¹And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

¹មានមួយថ្ងៃ ព្រះយេស៊ូអធិស្ឋាននៅកន្លែងមួយ។ កាលព្រះអង្គអធិស្ឋានរួចហើយ មានសិស្ស ម្នាក់ទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖ «បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់! សូមបង្រៀនយើងខ្ញុំអោយចេះអធិស្ឋាន ដូចលោកយ៉ូហានបានបង្រៀនសិស្សរបស់លោកនោះផង»។

²And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

²ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅពួកគេថា៖ «ពេលអ្នករាល់គ្នាអធិស្ឋាន ត្រូវពោលៈ ឱព្រះបិតាអើយ សូមសំដែងព្រះនាមដ៏វិសុទ្ធ របស់ព្រះអង្គអោយមនុស្សលោកស្គាល់ សូមអោយព្រះរាជ្យ ព្រះអង្គបានមកដល់។

³Give us day by day our daily bread.

³សូមប្រទានអាហារដែលយើងខ្ញុំត្រូវការជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។

⁴And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

⁴សូមអត់ទោសយើងខ្ញុំអោយរួចពីបាប ដ្បិតយើងខ្ញុំអត់ទោសអោយអស់អ្នកដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្ដខុសនឹងយើងខ្ញុំ។ សូមកុំបណ្ដោយអោយយើងខ្ញុំចាញ់ ការល្បួងឡើយ»។

⁵And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

⁵ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេទៀតថា៖ «ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នា បើម្នាក់មានមិត្ដសំឡាញ់មករកទាំងពាក់កណ្ដាលអធ្រាត្រ ហើយពោល "សំឡាញ់អើយ! អោយគ្នាខ្ចីនំបុ័ងបីដុំសិនមក

⁶For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

⁶ព្រោះមានមិត្ដភក្ដិទើបនឹងធ្វើដំណើរមកដល់ ហើយគ្មានអ្វីទទួលគេសោះ"។

⁷And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

⁷អ្នកនៅក្នុងផ្ទះឆ្លើយមកវិញថា "កុំរំខានគ្នាធ្វើអ្វី គ្នាបានខ្ទាស់ទ្វារទៅហើយ ម៉្យាងទៀត កូនចៅគ្នាកំពុងដេកលក់ គ្នាមិនអាចក្រោកទៅយកនំបុ័ងអោយសំឡាញ់ឯងបានទេ"។

⁸I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

⁸ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះប្រាកដជាក្រោកទៅយកនំបុ័ង ព្រមទាំងអ្វីៗដែលមិត្ដសំឡាញ់របស់គាត់ត្រូវការមិនខាន។ គាត់ក្រោកទៅយកដូច្នេះ មិនមែនមកពីគាត់យោគយល់មិត្ដសំឡាញ់ទេ គឺមកពីមិត្ដសំឡាញ់នោះចេះតែរំខានមិនឈប់។

⁹And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

⁹រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា ចូរសូម នោះព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងប្រទានអោយចូរស្វែងរក គង់តែនឹងឃើញ ចូរគោះទ្វារ នោះព្រះអង្គនឹងបើកអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាជាពុំខាន

¹⁰For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

¹⁰ដ្បិតអ្នកណាសូម អ្នកនោះរមែងតែងតែទទួល អ្នកណាស្វែងរក រមែងតែងតែឃើញ ហើយគេតែងតែបើកទ្វារអោយអ្នកដែលគោះ។

¹¹If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

¹¹ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នា បើកូនសុំត្រីមិនដែលមានឪពុកណាយកពស់អសិរពិសអោយវាទេ

¹²Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

¹²បើកូនសុំពងមាន់ ក៏មិនដែលមាន ឪពុកណាយកខ្យាដំរីអោយវាដែរ។

¹³If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

¹³សូម្បីតែអ្នករាល់គ្នាដែលជាមនុស្សអាក្រក់ ក៏ចេះអោយរបស់ល្អៗទៅកូន ចុះចំណង់បើព្រះបិតាដែលគង់នៅស្ថានបរមសុខ តើព្រះអង្គនឹងប្រទានព្រះវិញ្ញាណដ៏វិសុទ្ធ អោយអស់អ្នកដែលទូលសូមពីព្រះអង្គយ៉ាងណាទៅទៀត»។

¹⁴And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.

¹⁴ព្រះយេស៊ូកំពុងបណ្ដេញអារក្សចេញពីមនុស្ស គម្នាក់។ លុះអារក្សចេញផុតទៅ មនុស្សគនោះនិយាយបាន ហើយមហាជនក៏ស្ងើចសរសើរក្រៃលែង។

¹⁵But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

¹⁵ប៉ុន្ដែ មានអ្នកខ្លះនិយាយថា៖ «អ្នកនេះដេញអារក្សបានដូច្នេះ ព្រោះបេលសេប៊ូលជាស្ដេចអារក្សបានប្រគល់អំណាចអោយគាត់»។

¹⁶And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.

