24

1When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favor in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
1 Da alboro fo na wande hiiji, amma woodin banda a si kaan a se, zama a di taali fo a gaa, kal a ma fayyaŋ tira hantum ka daŋ waybora kambe ra. A m'a sallama nga windo ra.
2And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.
2 A ga ciya mo, d'a fun boro sintina windo ra, a ga hin ka te a ma koy ka te boro fo se wande.
3And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;
3 Amma da woodin mo wang'a, ka fayyaŋ tira hantum a se ka daŋ a kambe ra k'a sallama nga windo ra, wala da kokor banda kurnyo kaŋ n'a hiiji din bu,
4Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
4 a kurnye sintina kaŋ n'a fay, i si yadda a ma ye ka du waybora din ma te a se wande koyne, zama a ban ka ziibi. Zama woodin ya fanta hari no Rabbi jine. Ni ma si zunubi daŋ mo laabo kaŋ Rabbi ni Irikoyo ga ni no tubu hari din ra.
5When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.
5 Alboro kaŋ gonda hiijay taji ma si koy wongu, i ma si muraadu kulu dak'a boŋ mo. A ma goro fu a windo sabbay se jiiri fo kubante, ka nga wando kaŋ a hiiji din bine kaanandi.
6No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge.
6 Boro kulu ma si boro fo fufuyaŋ jinay, wala mo a fufuyaŋ tond'ize ta tolme, zama danga fundi no a go ga ta tolme ya.
7If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.
7 D'i na boro fo gar a go ga boro zay nga nya-ize Israyla izey ra k'a te bannya, wala a m'a neera mo, kal i ma zayo din ciiti nda buuyaŋ. Woodin teeyaŋ gaa no araŋ ga laala kaa d'a araŋ game ra.
8Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.
8 Ma haggoy nda kaajiri doori, ka laakal daŋ da anniya ni ma goy da hay kulu kaŋ alfagey da Lawitey ga ni dondonandi. Mate kulu kaŋ ay n'i lordi nd'a, yaadin mo no araŋ ma haggoy ka te.
9Remember what the LORD thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt.
9 Ma fongu mate kaŋ Rabbi te Maryama se fonda ra, waato kaŋ araŋ go ga kaa ka fun Misira.
10When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.
10 Da ni na hay fo garaw daŋ ni gorokasin gaa, hay kulu kaŋ dumi no, ni ma si koy ka furo a fuwo ra ka tolme ta.
11Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.
11 Ni ma kay taray hala bora kaŋ gaa ni na garawo daŋ ma fatta da tolma ka kand'a ni do.
12And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:
12 Da bora din ya talka no mo, tolma ma si kani ni do.
13In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.
13 Daahir ni g'a yeti a se hala wayna ga kaŋ, zama a ma du ka kani nga taafa ra ka albarka gaara ni se. Woodin mo ga ciya ni se adilitaray Rabbi ni Irikoyo diyaŋ gaa.
14Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:
14 Sufuray ize kaŋ alfukaaru no, kaŋ go laami ra mo, ni ma s'a kankam, da ni nya-izey ra boro no, wala yaw kaŋ zumbu ni laabo ra ka goro ni kwaara ra no.
15At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee.
15 Han kulu ni g'a banando no a se. Wayna ma si kaŋ k'a gar ni do, zama nga wo talka no, a na nga bina sinji a gaa mo. A ma si te ka ciya bora din ma hẽ Rabbi gaa ni boŋ. Woodin mo, i g'a lasaabu ni se zunubi.
16The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
16 I ma si baabey wi izey sabbay se, i ma si izey mo wi baabey sabbay se, amma i ma boro kulu wi nga bumbo zunubo sabbay se.
17Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:
17 Ni ma si ciiti siirandi yaw kaŋ zumbu, wala alatuumi se. Ni ma si wayboro kaŋ kurnye bu mo bankaaray ta tolme.
18But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
18 Amma ni ma fongu mate kaŋ ni te bannya Misira ra, amma Rabbi ni Irikoyo na ni fansa ka ni kaa noodin. Woodin sabbay se no ay na ni lordi nda haya din.
19When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.
19 Da ni na ni fari albarka wi mo, da ni dinya boko fo faro ra, kulu ni ma si ye ka koy koyne k'a ceeci. A ga ciya yaw kaŋ zumbu, da alatuumi, da wayboro kaŋ kurnye bu wane, zama Rabbi ni Irikoyo ma ni albarkandi ni kambe goy kulu ra.
20When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
20 Da ni na ni zeytun* nya som, ni ma si ye kambey do ka filla. Wo kaŋ cindi ga ciya yaw kaŋ zumbu, da alatuumi, da wayboro kaŋ kurnye bu wane.
21When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
21 Da ni na ni reyzin* kalo izey kosu, ni ma si ye a do ka koobu ceeci. A ga ciya yaw kaŋ zumbu, da alatuumi, da wayboro kaŋ kurnye bu wane.
22And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
22 Ni ma fongu mo mate kaŋ ni te bannya Misira laabo ra. Woodin sabbay se no ay na ni lordi nda haya din.
