¹I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.

¹အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ခွန်အားဗလ တည်းဟူသော ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ချစ်ပါ၏။

²The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

²ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၏ကျောက်၊ ငါ၏မြို့ရိုး၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်လွှတ်သောသခင်၊ ငါ၏ဘုရား၊ ငါကိုးစားသော အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၊ ငါ၏ အကွယ်အကာ၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သော ဦးချို၊ ငါ၏ရဲတိုက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

³I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

³ချီးမွမ်းအပ်သော ထာဝရဘုရားကို ငါတောင်း လျှောက်၍ ရန်သူတို့ လက်မှကယ်တင်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၏။

⁴The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.

⁴သေခြင်းကြိုးတို့သည် ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်းမိ၍၊ ဖျက်ဆီး တတ်သော ရေစီးခြင်းကြောင့် ငါကြောက်လန့်ရ၏။

⁵The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me.

⁵မရဏာနိုင်ငံ၏ ကြိုးတို့သည်ဝိုင်း၍၊ သေမင်း၏ ကျော့ကွင်းသည် ငါ့ကိုကျော့မိလျက် ရှိ၏။

⁶In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

⁶ထိုသို့ငါသည် ဆင်းရဲငြိုငြင်သောအခါ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကိုခေါ်၍၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ကို အော်ဟစ်လေ၏။ ခေါ်သောအသံကို ဗိမာန်တော်ထဲ မှာကြားတော်မူ၍၊ အော်ဟစ်သောအသံသည် နားတော်ထဲသို့ ဝင်လေ၏။

⁷Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth.

⁷ထိုအခါ အမျက်တော်ထွက်သောအားဖြင့် မြေကြီးတုန်လှုပ်၍၊ တောင်အမြစ်တို့သည် တရွေ့ရွေ့ လှုပ်ရှားကြ၏။

⁸There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.

⁸နှာခေါင်းတော်ထဲက မီးခိုးထွက်၍၊ နှုတ်တော် ထဲက မီးလောင်သောအားဖြင့်၊ မီးခဲတောက်လေ၏။

⁹He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet.

⁹မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်ကိုညွှတ်သဖြင့် ဆင်းသက် တော်မူ၍၊ ခြေဘဝါးတော်အောက်၌ မှောင်မိုက်ဖြစ်လေ ၏။

¹⁰And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.

¹⁰ခေရုဗိမ်ကိုစီးလျက် ပျံတော်မူ၏။ လေ၏ အတောင်တို့အပေါ် မှာလျင်စွာ ပျံတော်မူ၏။

¹¹He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

¹¹မှောင်မိုက်ထဲမှာ ပုန်းကွယ်တော်မူ၍၊ တခဲနက် သောရေနှင့်ထူထပ်သော မိုဃ်းတိမ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကာရံလျက်ရှိကြ၏။

¹²At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire.

¹²ရှေ့တော်၌ ရောင်ခြည်ကြောင့်တိမ်ထပ်တို့သည် မိုဃ်းသီးနှင့် မီးခဲပါလျက် လွင့်ကြ၏။

¹³The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.

¹³ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လည်း၊ ကောင်းကင်ပေါ်မှာ မိုဃ်းချုန်း၍၊ အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရားသည် အသံတော်ကို လွှင့်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁴Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them.

¹⁴လေးမြှားတော်တို့ကိုပစ်၍ လျှပ်စစ်ပြက်စေ သဖြင့်၊ ရန်သူတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ခွဲ၍ ရှုံးစေတော်မူ၏။

¹⁵Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.

¹⁵ထိုအခါ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အပြစ်တင်၍ နှာခေါင်းတော်ထဲက အသက်ရှုတော်မူ သောအားဖြင့်၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာအောက်ပြင်နှင့် လောကတိုက် မြစ်တို့သည်ပွင့်လစ် ထင်ပေါ်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။

¹⁶He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters.

¹⁶ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အထက်အရပ်က လက် တော်ကို ဆန့်၍၊ တခဲနက်သောရေထဲက ငါ့ကို ဆယ်ယူ တော်မူ၏။

¹⁷He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me.

¹⁷ငါ့ကိုမုန်းသောသူတည်းဟူသော ငါပြိုင်၍မနိုင် နိုင်အောင် ခွန်အားကြီးသော ရန်သူတို့လက်မှ ငါ့ကို ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁸They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay.

