1Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.
1യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ . യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ ; യഹോവേക്കു പുതിയോരു പാട്ടും ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ സഭയില്‍ അവന്റെ സ്തുതിയും പാടുവിന്‍ .
2Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
2യിസ്രായേല്‍ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയവനില്‍ സന്തോഷിക്കട്ടെ; സീയോന്റെ മക്കള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ രാജാവില്‍ ആനന്ദിക്കട്ടെ.
3Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
3അവര്‍ നൃത്തം ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടു അവന്റെ നാമത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കട്ടെ; തപ്പിനോടും കിന്നരത്തോടും കൂടെ അവന്നു കീര്‍ത്തനം ചെയ്യട്ടെ.
4For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
4യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തില്‍ പ്രസാദിക്കുന്നു; താഴ്മയുള്ളവരെ അവന്‍ രക്ഷകൊണ്ടു അലങ്കരിക്കും.
5Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
5ഭക്തന്മാര്‍ മഹത്വത്തില്‍ ആനന്ദിക്കട്ടെ; അവര്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ ശയ്യകളില്‍ ഘോഷിച്ചുല്ലസിക്കട്ടെ.
6Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
6അവരുടെ വായില്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പുകഴ്ചകളും അവരുടെ കയ്യില്‍ ഇരുവായ്ത്തലയുള്ള വാളും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കട്ടെ. ജാതികള്‍ക്കു പ്രതികാരവും വംശങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ശിക്ഷയും നടത്തേണ്ടതിന്നും
7To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
7അവരുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാരെ ചങ്ങലകളാലും അവരുടെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരെ ഇരിമ്പുവിലങ്ങുകളാലും ബന്ധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും
8To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
8എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിധി അവരുടെമേല്‍ നടത്തേണ്ടതിന്നും തന്നേ.
9To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.
9അതു അവന്റെ സര്‍വ്വഭക്തന്മാര്‍ക്കും ബഹുമാനം ആകുന്നു.
