1Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
1အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုချင်သော စေတနာ စိတ်တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသနားတော်မူပါ။ စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း ကရုဏာများပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လွန်ကျူးခြင်း အပြစ်ကိုဖြေတော်မူပါ။
2Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
2ဒုစရိုက်အညစ်အကြေးကို အကုန်အစင် ဆေးကြော၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို သန့်ရှင်းစေတော်မူပါ။
3For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
3အကျွန်ုပ်လွန်ကျူးပါပြီဟု ဝန်ချလျက် ကိုယ် အပြစ်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် အောက်မေ့လျက်နေပါ၏။
4Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
4ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုသာ ပြစ်မှား၍ မျက်မှောက်တော်၌ပင် မတရားသောအမှုကို ပြုပါပြီ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ မိန့်တော်မူချက်သည် ဖြောင့်ပါ၏။ တရားစီရင်တော်မူချက်သည် အပြစ်လွတ်ပါ၏။
5Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
5အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မွေးစကပင် အပြစ်ပါလျက် ရှိ၏။ အမိဝမ်းထဲမှာ ပဋိသန္ဓေယူစဉ်ပင် အပြစ်စွဲ၏။
6Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
6ဟုတ်မှန်ဖြောင့်မတ်သော စိတ်နှလုံးကို နှစ်သက် တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်နှလုံးထဲမှာ ပညာကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
7Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
7အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စင်ကြယ်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ဟုဿုပ်ပင် ညွန့်နှင့် သန့်ရှင်းခြင်းမင်္ဂလာကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မိုဃ်းပွင့်ထက်သာ၍ ဖြူစေခြင်းငှါ ဆေးကြောတော် မူပါ။
8Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
8စိတ်သက်သာဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း ရှိမည်အကြောင်း စကားကို အကျွန်ုပ်အားကြားစေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင်၊ ချိုးဖဲ့တော်မူသော အရိုးတို့သည် ရွှင်မြူးခြင်းရှိကြပါလိမ့် မည်။
9Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
9အကျွန်ုပ်လွန်ကျူးခြင်း ဒုစရိုက်တို့မှ မျက်နှာ တော်လွှဲ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အပြစ်ရှိသမျှတို့ကိုလည်း ဖြေတော် မူပါ။
10Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
10အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အထဲ၌ စင်ကြယ် သောနှလုံးကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူပါ။ မြဲမြံတည်ကြည်သော သဘောကို အသစ်ပြုပြင်တော်မူပါ။
11Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
11အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အထံတော်ထဲက နှင်ထုတ်တော် မမူပါနှင့်။ သန့်ရှင်းသောဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို ရုပ်သိမ်းတော် မမူပါနှင့်။
12Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
12ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းနှင့်ယှဉ်သော ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း အခွင့်ကို ပြန်၍ ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။ ကြည်ညိုသော စေတနာစိတ်သဘောသည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ထောက်မပါ စေသော။
13Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
13အကျွန်ုပ်သည်လည်း မတရားသောသူတို့အား တရားလမ်းကို ပြသသွန်သင်ပါမည်။ အပြစ်ရှိသော သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ ပြန်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
14Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
14အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော် မူသောဘုရား၊ လူအသက်ကို သတ်ခြင်းအပြစ်နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူပါ။ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူခြင်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်လျှာသည် ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
15O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
15အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှုတ်ကို ဖွင့်တော် မူပါ။ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၍ မြွက်ဆိုပါမည်။
16For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
16ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းကို အလိုတော်မရှိ။ သို့မဟုတ် လျှင် ယဇ်ပူဇော်ပါမည်။ မီးရှို့သော ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းကိုပင် နှစ်သက်တော်မမူ။
17The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
17ဘုရားသခင်နှစ်သက်တော်မူသော ယဇ်မူကား၊ ကျိုးပဲ့သောစိတ်ပေတည်း။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကျိုးပဲ့ကြေမွသော နှလုံးကို ငြင်းပယ်တော်မမူ တတ်ပါ။
18Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
18စေတနာစိတ်တော်ရှိ၍ ဇိအုန်တောင်ကို ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ရိုးကို တည်စေတော် မူပါ။
19Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
19ထိုအခါတရားသဖြင့် ပူဇော်သောယဇ်၊ မီးရှို့ သောယဇ်၊ တကိုယ်လုံးမီးရှို့သောယဇ်နှင့် မွေ့လျော်တော် မူလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုအခါ ယဇ်ပလ္လင်တော်ပေါ်မှာ နွားလား တို့ကို ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ဗာသရှေဘနှင့်မှားယွင်း၍၊ မရောဖက်နာသန်၏ဆုံးမခြင်း ကိုခံပြီးမှ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။