¹⁸ဘေးဥပဒ်ရောက်သောကာလ၌ သူတို့သည် ဆီးတားသော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါမှီခိုရာဖြစ်၍၊

¹⁹He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.

¹⁹ငါ့ကိုကျယ်ဝန်းရာအရပ်သို့ ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူ၏။ ငါ့ကိုနှစ်သက်သောကြောင့် ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။

²⁰The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.

²⁰ငါဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းရှိသည်အလျောက်၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် အကျိုးကို ပေး၍၊ ငါ့လက်စင်ကြယ်ခြင်း၏ အကျိုးကို စီရင်တော်မူ၏။

²¹For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God.

²¹အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လမ်းတော်သို့ အစဉ်လိုက်၏။ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင့်ထံမှ ပြစ်မှား၏မသွား။

²²For all his judgments were before me, and I did not put away his statutes from me.

²²စီရင်တော်မူချက်ရှိသမျှကို ငါသည် မျက်မှောက် ပြု၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မပယ်၊

²³I was also upright before him, and I kept myself from mine iniquity.

²³ရှေ့တော်မှာဖြောင့်မတ်၍၊ ကိုယ်ဒုစရိုက်ကို ကြဉ် ရှောင်၏။

²⁴Therefore hath the LORD recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.

²⁴ထိုကြောင့် ရှေ့တော်မှာထင်ရှားသော ငါ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း၊ လက်စင်ကြယ်ခြင်းရှိသည်နှင့် အလျောက် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၌ အကျိုးကို ပေးတော်မူပြီ။

²⁵With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright;

²⁵သနားတတ်သောသူအား ကိုယ်တော်သည် သနားခြင်းသဘောကို၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူအား ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း သဘောကို၎င်း၊

²⁶With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward.

²⁶သန့်ရှင်းသောသူအား သန့်ရှင်းခြင်းသဘော ကို၎င်း၊ ဆန့်ကျင်သော သူအားဆန့်ကျင်သောသဘော ကို၎င်း ပြတော်မူ၏။

²⁷For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt bring down high looks.

²⁷နှိမ့်ချလျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကယ်တင်၍၊ ထောင်လွှားသော မျက်နှာကိုမူကား ရှုတ်ချ တော်မူ၏။

²⁸For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness.

²⁸အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ မီးခွက်ကို ထွန်း၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဘုရားသခင်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏မှောင်မိုက်ကို လင်းစေတော်မူ၏။

²⁹For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall.

²⁹အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကိုအမှီပြု၍၊ တပ်ကို ဖျက်ပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဘုရားသခင်ကို အမှီပြုလျက် မြို့ရိုးကို ကျော်၍ ဝင်ပါပြီ။

³⁰As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

³⁰ဘုရားသခင် စီရင်တော်မူသော အမှုသည် စုံလင်၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏သစ္စာတော်သည် အစစ်ခံ၍ တည်၏။ ခိုလှုံသော သူအပေါင်းတို့၏ အကွယ်အကာ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

³¹For who is God save the LORD? or who is a rock save our God?

³¹ထာဝရဘုရားမှတပါး အဘယ်ဘုရားသခင် ရှိသနည်း။ ငါတို့ ဘုရားသခင်မှတပါး အဘယ်မည်သော ကျောက်ရှိသနည်း။

³²It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

³²ထိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ့ကိုခွန်အား ခါးပန်းနှင့် စည်း၍ ငါသွားရာ လမ်းကို ဖြောင့်စေတော်မူ၏။

³³He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.

³³ငါ့ခြေကို သမင်ခြေကဲ့သို့ လျင်မြန်စေ၍၊ ငါ၏ မြင့်ရာအရပ်ပေါ်မှာ ငါ့ကိုတင်ထားတော်မူ၏။

³⁴He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.

³⁴ငါ့လက်ကို စစ်မှု၌လေ့ကျက်စေခြင်းငှါ သွန်သင် တော်မူ၍၊ ကြေးဝါးလေးကို ငါ့လက်ရုံးနှင့် ငါတင်နိုင်၏။

³⁵Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great.

