1And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
1ദൈവപുരുഷനായ മോശെ തന്റെ മരണത്തിന്നു മുമ്പെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ച അനുഗ്രഹം ആവിതു
2And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
2അവന് പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാല്യഹോവ സീനായില്നിന്നു വന്നു, അവര്ക്കും സേയീരില്നിന്നു ഉദിച്ചു, പാറാന് പര്വ്വതത്തില്നിന്നു വിളങ്ങി; ലക്ഷോപിലക്ഷം വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കല് നിന്നു വന്നു; അവര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി അഗ്നിമയമായോരു പ്രമാണം അവന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യില്ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
3Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.
3അതേ, അവന് ജനത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ സകലവിശുദ്ധന്മാരും തൃക്കയ്യില് ഇരിക്കുന്നു. അവര് തൃക്കാല്ക്കല് ഇരുന്നു; അവന് തിരുവചനങ്ങള് പ്രാപിച്ചു.
4Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.
4യാക്കോബിന്റെ സഭെക്കു അവകാശമായി മോശെ നമുക്കു ന്യായപ്രമാണം കല്പിച്ചു തന്നു.
5And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together.
5ജനത്തിന്റെ തലവന്മാരും യിസ്രായേല്ഗോത്രങ്ങളും കൂടിയപ്പോള് അവന് യെശൂരുന്നു രാജാവായിരുന്നു.
6Let Reuben live, and not die; and let not his men be few.
6രൂബേന് മരിക്കാതെ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കട്ടെ; അവന്റെ പുരുഷന്മാര് കുറയാതിരിക്കട്ടെ
7And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies.
7യെഹൂദെക്കുള്ള അനുഗ്രഹമായിട്ടു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതു. യഹോവേ, യെഹൂദയുടെ അപേക്ഷ കേട്ടു അവനെ സ്വജനത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുവരേണമേ. തന്റെ കൈകളാല് അവന് തനിക്കായി പോരുന്നു; ശത്രുക്കളുടെ നേരെ നീ അവന്നു തുണയായിരിക്കേണമേ.
8And of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;
8ലേവിയെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുനിന്റെ തുമ്മീമും ഊറീമും നിന് ഭക്തന്റെ പക്കല് ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നീ മസ്സയില്വെച്ചു പരീക്ഷിക്കയും കലഹജലത്തിങ്കല് നീ പൊരുകയും ചെയ്തവന്റെ പക്കല് തന്നേ.
9Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.
9അവന് അപ്പനെയും അമ്മയെയും കുറിച്ചുഞാന് അവരെ കണ്ടില്ല. എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; സഹോദരന്മാരെ അവന് ആദരിച്ചില്ല; സ്വന്തമക്കളെന്നോര്ത്തതുമില്ല. നിന്റെ വചനം അവര് പ്രമാണിച്ചു, നിന്റെ നിമയം കാത്തുകൊള്കയും ചെയ്തു.
10They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar.
10അവര് യാക്കോബിന്നു നിന്റെ വിധികളും യിസ്രായേലിന്നു ന്യായപ്രമാണവും ഉപദേശിക്കും; അവര് നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയില് സുഗന്ധ ധൂപവും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് സര്വ്വാംഗഹോമവും അര്പ്പിക്കും.
11Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands; smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.
11യഹോവ, അവന്റെ ധനത്തെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കേണമേ; അവന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിയില് പ്രസാദിക്കേണമേ. അവന്റെ എതിരികളും അവനെ ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്നവരും എഴുന്നേല്ക്കാതവണ്ണം അവരുടെ അരകളെ തകര്ത്തുകളയേണമേ.
12And of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; and the Lord shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.
12ബെന്യാമിനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുഅവന് യഹോവേക്കു പ്രിയന് ; തത്സന്നിധിയില് നിര്ഭയം വസിക്കും; താന് അവനെ എല്ലായ്പോഴും മറെച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു; അവന്റെ ഗിരികളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ അധിവസിക്കുന്നു.
13And of Joseph he said, Blessed of the LORD be his land, for the precious things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that coucheth beneath,
13യോസേഫിനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുആകാശത്തിലെ വിശിഷ്ടവസ്തുവായ മഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടും താഴെ കിടക്കുന്ന അഗാധജലംകൊണ്ടും
14And for the precious fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon,
14സൂര്യനാല് ഉളവാകുന്ന വിശേഷഫലം കൊണ്ടും പ്രതിമാസികചന്ദ്രനാല് ഉളവാകും വിശിഷ്ടഫലംകൊണ്ടും
15And for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious things of the lasting hills,
15പുരാതനപര്വ്വതങ്ങളുടെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠസാധനങ്ങള് കൊണ്ടും ശാശ്വതശൈലങ്ങളുടെ വിശിഷ്ടവസ്തുക്കള് കൊണ്ടും ഭൂമിയിലെ വിശേഷവസ്തുക്കളും സമൃദ്ധിയുംകൊണ്ടും അവന്റെ ദേശം യഹോവയാല് അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ.
