¹Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him.

¹ОН ГОҲ Пилотус Исоро гирифта, тозиёна зад.

²And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,

²Ва сарбоаон тоҷе аз хор бофта, бар сараш ниҳоданд, ва ҷомаи арғувон ба Ӯ пӯшонданд,

³And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.

³Ва гуфтанд: «Салом, эй Подшоҳи Яҳудиён!» Ва Ӯро торсакӣ мезаданд.

⁴Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him.

⁴Боз Пилотус баромада, ба онҳо гуфт: «Инак, Ӯро пеши шумо мебарорам, то бидонед, ки ман дар Ӯ ҳеҷ айбе намеёбам».

⁵Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man!

⁵Ва Исо, дар ҳолате ки тоҷи аз хор бофтае бар сар ва ҷомаи арғувон дар бар дошт, берун омад. Ва Пилотус гуфт: «Инак Он Одам!»

⁶When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.

⁶Чун саркоҳинон ва мулозимон Ӯро диданд, фарьед зада, гуфтанд: «Ӯро маслуб кун, маслуб кун!» Пилотус ба онҳо гуфт: «Шумо Ӯро гирифта, маслуб кунед, зеро ки ман дар Ӯ айбе намеебам».

⁷The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.

⁷Яҳудиён ба вай ҷавоб доданд: «Мо шариате дорем, ва мувофиқи шариати мо Ӯ бояд бимирад, чунки Худро Писари Худо кардааст».

⁸When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid;

⁸Чун Пилотус ин суханро шунид, беш аз пеш ҳаросон шуд.

⁹And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.

⁹Ва боз ба сарбозхона даромада, ба Исо гуфт: «ТӮ аз куҷоӣ?» Лекин Исо ба вай ҷавоб надод.

¹⁰Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?

¹⁰Пилотус ба Ӯ гуфт: «Ба ман сухан намегӯӣ? Магар намедонӣ, ки қудрат дорам Туро маслуб кунам ва қудрат дорам Туро озод кунам?»

¹¹Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

¹¹Исо ҷавоб дод: «Ҳеҷ қудрате бар Ман намедоштӣ, агар аз боло дода намешуд; аз ин рӯ он касе ки Маро ба ту таслим кард, гуноҳи бештаре дорад».

¹²And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.

¹²Ва аз он вақт Пилотус саъй дошт Ӯро озод кунад, лекин яҳудиен фарьйд зада, гуфтанд: «Агар Ӯро озод кунй, дӯсти қайеар нестӣ; ҳар кӣ даъвои подшоҳӣ кунад, душмани қайсар аст».

¹³When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.

¹³Чун Пилотус инро шунид, Исоро берун овард ва дар он ҷое ки Сангфарш ва ба ибронӣ Чабто номида мешуд, бар курсии доварӣ нишаст.

¹⁴And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!

¹⁴Рӯзи чумъаи арафаи иди фисҳ буд, ки дар соати шашум ба яҳудиён гуфт: «Инак» Подшоҳи щумо!»

¹⁵But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.

¹⁵Лекин онҳо фарьёд заданд: «Ӯро нест кун, нест кун, маслуб кун!» Пилотус ба онҳо гуфт: «Оё Подшоҳи шуморо маслуб кунам?» Саркоҳинон ҷавоб доданд: «Ғайр аз қайсар подшоҳе надорем».

¹⁶Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.

¹⁶Ниҳоят, Ӯро ба дасти онҳо супурд, то ки маслуб кунанд. Ва онҳо Исоро гирифта бурданд.

¹⁷And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:

¹⁷ВаӮ салиби Худро бардошта, ба он ҷое ки "Ҷои косахонаи сар" ва ба ибронӣ Ҷолҷолто ном дошт, равона шуд;

¹⁸Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.

¹⁸Дар он ҷо Ӯро маслуб карданд ва бо Ӯ ду каси дигарро: яке аз ин тарафаш ва дигаре аз он тарафаш, ва Исо дар миёна.

¹⁹And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.

¹⁹Пилотус айбномае навишта, бар салиб овехт, ки чунин навишта шуда буд: «Исои Носирӣ, Подшохи Яхудиёт.

²⁰This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.

²⁰Бисьёре аз яҳудиён он айбномаро ҳонданд, зеро ҷое ки Исо маслуб шуда буд, ба шаҳр наздик буд, ва айбномаро ба забонҳои ибронӣ, юнонӣ ва румӣ навишта буданд.

²¹Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.

²¹Саркоҳинони яҳудй ба Пилотус гуфтанд: «Нанавис: "Подшоҳи Яҳудиён", балки он чи Ӯ мегуфт: "Манам Подшоҳи Яҳудиён"».