¹⁶មានអ្នកខ្លះទៀតចង់ចាប់កំហុសព្រះអង្គក៏សូមអោយព្រះអង្គសំដែងទីសំគាល់មួយ បញ្ជាក់ថា ព្រះអង្គបានទទួលអំណាចមកពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់។

¹⁷But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.

¹⁷ព្រះយេស៊ូឈ្វេងយល់ចិត្ដគំនិតរបស់គេ ទ្រង់មានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេថា៖ «នគរណាក៏ដូចជានគរណាដែរ ប្រសិនបើពលរដ្ឋបាក់បែកទាស់ទែងគ្នាឯង នគរនោះមុខជាត្រូវវិនាស ហើយផ្ទះទាំងប៉ុន្មានមុខជារលំសង្កត់លើគ្នាមិនខាន។

¹⁸If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.

¹⁸យ៉ាងណាមិញ ប្រសិនបើមារសាតាំង បាក់បែកទាស់ទែងគ្នាឯង ធ្វើម្ដេចនឹងអោយរាជ្យរបស់វានៅស្ថិតស្ថេរបាន! ខ្ញុំនិយាយដូច្នេះ ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាថាខ្ញុំដេញអារក្សដោយអំណាចបេលសេប៊ូល។

¹⁹And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.

¹⁹ប្រសិនបើខ្ញុំដេញអារក្ស ដោយអំណាចបេលសេប៊ូលមែន តើកូនចៅរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាដេញអារក្ស ដោយអំណាចនរណាវិញ?។ ដូច្នេះ កូនចៅរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងដាក់ទោសអ្នករាល់គ្នា។

²⁰But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.

²⁰ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ បើខ្ញុំដេញអារក្ស ដោយឫទ្ធានុភាពរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ នោះបានសេចក្ដីថា ព្រះរាជ្យ របស់ព្រះអង្គមកដល់អ្នករាល់គ្នាហើយ។

²¹When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:

²¹បើមនុស្សណាម្នាក់ខ្លាំងពូកែ មានអាវុធការពារផ្ទះរបស់ខ្លួន ទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិរបស់គេនឹងបានគង់វង្ស។

²²But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

²²ប៉ុន្ដែ បើមានម្នាក់ទៀតខ្លាំងពូកែជាង មកវាយយកជ័យជំនះបាន គេនឹងដកហូតគ្រឿងអាវុធ ព្រមទាំងរឹបអូសទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិពីអ្នកនោះ យកទៅចែកអោយ អ្នកផ្សេងថែមទៀតផង។

²³He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

²³អ្នកណាមិននៅខាងខ្ញុំ អ្នកនោះប្រឆាំងនឹងខ្ញុំ ហើយអ្នកណាមិនជួយប្រមូលផ្ដុំជាមួយខ្ញុំទេ អ្នកនោះជាអ្នកកំចាត់កំចាយ។

²⁴When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

²⁴កាលបើអារក្សចេញពីមនុស្សណាម្នាក់ហើយ វាតែងស្វែងរកទីជំរកនៅវាលហួតហែង តែប្រសិនបើវារកពុំឃើញទេ នោះវាមុខជានិយាយថា"អញនឹងវិលត្រឡប់ទៅផ្ទះដែលអញទើបនឹងចេញមក"។

²⁵And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

²⁵លុះទៅដល់ឃើញផ្ទះនោះបោសស្អាតហើយតុបតែងល្អ

²⁶Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

²⁶វានឹងចេញទៅបបួលអារក្សប្រាំពីរទៀត ដែលសុទ្ធតែអាក្រក់ជាងវាមកចូលអ្នកនោះបណ្ដាលអោយគាត់រឹងរឹតតែអាក្រក់លើសដើមទៅទៀត»។

²⁷And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

²⁷កាលព្រះយេស៊ូកំពុងតែមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូចេ្នះ មានស្ដ្រីម្នាក់បន្លឺសំឡេងចេញពីចំណោមបណ្ដាជន ទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖ «ស្ដ្រីដែលបានបង្កើតលោក ព្រមទាំងបានបំបៅលោក ពិតជាមានសុភមង្គល មែន!»។

²⁸But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

²⁸ប៉ុន្ដែ ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលតបថា៖ «អ្នកណាស្ដាប់ព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហើយអនុវត្ដតាម គឺអ្នកនោះហើយដែលមានសុភមង្គលពិតមែន»។

²⁹And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.

