Isaiah

52

1Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
1Zion aw, halhin, haihin, na hatna silhin; Jerusalem aw, khopi siangthou, na puansilh kilawmtakte silhin: tuban zeksumlouh leh mi nin na sungah a lutta kei ding uh.
2Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
2Jerusalem aw, na tunga bang leivui singin; thou inla, tuin: Zion tanu aw, sala om, na ngawng gaknate phelin.
3For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.
3Toupan hichiin a chi ngala, Bangmahlou-a juak na hi ua; huchiin dangka lou-a tat na hita ding uh, chiin.
4For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
4Toupa Pathianin hichiin a chi ngala, Ka mite a tungin Aigupta gama om dingin a paisuk ua: huan, Assuria miten a thu a la beiin a nuaisiah ua.
5Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.
5Huchiin tuin, hiaiah bang ka hih dia? ka mite lah bangmahlou-a pi mangin a om ngalua, Toupan a chi, a tung ua vaihawmmite nuamin a awng ua, Toupan a chi, ka min ni tumtuma gensiatin a om naknak.
6Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.
6Huaijiakin ka miten ka min a thei ding uh: huai niin a genpa ka hi chih a thei ding ua; ngaiin, keimah ka hi, chiin.
7How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
7Tangte-a tanchin hoih tuna, lemna thu tangkoupiha, thil hoih tanchin hoih tuna, hotdamna thu tangkoupiha, Zion kianga, Na Pathian kumpiin a tu, chimi khe a kilawm!
8Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.
8Tua! na galvilmite aw! Aw a suah ua, nuamtakin la a sa chiat uh; Toupa Ziona a hongkik nawn chiangin kimatuahin a mu sin ngal ua.
9Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
9Jerusalem mun sesate aw, nuamsa khe guih unla, nuamsa takin lasa un: Toupan lah a mite a lungmuanta ngala, Jerusalem a tanta hi.
10The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
10Toupan nam chiteng mitmuhin a ban siangthou a lemta; huchiin kawlmonga mi tengtengin I Pathian hotdamna a mu ding uh.
11Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
11Pawt un, pawt un, huaia kipanin pawt un, thil nin himhim lawng kei un; a sunga kipan pai khia un; Toupa belsuan tawite aw, siangthou takin om un.
12For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward.
12Kintakin na pai khe kei ding ua, taitekin na pai sam kei ding uh: Toupan lah na ma uh pi ding ahi ngala; Israelte Pathian na nungdalpa uh ahi ding hi.
13Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
13Ngaiin, ka sikhain piltakin a hih ding, pahtawi leh tawisangin a om dinga, sangpiin a om ding.
14As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
14Mi tampiin lamdang honsa ngial uh bangin, a mel lah mihing mel sang maha hihsiatin a oma, a pian dan lah mihing tate piandan sang maha hihsiatin a om.Huchiin aman nam tampi a dangsak ding; kumpipaten amah lakah a kam uh a chih ding uh: a kiang ua gen negi louh lah a mu sin ngal ua; bila a jak ngei louh uh a ngaisiam sin uhi.
15So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
15Huchiin aman nam tampi a dangsak ding; kumpipaten amah lakah a kam uh a chih ding uh: a kiang ua gen negi louh lah a mu sin ngal ua; bila a jak ngei louh uh a ngaisiam sin uhi.
