1Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.
1ЛЕКИН Исо ба кӯҳи Зайтун рафт,
2And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
2Ва бомдодон боз ба маъбад омад, ва тамоми мардум назди Ӯ омаданд; ва Ӯ нишаста, онҳоро таълим медод.
3And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
3Дар ин вақт китобдонон ва фарисиён занеро, ки дар амали зино дастгир шуда буд, назди Ӯ оварданд, ва дар миёна ба по ииҳода,
4They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
4БаӮгуфтанд: «Ӯстод! Инзандар амали зино дастгир шуд;
5Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
5«Ва Мусо дар шариат ба мо гуфтааст, ки чунин занон бояд сангсор шаванд: аммо Ту чй мегӯӣ?»
6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
6Инро барои озмоиш ба Ӯ гуфтанд, то ки далеле ёфта, Ӯро айбдор кунанд. Лекин Исо хам шуда,бо ангушташ бар рӯи замин чизе менавишт.
7So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
7Чун дар савол йсрор намуданд, Ӯ рост шуда» ба онҳо гуфт: «Он ки аз шумо бегуноҳ аст, аввалин касе бошад, ки ба вай санг андозад».
8And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
8Ва боз хам шуда, бар замин навиштан гирифт.
9And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
9Чун шуннданд, виҷдонашон нороҳат шуд, ва аз пирон сар карда, то каси охирин паси якдигар баромада рафтанд; ва Исо танҳо монд, ва зан дар миёна ба по меистод.
10When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
10Исо чун рост шуд ва ғайр аз зан ҳеҷ касро надид, ба вай гуфт: «Эй зан! Даъвогарони ту куҷо шуданд? Оё касе туро маҳкум накард?»
11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
11Зан гуфт: «Ҳеҷ касе, эй оғо!» Исо ба вай гуфт: «Ман низ туро маҳкум намекунам; бирав ва дигар гуноҳ накун».
12Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
12Ва Исо боз ба мардум гуфт: «Ман нури ҷаҳон ҳастам; ҳар кӣ Маро палравӣ кунад, дар торикӣ роҳ напаймояд, балки нури ҳаетро ёбад».
13The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.
13Он гоҳ фарисиён ба Ӯ гуфтанд: «Ту бар Худ шаҳодат медиҳй, шаҳодати Ту рост нест».
14Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.
14Исо дар ҷавоби онҳо гуфт: «Гарчанде ки Ман бар Худ шаҳодат медиҳам, шаҳодати Ман рост аст, зеро Ман медонам, ки аз куҷо омадаам ва ба куҷо меравам; лекнн шумо намедонед, ки Ман аз куҷо омадаам ва ба куҷо меравам;
15Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
15«Шумо аз рӯи ҷисм доварӣ мекунед, вале Ман ҳеҷ касро доварй намекунам;
16And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.
16«Ва агар Ман доварй кунам, доварии Ман рост аст, чунки Ман танҳо нестам, балки Падаре ки Маро фиристод, бо Ман аст;
17It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.
17«Ва низ дар шариати шумо навишта шудааст, ки шаҳодати ду кас рост аст;
18I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.
18«Ман бар Худ шаҳодат медиҳам, ва низ Падаре ки Маро фиристод, бар Ман шаҳодат медиҳад».
19Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.
19Ба Ӯ гуфтанд: «Падари Ту куҷост?» Исо ҷавоб дод: «Шумо на Маро мешиносед ва на Падари Маро; агар Маро мешинохтед, Падари Маро низ мешинохтед».
20These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.
20Ин суханонро Исо назди ганҷина, ҳангоме ки дар маъбад таълим медод, гуфт; ва ҳеҷ кас Ӯро дастгир накард, чунки соати Ӯ ҳанӯз нарасида буд.
21Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.
21Боз Исо ба онҳо гуфт: «Ман меравам, ва шумо Маро хоҳед ҷуст, ва дар гуноҳи ҳуд хоҳед мурд; ба он ҷое ки Ман меравам, шумо наметавонед биёед».
22Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.
22Яҳудиён гуфтанд: «Наҳод ки Ӯмехоҳад Худро бикушад, ки мегӯяд: "Ба он ҷое ки Мая меравам, шумо наметавонед биёед"?»
23And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.
23Ба онҳо гуфт: «Шумо аз поин мебошед, Ман аз боло; шумо аз ин ҷаҳон ҳастед, лекин Ман аз ин ҷаҳон нестам;
24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
24«Аз ин сабаб ба щумо гуфтам, ки дар гуноҳҳои худ хоҳед мурд; зеро агар имон наоваред, ки ин Ман ҳастам, дар гуноҳҳои ҳуд хоҳед мурд».
25Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.
25Ба Ӯ гуфтанд: «Ту кистӣ?» Исо ба онҳо гуфт: «Ҳамонам, ки аз аввал ҳам ба шумо гуфтам;
26I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.
26«Ман чизҳои бисьёр дорам, ки дар ҳаққи шумо бигӯям ва доварӣ кунам; лекин Фиристандаи Ман ҳакикист, ва Ман ҳар чи аз Ӯ шунидаам, ба ҷаҳон мегӯям».
27They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.
27Онҳо нафаҳмиданд, ки Ӯ ба онҳо дар бораи Падар сухан мегӯяд.
28Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.
28Исо ба онҳо гуфт: «Вақте ки Писари Одамро баланд бардоштед, хоҳед фаҳмид, ки ин Ман ҳастам, ва ҳеҷ амалро аз Худам намекунам, балки он чиро, ки Падарам ба Ман таълим дод, мегӯям;
29And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
29«Фиристандаи Ман бо Ман аст; Падар Маро танҳо нагузоштааст, зеро ки Ман ҳамешааъмолй писандидаи Ӯро ба ҷо меоварам».
30As he spake these words, many believed on him.
30Чун инро гуфт, бисьёр касон ба Ӯ имон оварданд.
31Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
31Он гоҳ Исо ба яҳудиёне ки ба Ӯ имон оварданд, гуфт: «Агар шумо дар каломи Ман бимонед, ҳақиқатан шогирдони Ман хоҳед буд,
32And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
32«Ва ростиро хоҳеД шинохт, ва ростӣ шуморо озод хоҳад кард».
33They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
33Ба Ӯ ҷавоб доданд: «Мо фарзандони Иброҳим ҳастем ва ҳеҷ гоҳ ғуломи касе набудем; пас чй сон Ту мегӯй, ки "озод хоҳед шуд"?»
34Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
34Исо дар ҷавоби онҳо гуфт: «Ба ростӣ, ба ростӣ ба шумо мегӯям: ҳар кӣ гуноҳ мекунад, ғуломи гуноҳ аст;
35And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
35«Лекин ғулом ҳамеша дар хона намемонад: писар ҳамеша мемонад!;
36If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
36«Пас, агар Писар шуморо озод кунад, ҳақиқатан озод хоҳед буд;
37I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.
37«Медонам, ки фарзандони Иброҳим ҳастед; лекин мехоҳед Маро бикушед, чунки каломи Ман дар шумо намегунҷад;
38I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.
38«Ман он чи назди Падари Худ дидаам, мегӯям; ва шумо он чи назди падари худ дидаед, мекунед».
39They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
39Онҳо дар ҷавоби Ӯ гуфтанд: «Падари мо Иброҳим аст». Исо ба онҳо гуфт: «Агар фарзандони Иброҳим мебудед, аъмоли Иброҳимро ба ҷо меовардед;
40But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.
40«Валекин ҳоло мехоҳед Маро бикушед, ва Ман Шахсе ҳастам, ки ростиро, ончунон ки аз Худо шунидаам, ба шумо мегӯям: Иброҳим чунин коре накардааст.
41Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.
