យវិន័យបានតែងតាំងមនុស្សទន់ខ្សោយអោយធ្វើជាមហាបូជាចារ្យ។ រីឯព្រះបន្ទូលសម្បថ ដែលមានមកតាមក្រោយក្រឹត្យវិន័យ បានតែងតាំងព្រះបុត្រាដែលគ្រប់លក្ខណៈអស់កល្បជានិច្ច អោយធ្វើជាមហាបូជាចារ្យវិញ។