16And for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.
16മുള്പ്പടര്പ്പില് വസിച്ചവന്റെ പ്രസാദം യോസേഫിന്റെ ശിരസ്സിന്മേലും തന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരില് പ്രഭുവായവന്റെ നെറുകമേലും വരുമാറാകട്ടെ.
17His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
17അവന്റെ കടിഞ്ഞൂല്കൂറ്റന് അവന്റെ പ്രതാപം; അവന്റെ കൊമ്പുകള് കാട്ടുപോത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകള്; അവയാല് അവന് സകലജാതികളെയും ഭൂസീമാവാസികളെയും വെട്ടി ഔടിക്കും; അവ എഫ്രയീമിന്റെ പതിനായിരങ്ങളും മനശ്ശെയുടെ ആയിരങ്ങളും തന്നേ.
18And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.
18സെബൂലൂനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുസെബൂലൂനേ, നിന്റെ പ്രയാണത്തിലും, യിസ്സാഖാരേ, നിന്റെ കൂടാരങ്ങളിലും സന്തോഷിക്ക.
19They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.
19അവര് ജാതികളെ പര്വ്വതത്തിലേക്കു വിളിക്കും; അവിടെ നീതിയാഗങ്ങളെ കഴിക്കും. അവര് സമുദ്രങ്ങളുടെ സമൃദ്ധിയും മണലിലെ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങളും വലിച്ചു കുടിക്കും.
20And of Gad he said, Blessed be he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.
20ഗാദിനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുഗാദിനെ വിസ്താരമാക്കുന്നവന് അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവന് . ഒരു സിംഹിപോലെ അവന് പതുങ്ങിക്കിടന്നു ഭുജവും നെറുകയും പറിച്ചുകീറുന്നു.
21And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel.
21അവന് ആദ്യഭാഗം തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു; അവിടെ നായകന്റെ ഔഹരി സംഗ്രഹിച്ചു വെച്ചിരുന്നു; അവന് ജനത്തിന്റെ തലവന്മാരോടുകൂടെ യഹോവയുടെ നീതിയും യിസ്രായേലുമായി അവന്റെ വിധികളും നടത്തി.
22And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion's whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.
22ദാനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുദാന് ബാലസിംഹം ആകുന്നു; അവന് ബാശാനില്നിന്നു ചാടുന്നു.
23And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favor, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south.
23നഫ്താലിയെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുനഫ്താലിയേ, പ്രസാദംകൊണ്ടു തൃപ്തനും യഹോവയുടെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിറഞ്ഞവനുമായി പടിഞ്ഞാറും തെക്കും കൈവശമാക്കുക.
24And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
24ആശേരിനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുആശേര് പുത്രസമ്പത്തുകൊണ്ടു അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവന് ; അവന് സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കും ഇഷ്ടനായിരിക്കട്ടെ; അവന് കാല് എണ്ണയില് മുക്കട്ടെ.
25Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.
25നിന്റെ ഔടാമ്പല് ഇരിമ്പും താമ്രവും ആയിരിക്കട്ടെ. നിന്റെ ബലം ജീവപര്യന്തം നില്ക്കട്ടെ.
26There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.
26യെശൂരൂന്റെ ദൈവത്തെപ്പോലെ ഒരുത്തനുമില്ല; നിന്റെ സഹായത്തിന്നായി അവന് ആകാശത്തുടെ തന്റെ മഹിമയില് മേഘാരൂഢനായി വരുന്നു.
27The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
27പുരാതനനായ ദൈവം നിന്റെ സങ്കേതം; കീഴെ ശാശ്വതഭുജങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടു; അവന് ശത്രുവിനെ നിന്റെ മുമ്പില്നിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു. സംഹരിക്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
28Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.
28ധാന്യവും വീഞ്ഞുമുള്ള ദേശത്തു യിസ്രായേല് നിര്ഭയമായും യാക്കോബിന് ഉറവു തനിച്ചും വസിക്കുന്നു; ആകാശം അവന്നു മഞ്ഞു പൊഴിക്കുന്നു.
29Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.
29യിസ്രായേലേ, നീ ഭാഗ്യവാന് ; നിനക്കു തുല്യന് ആര്? യഹോവയാല് രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ട ജനമേ, അവന് നിന്റെ സഹായത്തിന് പരിചയും നിന്റെ മഹിമയുടെ വാളും ആകുന്നു. നിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള് നിന്നോടു അനുസരണം നടിക്കും. നീ അവരുടെ ഉന്നതങ്ങളിന്മേല് നടകൊള്ളും.