²⁹ខណៈនោះ មហាជនប្រជុំគ្នាយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «មនុស្សជំនាន់នេះអាក្រក់ណាស់ គេចង់តែឃើញទីសំគាល់ដ៏អស្ចារ្យ ប៉ុន្ដែ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនប្រទានទីសំគាល់ណាផ្សេងក្រៅពីទីសំគាល់របស់ព្យាការី យ៉ូណាសឡើយ។

³⁰For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

³⁰លោកយ៉ូណាសបានធ្វើជាទីសំគាល់អោយអ្នកក្រុងនីនីវេឃើញយ៉ាងណា បុត្រមនុស្ស ក៏នឹងធ្វើជាទីសំគាល់អោយមនុស្សជំនាន់នេះឃើញ យ៉ាងនោះដែរ។

³¹The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

³¹នៅថ្ងៃដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោស មនុស្សលោក មហាក្សត្រីយ៍ស្រុកខាងត្បូងនឹងក្រោកឡើងជាមួយមនុស្សជំនាន់នេះ ព្រមទាំងចោទប្រកាន់គេផង ព្រោះកាលពីជំនាន់ដើម ព្រះនាងបានយាងមកពីតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាលនៃផែនដី ដើម្បីស្ដាប់ព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ ស្ដេចសាឡូម៉ូន ដែលប្រកបដោយប្រាជ្ញាឈ្លាសវៃ។ រីឯនៅទីនេះ មានម្នាក់ប្រសើរលើសស្ដេចសាឡូម៉ូនទៅទៀត។

³²The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

³²នៅថ្ងៃដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសមនុស្សលោក អ្នកក្រុងនីនីវេនឹងក្រោកឡើងជាមួយមនុស្សជំនាន់នេះ ព្រមទាំងចោទប្រកាន់ពួកគេផង ព្រោះកាលពីជំនាន់ដើម អ្នកក្រុងនីនីវេបានកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត នៅពេលឮ សេចក្ដីដែលលោកយ៉ូណាសប្រកាស។ រីឯនៅទីនេះ មានម្នាក់ប្រសើរលើសលោកយ៉ូណាសទៅទៀត!»។

³³No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

³³«ពុំដែលមាននរណាអុជចង្កៀង យកទៅលាក់ទុក ឬ យកធុងគ្របពីលើឡើយ។ គេតែងយកចង្កៀងទៅដាក់លើ ជើងចង្កៀង ដើម្បីបំភ្លឺអស់អ្នកដែលចូលទៅក្នុងផ្ទះ។

³⁴The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

³⁴ភ្នែកជាចង្កៀងរបស់រូបកាយ បើភ្នែកអ្នកនៅភ្លឺល្អ រូបកាយអ្នកទាំងមូលក៏ភ្លឺដែរ តែបើភ្នែកអ្នកងងឹតវិញ រូបកាយអ្នកក៏ងងឹតដែរ។

³⁵Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

³⁵ហេតុនេះត្រូវប្រយ័ត្នកុំអោយពន្លឺនៅក្នុង ខ្លួនអ្នកត្រឡប់ទៅជាភាពងងឹតឡើយ។

³⁶If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

³⁶ប្រសិនបើរូបកាយរបស់អ្នកទាំងមូលមានពន្លឺ ឥតងងឹតត្រង់ណាទេនោះរូបកាយរបស់អ្នកទាំងមូលនឹងភ្លឺចិញ្ចែងចិញ្ចាច ដូចចង្កៀងបំភ្លឺអ្នកដែរ»។

³⁷And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.

³⁷កាលព្រះយេស៊ូកំពុងតែមានព្រះបន្ទូលមានបុរសម្នាក់ខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី បានសូមយាងព្រះអង្គទៅសោយព្រះស្ងោយនៅផ្ទះគាត់។ ព្រះអង្គក៏យាងចូលទៅរួមតុជាមួយគាត់។

³⁸And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.

³⁸អ្នកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ីនោះងឿងឆ្ងល់ក្រៃលែង ព្រោះឃើញព្រះយេស៊ូមិនលាងព្រះហស្ដមុនពេលសោយ។

³⁹And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

³⁹ព្រះអម្ចាស់ក៏មានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគាត់ថា៖ «ពួកផារីស៊ីអើយអ្នករាល់គ្នាសំអាតពែង និង ចាន តែផ្នែកខាងក្រៅប៉ុណ្ណោះ ប៉ុន្ដែផ្នែកខាងក្នុងរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាពោរពេញទៅដោយចិត្ដកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និង គំនិតអាក្រក់។

⁴⁰Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?

⁴⁰មនុស្សឆោតល្ងង់អើយ! ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានបង្កើតខាងក្រៅ តើព្រះអង្គមិនបានបង្កើតខាងក្នុងដែរទេឬ?