41«Шумо аъмоли падари худро мекунед». Ба Ӯ гуфтанд: «Мо аз зино таваллуд наёфтаем; мо як Падар дорем, ки Худо бошад».
42Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
42Исо ба онҳо гуфт: «Агар Худо Падари шумо мебуд, Маро дӯст медоштед, чунки Ман аз ҷониби Худо баромада, назди шумо омадаам; зеро ки Ман ба иродаи Худ наомадаам» балки Ӯ Маро фиристод.
43Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
43«Чаро каломи Маро намефаҳмед? Чунки каломи Маро наметавонед бишнавед.
44Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
44«Падари шумо иблис аст, ва шумо мехоҳед орзуҳои падари худро ба амал оваред; вай аз ибтидо қотил буд ва дар ростй собит намонд, зеро ки дар вай ростӣ нест; вақте ки вай сухани дурӯғ мегӯяд, аз они худро мегӯяд» зеро ки вай дурӯғгӯй ва падари дурӯғ аст.
45And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
45«Лекин азбаски Ман сухани ростро ба шумо мегӯям» ба Ман имон намеоваред,
46Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
46«Кист аз шумо, ки Маро ба гуноҳе таъна зада тавонад? Пас агар Ман сухани ростро гӯям, чаро ба Ман имон намеоваред?
47He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.
47«Касе ки аз Худо бошад, ба каломи Худо гӯш медиҳад; шумо ба он сабаб гӯш намедиҳед, ки аз Худо нестед».
48Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?
48Он гоҳ яҳудиён дар ҷавоби Ӯ гуфтанд: «Оё дуруст нагуфтем, ки Ту сомарӣ ҳастӣ ва дев дорӣ?»
49Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.
49Исо ҷавоб дод: «Ман дев надорам, балки Падари Худро ҳурмат мекунам, вале шумо ба Ман беҳурматӣ мекунед;
50And I seek not mine own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.
50«Ман ҷалоли Худро толиб нестам: Яке ҳаст, ки Толиб ва Довар мебошад;
51Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.
51«Ба ростӣ, ба ростӣ ба шумо мегӯям: касе ки каломи Маро риоя кунад, то абад маргро нахоҳад дид».
52Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.
52Яҳудиён ба Ӯ гуфтанд: «Акнун донистем, ки Ту дев дорӣ; Иброҳим ва анбиё мурданд, вале Ту мегӯй: "Касе ки каломи Маро риоя кунад, то абад зоиқаи маргро нахоҳад чашид"».
53Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself?
53«Оё Ту аз падари мо Иброҳим, ки мурд, ва аз анбиё, ки низ мурданд, бузургтар ҳастӣ? Ту Худро кӣ медонй?»
54Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:
54Исо ҷавоб дод: «Агар Ман Худро ҷалол диҳам, ҷалоли Ман ҳеҷ чизе набошад: Маро Падари Ман ҷалол мебахшад, ки дар ҳаққи Ӯ шумо мегӯед: Ӯ Худои мост";
55Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.
55«Ва Ӯро нашинохтаед, лекин Ман Ӯро мешиносам; ва агар бигуям, ки Ӯро намешиносам, мисли шумо дурӯғгӯй мешавам; лекин Ман Ӯро мешиносам ва каломи Ӯро риоя мекунам;
56Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.
56«Падари шумо Иброҳим шод буд, ки рӯзи Маро бубинад: ва дид ва шод гардид».
57Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?
57Яҳудиён ба Ӯ гуфтанд: «Ҳанӯз панҷоҳсола ҳам нестӣ, ва Ту Иброҳимро дидаӣ?»
58Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
58Исо ба онҳо гуфт: «Ба ростӣ, ба ростӣ ба шумо мегӯям: пеш аз он ки Иброҳим пайдо шуд, Ман ҳастам».
59Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.
59Он гоҳ санг бардоштанд, то ки Ӯро сангсор кунанд; лекин Исо пинҳон шуд ва аз миёни онҳо гузашта, аз маъбад берун шуд ва рафт.
