¹I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

¹ដូច្នេះ ខ្ញុំសូមសួរថា តើព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានបោះបង់ចោលប្រជារាស្ដ្ររបស់ព្រះអង្គហើយឬ? ទេ ព្រះអង្គមិនបោះបង់ចោលគេទេ! ដ្បិតខ្លួនខ្ញុំផ្ទាល់ក៏ជាជាតិអ៊ីស្រាអែលដែរ ខ្ញុំជាពូជពង្សរបស់លោកអប្រាហាំ កើតក្នុងកុលសម្ព័ន្ធ បេនយ៉ាមីន។

²God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying,

²ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពុំបានបោះបង់ប្រជារាស្ដ្ររបស់ព្រះអង្គ ជាប្រជារាស្ដ្រដែលព្រះអង្គជ្រើសរើសទុកជាមុននោះឡើយ។ តើបងប្អូនមិនជ្រាបសេចក្ដីដែលមានចែងទុកក្នុងគម្ពីរ ស្ដីអំពីព្យាការី អេលីយ៉ាទូលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទាស់នឹងសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលទេឬ? គឺលោកទូលថាៈ

³Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.

³«បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់ ពួកគេបាននាំគ្នាសម្លាប់ព្យាការីទាំងឡាយរបស់ព្រះអង្គ និង រំលំអាសនៈរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។ មានតែទូលបង្គំម្នាក់គត់ ដែលបានរួចខ្លួន តែពួកគេរកផ្ដាច់ជីវិតទូលបង្គំទៀត!»។

⁴But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.

⁴តើព្រះជាម្ចាស់តបទៅលោកវិញដូចម្ដេច? គឺព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថាៈ «យើងបានបំរុងទុកមនុស្សប្រាំពីរពាន់នាក់ អ្នកទាំងនេះពុំបានលុតជង្គង់ថ្វាយបង្គំព្រះបាលឡើយ»។

⁵Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

⁵រីឯបច្ចុប្បន្នកាលនេះក៏ដូច្នោះដែរ គឺមាននៅសល់មនុស្សមួយចំនួនដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានជ្រើសរើស តាមព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។

⁶And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

⁶ប្រសិនបើព្រះអង្គជ្រើសរើសគេ ដោយព្រះគុណដូច្នេះ បានសេចក្ដីថាមិនមែនមកពីគេប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមវិន័យឡើយ។ បើមកពីគេប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមវិន័យ ព្រះគុណលែងមានលក្ខណៈជាព្រះគុណទៀតហើយ។

⁷What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

⁷ដូច្នេះ តើយើងត្រូវគិតដូចម្ដេច? អ្វីៗដែលសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលខំស្វែងរកនោះ គេមិនបានទទួលទេ។ មានតែអ្នកដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជ្រើសរើសប៉ុណ្ណោះទើបបានទទួល រីឯអ្នកឯទៀត ព្រះអង្គធ្វើអោយគេមានចិត្ដរឹងរូសវិញ

⁸(According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

⁸ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ «ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទ្រង់ធ្វើអោយគេមានវិញ្ញាណ ស្ពឹកស្រពន់អោយភ្នែកគេមើលពុំឃើញ និង អោយត្រចៀកគេស្ដាប់ពុំឮ រហូតមកទល់ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ»។

⁹And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:

⁹ព្រះបាទដាវីឌក៏មានរាជឱង្ការថាៈ «សូមអោយតុរបស់ពួកគេ ក្លាយទៅជាអន្ទាក់ឬជាមង ដែលនាំអោយគេរវាតចិត្ដបាត់ជំនឿ និង អោយគេមានទោស!។

¹⁰Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

¹⁰សូមអោយភ្នែករបស់គេទៅជាងងឹត មើលលែងឃើញ ហើយសូមធ្វើអោយគេកោងខ្នង រហូតតទៅ»។

¹¹I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

¹¹ដូច្នេះ ខ្ញុំសូមសួរថាសាសន៍យូដាដែលជំពប់ដួលតើគេត្រូវដួលរហូតឬ? ទេ គេមិនដួលរហូតទេ! គឺកំហុសរបស់ពួកគេ បាននាំអោយសាសន៍ដទៃទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ ធ្វើអោយពួកគេមានចិត្ដច្រណែន។

