¹I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

¹Tôi sẽ chúc tụng Ðức Giê-hô-va luôn luôn, Sự khen ngợi Ngài hằng ở nơi miệng tôi.

²My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.

²Linh hồn tôi sẽ khoe mình về Ðức Giê-hô-va, Những người hiền từ sẽ nghe, và vui mừng.

³O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.

³Hãy cùng tôi tôn trọng Ðức Giê-hô-va, Chúng ta hãy cùng nhau tôn cao danh của Ngài.

⁴I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

⁴Tôi đã tìm cầu Ðức Giê-hô-va, Ngài đáp lại tôi, Giải cứu tôi khỏi các đều sợ hãi.

⁵They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

⁵Chúng ngửa trông Chúa thì được chói-sáng, Mặt họ chẳng hề bị hổ thẹn.

⁶This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

⁶Kẻ khốn cùng nầy có kêu cầu, Ðức Giê-hô-va bèn nhậm lời người, Giải cứu người khỏi các điều gian truân.

⁷The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

⁷Thiên sứ Ðức Giê-hô-va đóng lại chung quanh những kẻ kính sợ Ngài, Và giải cứu họ.

⁸O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

⁸Khá nếm thử xem Ðức Giê-hô-va tốt lành dường bao! Phước cho người nào nương náu mình nơi Ngài!

⁹O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

⁹Hỡi các thánh của Ðức Giê-hô-va, hãy kính sợ Ngài; Vì kẻ nào kính sợ Ngài chẳng thiếu thốn gì hết.

¹⁰The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

¹⁰Sư tử tơ bị thiếu kém, và đói; Nhưng người nào tìm cầu Ðức Giê-hô-va sẽ chẳng thiếu của tốt gì.

¹¹Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

¹¹Hỡi các con, hãy đến nghe ta; Ta sẽ dạy các con sự kính sợ Ðức Giê-hô-va.

¹²What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

¹²Ai là người ưa thích sự sống, và mến ngày lâu dài để hưởng phước lành?

¹³Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

¹³Khá giữ lưỡi mình khỏi lời ác, Và môi mình khỏi nói sự dối gạt.

¹⁴Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

¹⁴Hãy tránh sự ác, và làm điều lành, Hãy tìm kiếm sự hòa bình, và đeo đuổi sự ấy.

¹⁵The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

¹⁵Mắt Ðức Giê-hô-va đoái xem người công bình, Lỗ tai Ngài nghe tiếng kêu cầu của họ.

¹⁶The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

¹⁶Mặt Ðức Giê-hô-va làm nghịch cùng kẻ làm ác, Ðặng diệt kỷ niệm chúng nó khỏi đất.

¹⁷The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

¹⁷Người công bình kêu cầu, Ðức Giê-hô-va bèn nghe, Và giải cứu người khỏi các sự gian truân.

¹⁸The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

¹⁸Ðức Giê-hô-va ở gần những người có lòng đau thương, Và cứu kẻ nào có tâm hồn thống-hối.

¹⁹Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

¹⁹Người công bình bị nhiều tai họa, Nhưng Ðức Giê-hô-va cứu người khỏi hết.

²⁰He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.

²⁰Ngài giữ hết thảy xương cốt người, Chẳng một cái nào bị gãy.

²¹Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

²¹Sự dữ sẽ giết kẻ ác; Những kẻ ghét người công bình sẽ bị định tội.

²²The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

²²Ðức Giê-hô-va chuộc linh hồn của kẻ tôi tớ Ngài; Phàm ai nương náu mình nơi Ngài ắt không bị định tội.