³⁵ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ဒိုင်း လွှားကို အပ်၍၊ လက်ျာလက်တော်အားဖြင့် မစတော် မူ၏။ သည်းခံတော်မူခြင်းအားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ပါ။

³⁶Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.

³⁶အကျွန်ုပ်သွားသောလမ်းကို ရှင်းလင်း၍ ခြေ မချော်စေခြင်းငှါ ပြုတော်မူသောအားဖြင့်၊

³⁷I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed.

³⁷အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရန်သူတို့ကို လိုက်၍မှီသဖြင့်၊ သူတို့ကို မပယ်ရှင်းမှီတိုင်အောင် မပြန်ပါ။

³⁸I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.

³⁸သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေအောက်မှာ လဲလျက် ရှိ၍ မထနိုင်အောင် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှိပ်နင်းပါ၏။

³⁹For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

³⁹အကြောင်းမူကား၊ စစ်တိုက်ခြင်းငှါ ကိုယ် တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ခွန်အားခါးပန်းနှင့်စည်း၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထသောသူတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အောက်မှာ လှဲတော်မူ၏။

⁴⁰Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me.

⁴⁰အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မုန်းသောရန်သူတို့၏ လည်ပင်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အပ်၍၊ ဖျက်ဆီးရသောအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော် မူ၏။

⁴¹They cried, but there was none to save them: even unto the LORD, but he answered them not.

⁴¹သူတို့သည် အော်ဟစ်ကြသောအခါ၊ ကယ်တင် သောသူမရှိ။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို အော်ဟစ်သော်လည်း ထူးတော်မမူ။

⁴²Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets.

⁴²ထိုအခါအကျွန်ုပ်သည် သူတို့ကို လေတိုက်သော မြေမှုန့်ကိုကဲ့သို့၊ ညက်ညက်ချေပြီးမှ၊ လမ်း၌အမှိုက်ကို ကဲ့သို့ သွန်ပစ်လေ၏။

⁴³Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and thou hast made me the head of the heathen: a people whom I have not known shall serve me.

⁴³လူစုတို့သည် ဆိုင်ပြိုင်တိုက်လှန်ခြင်းမှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်လွှတ်၍၊ တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့၏ အကဲအမှူးအရာ ၌ ခန့်ထားတော်မူသောအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မသိဘူးသော လူစုသည်အကျွန်ုပ်ထံ၌ ကျွန်ခံပါ၏။

⁴⁴As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me: the strangers shall submit themselves unto me.

⁴⁴အကျွန်ုပ်စကားသံကို ကြားသည်ခဏခြင်းတွင် နားထောင်ပါ၏။ တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို တောင်းပန်ကြပါ၏။

⁴⁵The strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places.

⁴⁵ညှိုးနွမ်းသည်ဖြစ်၍ ခိုလှုံရာအရပ်ထဲက တုန် လှုပ်လျက် ထွက်ကြပါ၏။

⁴⁶The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.

⁴⁶ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အသက်ရှင်တော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ၏ကျောက်၌ မင်္ဂလာရှိပါစေသတည်း။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်း ရှိပါစေသတည်း။

⁴⁷It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me.

⁴⁷ငါ့ဘက်၌ တရားသဖြင့်စီရင်၍၊ လူစုတို့ကို ငါ့အောက်မှာ နှိမ့်ချသောသူကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။

⁴⁸He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.

⁴⁸ရန်သူတို့လက်မှ ငါ့ကို ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထသောသူတို့အပေါ်သို့ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုမြှောက်တင်၍၊ လုယူဖျက်ဆီးတတ် သောသူ၏လက်မှ ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။

⁴⁹Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.

⁴⁹ထိုကြောင့် အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့တွင် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၍၊ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။

⁵⁰Great deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David, and to his seed for evermore.

⁵⁰ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိခန့်ထားသော မင်းကြီးကို အထူးသဖြင့် ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘိသိက်တော်ကို ခံရသော ဒါဝိဒ်မှမစ၍ အမျိုးအနွယ်အား ကာလအစဉ် အဆက် ကရုဏာကျေးဇူးကို ပြုတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကျွန်ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ရှောလုမင်းမှစ၍ ရန်သူအပေါင်း တို့လက်မှ ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို ခံရသောအခါ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌မြွက်ဆိုသောသီချင်းစကားဟူမူကား။