¹²Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

¹²ប្រសិនបើកំហុសរបស់សាសន៍យូដា នាំអោយពិភពលោកទទួលព្រះពរដ៏លើសលប់ ហើយការចុះអន់ថយរបស់គេ នាំអោយសាសន៍ដទៃ ទទួលព្រះពរដ៏លើសលប់យ៉ាងហ្នឹងទៅហើយ ចុះទំរាំបើពួកគេបានចំរើនឡើងយ៉ាងពោរពេញវិញនោះ តើព្រះពរនឹងមានកាន់តែច្រើនលើសលប់យ៉ាងណាទៅទៀត?។

¹³For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:

¹³ខ្ញុំសូមជំរាបបងប្អូនជាសាសន៍ដទៃ ក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំជាសាវ័ក សំរាប់សាសន៍ដទៃថា ខ្ញុំយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់បំពេញមុខងាររបស់ខ្ញុំ អោយបានល្អប្រសើរ

¹⁴If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.

¹⁴ក្នុងគោលបំណងអោយបងប្អូនរួមឈាមរបស់ខ្ញុំច្រណែន ដើម្បីសង្គ្រោះអ្នកខ្លះក្នុងចំណោមពួកគេ។

¹⁵For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

¹⁵ដោយសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលដាច់ចេញពីព្រះអង្គទៅ ធ្វើអោយមនុស្សលោកបានជានានឹងព្រះអង្គវិញយ៉ាងនេះទៅហើយ ចុះចំណង់បើព្រះអង្គទទួលគេសាជាថ្មី តើនឹងកើតមានយ៉ាងណាទៅទៀត?គឺប្រាកដជាមនុស្សស្លាប់នឹងរស់ឡើងវិញពុំខាន!

¹⁶For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

¹⁶ប្រសិនបើ យើងយកផលដំបូងថ្វាយព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ម្សៅនំបុ័ងទាំងមូលក៏ជារបស់ព្រះអង្គដែរ ហើយប្រសិនបើឫសជារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ មែកក៏ជារបស់ព្រះអង្គដែរ។

¹⁷And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

¹⁷សាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលប្រៀបបីដូចជាដើមអូលីវ ដែលគេកាត់មែកខ្លះចោល រីឯអ្នកវិញ អ្នកប្រៀបបីដូចជាមែកអូលីវព្រៃ ត្រូវគេយកមកផ្សាំជំនួសមែក ដែលគេកាត់ចោលនោះ។ ឥឡូវនេះ អ្នកស្រូបយកជីជាតិពីឫសរួមជាមួយមែកឯទៀតៗដែរ

¹⁸Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

¹⁸ដូច្នេះ អ្នកមិនត្រូវអួតខ្លួន ដោយមើលងាយមែកដែលគេកាត់ចោលនោះឡើយ។ បើអ្នកចង់អួតខ្លួន តោងដឹងថា មិនមែនអ្នកទេដែលចិញ្ចឹមឫស គឺឫសវិញទេ តើដែលចិញ្ចឹមអ្នក!

¹⁹Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.

¹⁹ប្រហែលជាអ្នកពោលថា "ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានកាត់មែកទាំងនោះចោលដើម្បីយកខ្ញុំមកផ្សាំជំនួស!"។

²⁰Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

²⁰មែនហើយ! ព្រះអង្គកាត់មែកទាំងនោះចោល មកពីមែកទាំងនោះគ្មានជំនឿ រីឯអ្នកវិញ អ្នកនៅជាប់នឹងដើមមកពីអ្នកមានជំនឿ។ ដូច្នេះ កុំលើកខ្លួនសោះឡើយត្រូវភ័យខ្លាចវិញ។

²¹For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

²¹ប្រសិនបើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពុំបានទុកមែកពីកំណើតទេ ព្រះអង្គមុខជាពុំទុកអ្នកដែរ។

²²Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

²²ដូច្នេះ សូមគិតពិចារណាអំពីព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរស និង ព្រះហឫទ័យប្រិតប្រៀបរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទៅ។ ព្រះអង្គប្រិតប្រៀបចំពោះអស់អ្នកដែលដួល ហើយទ្រង់មានព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរសចំពោះអ្នក លុះត្រាណាអ្នកនៅតែពឹងផ្អែកលើព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរសនេះ។ បើមិនដូច្នោះទេ ព្រះអង្គនឹងកាត់អ្នកចោលដែរ។

²³And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.