²²Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.

²²Пилотус ҷавоб дод: «Он чи навиштам, навиштам».

²³Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.

²³Ва сарбозон, чун Исоро маслуб карданд, либоси Ӯро гирифта, ба чор ҳисса тақсим карданд, ба ҳар сарбоз як ҳисса; ва пероҳанро низ гирифтанд; лекин пероҳан дарз надошт, балки аз боло то поён бофта шуда буд.

²⁴They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.

²⁴Пас онҳо ба якдигар гуфтанд: «Онро пора накунем, балки қуръа бар он партофта бинем, ки аз они кй мешавад», то ки Навишта ба амал ояд, ки мегӯяд: "Сару либоси Маро дар миёни худ тақсим карданд ва бар пероҳани Ман қуръа партофтанд". Ва сарбозон чунин карданд.

²⁵Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene.

²⁵Дар назди салиби Исо модари Ӯ ва хоҳари модараш, Марьями завҷаи Қлӯпос, ва Марьями Маҷдалия истода буданд.

²⁶When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!

²⁶Чун Исо модари Худро бо он шогирде ки дӯст медошт, дар он ҷо истода дид, ба модари Худ гуфт; «Эй зан! инак писари ту».

²⁷Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

²⁷Ва баъд ба шогирди Худ гуфт: «Инак модари ту!» Аз ҳамон соат он шогирд вайро ба хонаи худ бурд.

²⁸After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

²⁸Пас аз он Исо чун дид, ки ҳама чиз ба анҷом расидааст, то ки Навишта ба амал ояд, гуфт: «Ташнаам».

²⁹Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.

²⁹Дар он ҷо зарфе пур аз сирко истода буд. Пас исфанҷеро аз сирко пур карда, бар сари най ниҳоданд ва наздики даҳони Ӯ бурданд.

³⁰When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

³⁰Чун Исо сиркоро чашид, гуфт: «Иҷро шуд!» Ва сар фурӯ оварда, ҷон дод.

³¹The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

³¹Лекин, азбаски рӯзи ҷумъа буд, барои он ки ҷасадҳо бар салиб дар рӯзи шанбе намонад, зеро ки он шанбеи бузург буд, бинобар ин яҳудиён аз Пилотус хоҳиш карданд, ки соқи пойҳои онҳоро бишкананд ва посн фуроваранд.

³²Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.

³²Сарбозон омада, соқи пойҳои он ду нафарро, ки бо Ӯ маслуб шуда будашт, шикастанд;

³³But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs:

³³Чун назди Исо омаданд ва диданд, ки аллакай мурдааст, соқи пойҳои Ӯро нашикастанд,

³⁴But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.

³⁴Аммо яке аз сарбозон ба қабурғаи Ӯ найза зад, ва ҳамон дам хун ва об ҷорӣ шуд.

³⁵And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe.

³⁵Ва он касе ки дид, шаҳодат дод, ва шаҳодати вай рост аст; вай медонад, ки рост мегӯяд, то ки шумо низ имон оваред.

³⁶For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.

³⁶Зеро ин воқеъ шуд, то Навишта ба амал ояд, ки мегӯяд: "Ҳеҷ як устухони Ӯ шикаста нахоҳад шуд".

³⁷And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

³⁷Ва Навишта боз дар ҷои дигар мегуяд: "Ба Он Касе ки найза задаанд, назар хоҳанд дӯхт".

³⁸And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus.

³⁸Пас аз он Юсуф, ки аз аҳли Ҳаромот ва, аз тарси яҳудиён, шогирди махфии Исо буд, аз Пилотус хоҳиш кард, ки Часади Исоро бардорад; ва Пилотус ба вай иҷозат дод. Вай омада, Ҷасади Исоро бардошт.

³⁹And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound weight.

³⁹Ва Ниқудимус, ки пештар шабона назди Исо омада буд, низ омад ва тақрибан сад ратл мур ва уди омехта бо худ овард.

⁴⁰Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury.

⁴⁰Онҳо Ҷасади Исоро гирифтанд ва мувофиқи маросими дафни яҳудиён, ҳанут пошида, ба кафан печонданд.

⁴¹Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.

⁴¹Дар он ҷое ки Ӯ маслуб шуд, боғе буд, ва дар боғ қабри наве ки дар он ҳанӯз ҳеҷ кас дафн напгуда буд:

⁴²There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.

⁴²Дар он ҷо Исоро дафн карданд, зеро ки арафаи шанбеи яҳудиён буд, ва он қабр наздик буд.
