⁶Who is this that cometh out of the wilderness like pillars of smoke, perfumed with myrrh and frankincense, with all powders of the merchant?

⁶Ce se vede suindu-se din pustie, ca nişte stîlpi de fum, în mijlocul aburilor de mir şi de tămîie, înconjurată de toate mirezmele negustorilor de mir? -

⁷Behold his bed, which is Solomon's; threescore valiant men are about it, of the valiant of Israel.

⁷Iată, este pataşca lui Solomon, cu şasezeci de viteji, de jur împrejur, cei mai viteji din Israel.

⁸They all hold swords, being expert in war: every man hath his sword upon his thigh because of fear in the night.

⁸Toţi sînt înarmaţi cu săbii, şi toţi sînt deprinşi la luptă, fiecare cu sabia la coapsă, ca să n'aibă nimic de temut în timpul nopţii.

¹⁰Stîlpii i -a făcut de argint, rezemătoarea de aur, scaunul de purpură; iar mijlocul împodobit cu o ţesătură aleasă, lucrată de dragostea fiicelor Ierusalimului.

¹¹Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him in the day of his espousals, and in the day of the gladness of his heart.

¹¹Ieşiţi, fetele Sionului, şi priviţi pe împăratul Solomon, cu cununa cu care l -a încununat mamă-sa în ziua cununiei lui, în ziua veseliei inimii lui. -