²³ចំពោះពួកគេ ប្រសិនបើគេបោះបង់ចិត្ដ មិនជឿនោះចោល ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មុខតែផ្សាំគេវិញជាមិនខានដ្បិតព្រះអង្គមានឫទ្ធានុភាពអាចនឹងផ្សាំពួកគេសាជាថ្មីបាន។

²⁴For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

²⁴រីឯអ្នក បើអ្នកមានកំណើតពីដើមអូលីវព្រៃ ហើយត្រូវព្រះអង្គកាត់យកមកផ្សំានឹងដើមអូលីវស្រុកដែលមិនមែនជាដើមពីកំណើតរបស់អ្នកយ៉ាងហ្នឹងទៅហើយ ចុះទំរាំបើពួកគេវិញ ព្រះអង្គនឹងយកគេមកផ្សាំជាប់នឹងដើមពីកំណើតរបស់ខ្លួនវិញ រឹតតែងាយជាងនេះយ៉ាងណាទៅទៀត។

²⁵For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

²⁵បងប្អូនអើយ ខ្ញុំចង់អោយបងប្អូនជ្រាបយ៉ាងច្បាស់ពីគំរោងការដ៏លាក់កំបាំងនេះ ក្រែងលោបងប្អូនស្មានថាខ្លួនឯងមានប្រាជ្ញា។ គំរោងការដ៏លាក់កំបាំងនោះ គឺ សាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលមួយចំនួនមានចិត្ដរឹងរូសរហូតដល់ពេលសាសន៍ដទៃទាំងអស់បានចូលមកទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ

²⁶And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

²⁶ពេលនោះទើបសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលទាំងមូលនឹងទទួលការសង្គ្រោះដែរ ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ «ព្រះអង្គដែលរំដោះនឹងយាងចេញពី ក្រុងស៊ីយ៉ូន ព្រះអង្គនឹងដកអំពើទមិឡ ចេញពីកូនចៅ លោកយ៉ាកុប

²⁷For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

²⁷នេះហើយជាសម្ពន្ធមេត្រី ដែលយើងនឹង ចងជាមួយពួកគេ នៅពេលដែលយើងដកអំពើបាប ចេញពីពួកគេ»។

²⁸As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

²⁸បើគិតតាមដំណឹងល្អ សាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលជាសត្រូវនឹងព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់បងប្អូន។ បើគិតតាមការជ្រើសរើសវិញ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ស្រឡាញ់គេ មកពីព្រះអង្គគិតដល់បុព្វបុរសរបស់គេ។

²⁹For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

²⁹កាលណាព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រទានព្រះអំណោយទានហើយ ព្រះអង្គមិនដកហូតវិញទេ ហើយកាលណាព្រះអង្គត្រាស់ហៅ ទ្រង់ក៏មិនប្រែប្រួលដែរ។

³⁰For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

³⁰រីឯបងប្អូនពីដើមបងប្អូនមិនបានស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទេ តែឥឡូវនេះ ដោយសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលមិនស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ព្រះអង្គ ព្រះអង្គក៏មេត្ដាករុណាដល់បងប្អូន។

³¹Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

³¹រីឯពួកគេវិញ ពួកគេមិនស្ដាប់បង្គាប់នៅពេលនេះ មកពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់មេត្ដាករុណាដល់បងប្អូន។ ដូច្នេះ ព្រះអង្គក៏មេត្ដាករុណាដល់ពួកគេនៅពេលនេះដែរ

³²For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

³²ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានបណ្ដោយអោយមនុស្សទាំងអស់មិនស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ព្រះអង្គ ដើម្បីសំដែងព្រះហឫទ័យមេត្ដាករុណាដល់មនុស្សទាំងអស់។

³³O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

³³ព្រះហឫទ័យទូលាយរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ជ្រៅពន់ពេកណាស់ ហើយព្រះប្រាជ្ញាញាណ និង ព្រះតំរិះរបស់ព្រះអង្គក៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ដែរ! គ្មាននរណាអាចយល់ការសំរេចរបស់ព្រះអង្គបានឡើយ ហើយក៏គ្មាននរណាអាចយល់មាគ៌ារបស់ព្រះអង្គបានដែរ!

³⁴For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

³⁴តើនរណាស្គាល់គំនិតរបស់ព្រះអម្ចាស់? តើនរណាបានថ្វាយយោបល់ទៅព្រះអង្គ?

³⁵Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

³⁵តើនរណាបានថ្វាយអ្វីមួយទៅព្រះអង្គ ដើម្បីអោយព្រះអង្គតបស្នងសងគុណវិញ?។

³⁶For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

³⁶អ្វីៗទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែមកពីព្រះអង្គ ដោយសារព្រះអង្គ និង សំរាប់ព្រះអង្គ!។ សូមលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះអង្គ អស់កល្បជានិច្ច! អាម៉ែន!។