⁴¹But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

⁴¹ចូរយកអ្វីៗនៅក្នុងចាន ធ្វើទានដល់ជនក្រីក្រទៅ នោះប្រដាប់ប្រដាទាំងអស់ នឹងបានស្អាតបរិសុទ្ធ សំរាប់អោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាប្រើប្រាស់។

⁴²But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

⁴²ពួកផារីស៊ីអើយ អ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងត្រូវវេទនាជាមិនខាន ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាយកជីរអង្កាម ជីរលីងល័ខ និង បន្លែគ្រប់មុខ មួយភាគដប់ មកថ្វាយព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ប៉ុន្ដែអ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្វេសប្រហែស មិនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមសេចក្ដីសុចរិត ហើយមិនបានស្រឡាញ់ព្រះអង្គឡើយ គឺការនេះហើយដែលអ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវប្រព្រឹត្ដ ឯការដទៃទៀត ក៏អ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនត្រូវបំភ្លេចចោលដែរ។

⁴³Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.

⁴³ពួកផារីស៊ីអើយ! អ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវវេទនាជាមិនខាន ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាចូលចិត្ដអង្គុយនៅកន្លែងកិត្ដិយសក្នុងសាលាប្រជុំ ហើយចូលចិត្ដ អោយគេអោនកាយគោរពអ្នករាល់គ្នានៅតាមផ្សារ។

⁴⁴Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.

⁴⁴អ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវវេទនាជាពុំខាន ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាប្រៀបបាន នឹងផ្នូរខ្មោច ដែលគេមើលមិនឃើញ ហើយត្រូវគេដើរជាន់ដោយមិនដឹងខ្លួន»។

⁴⁵Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.

⁴⁵មានបណ្ឌិតខាងវិន័យម្នាក់ទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖ «លោកគ្រូ! លោកមានប្រសាសន៍ដូច្នេះ បានសេចក្ដីថាលោកត្មះតិះដៀលយើងខ្ញុំ»។

⁴⁶And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

⁴⁶ព្រះយេស៊ូមាន ព្រះបន្ទូលតបថា៖ «ពួកបណ្ឌិតខាងវិន័យអើយ អ្នករាល់គ្នាក៏នឹងត្រូវវេទនាដែរ ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានបង្កើតវិន័យតឹងរ៉ឹងយកមកផ្ទុកលើមនុស្ស ហើយអ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនជួយគេទេ សូម្បីតែបន្ដិចក៏មិនជួយផង។

⁴⁷Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

⁴⁷អ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវវេទនាជាពុំខាន ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានសង់ផ្នូរអោយព្យាការី ដែលបុព្វបុរស របស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាបានសម្លាប់។

⁴⁸Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.

⁴⁸អ្នករាល់គ្នា ធ្វើដូច្នេះ បញ្ជាក់ថាអ្នករាល់គ្នាសមគំនិតនឹងអំពើដែលបុព្វបុរសរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាបានប្រព្រឹត្ដ គឺគេបានសម្លាប់ពួកព្យាការី ហើយអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានសង់ផ្នូរ។

⁴⁹Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

⁴⁹ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រកបដោយព្រះប្រាជ្ញាញាណមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា "យើងនឹងចាត់ព្យាការី ព្រមទាំងទូតរបស់យើងជាច្រើនអោយទៅរកគេ តែគេនឹងសម្លាប់ខ្លះ ព្រមទាំងបៀតបៀនខ្លះទៀតផង"។

⁵⁰That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;

⁵⁰ដូច្នេះ មនុស្សជំនាន់នេះនឹងត្រូវទទួលទោស ពីព្រោះបុព្វបុរសរបស់គេបាន សម្លាប់ព្យាការីតាំងតែពីកំណើតពិភពលោកមក

⁵¹From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

⁵¹គឺចាប់តាំងពីលោកអេបិល រហូតដល់លោកសាការី ដែលត្រូវគេសម្លាប់នៅត្រង់ចន្លោះទីអាសនៈ និង ទីសក្ការៈ។ ខ្ញុំសុំបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា មនុស្សជំនាន់នេះនឹងត្រូវទទួលទោស ព្រោះតែឃាតកម្មទាំងនោះជាមិនខាន។

⁵²Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.

⁵²ពួកបណ្ឌិតខាងវិន័យ អើយ! អ្នករាល់គ្នាត្រូវវេទនាជាពុំខាន ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានបិទទ្វារមាគ៌ា មិនអោយគេចូលទៅស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។ អ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនត្រឹមតែមិនបានចូលខ្លួនឯងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ គឺថែមទាំងឃាត់អស់អ្នកដែលចង់ចូល មិនអោយគេចូលទៀតផង»។

⁵³And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:

⁵⁴Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.
