1How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
1အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အလျှင်းမမှတ်ဘဲ အဘယ်မျှ ကာလပတ်လုံးမေ့လျော့တော်မူမည်နည်း။ အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး မျက်နှာတော်ကို ကွယ်ထား တော်မူမည်နည်း။
2How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
2အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အစဉ်ဝမ်းနည်းလျက်၊ အဘယ် မျှ ကာလပတ်လုံး တွေးတောသောစိတ်ရှိရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူသည် အဘယ်မျှ ကာလပတ်လုံး အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အုပ်စိုးရပါမည်နည်း။
3Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
3အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စကားကို မျက်နှာပြု၍ နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိကို လင်းစေတော်မူပါ။ သို့မဟုတ်လျှင် အသေအိပ်ပျော်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရပါမည်။
4Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
4အကျွန်ုပ်၏ရန်သူက၊ ငါနိုင်ပြီဟုဆို၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှောင့်ရှက်သော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်လှုပ်ရှားသည် ကို ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
5But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
5အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကရုဏာတော်ကို ယုံကြည်ပါ၏။ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းအရာ၌ နှလုံးရွှင်လန်းပါလိမ့်မည်။
6I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
6အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူသောကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။
