1And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tent of meeting, on the first of the second month, in the second year of their going out of the land of Egypt, saying:

2`Take ye up the sum of all the company of the sons of Israel by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names — every male by their polls;
2“你们要把以色列全体会众，按着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，统计人口；所有男丁，都要按着人口登记。
3from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host in Israel, ye do number them by their hosts, thou and Aaron;
3在以色列中，凡是二十岁以上，能出去打仗的，你和亚伦要按着他们的队伍数点他们。
4and with you there is a man for a tribe, each is a head to the house of his fathers.
4每一个支派要有一人帮助你们；他们每一个都是他父家的首领。
5`And these [are] the names of the men who stand with you: `For Reuben — Elizur son of Shedeur.
5以下就是帮助你们的人的名字：属流本支派的，有示丢珥的儿子以利蓿；
6`For Simeon — Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai.
6属西缅支派的，有苏利沙代的儿子示路蔑；
7`For Judah — Nahshon son of Amminadab.
7属犹大支派的，有亚米拿达的儿子拿顺；
8`For Issachar — Nathaneel son of Zuar.
8属以萨迦支派的，有苏押的儿子拿坦业；
9`For Zebulun — Eliab son of Helon.
9属西布伦支派的，有希伦的儿子以利押；
10`For the sons of Joseph — for Ephraim: Elishama son of Ammihud: for Manasseh — Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.
10约瑟的子孙中，属以法莲支派的，有亚米忽的儿子以利沙玛；属玛拿西支派的，有比大蓿的儿子迦玛列；
11`For Benjamin — Abidan son of Gideoni.
11属便雅悯支派的，有基多尼的儿子亚比但。
12`For Dan — Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.
12属但支派的，有亚米沙代的儿子亚希以谢；
13`For Asher — Pagiel son of Ocran.
13属亚设支派的，有俄兰的儿子帕结；
14`For Gad — Eliasaph son of Deuel.
14属迦得支派的，有丢珥的儿子以利雅萨；
15`For Naphtali — Ahira son of Enan.`
15属拿弗他利支派的，有以南的儿子亚希拉。
16These [are] those called of the company, princes of the tribes of their fathers; they [are] heads of the thousands of Israel.
16这些人是从会众中选出来，都是他们宗族支派的领袖；他们是以色列的族长。”
17And Moses taketh — Aaron also — these men, who were defined by name,
17于是，摩西和亚伦带着这些提名指定的人，
18and all the company they assembled on the first of the second month, and they declare their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names from a son of twenty years and upward, by their polls,
18在二月一日召集了全体会众；他们就照着他们的宗族，按照他们的父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上的，都按着人口一一登记了。
19as Jehovah hath commanded Moses; and he numbereth them in the wilderness of Sinai.
19耶和华怎样吩咐摩西，摩西就怎样在西奈的旷野数点了他们。
20And the sons of Reuben, Israel`s first-born — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, by their polls, every male from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
20以色列的长子，流本子孙的后代，照着宗族、父家，根据人名数目，按着人口，二十岁以上，能出去打仗的男丁，都登记了；
21their numbered ones, for the tribe of Reuben, are six and forty thousand and five hundred.
21流本支派被数点的，共有四万六千五百人。
22Of the sons of Simeon — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, its numbered ones in the number of names, by their polls, every male from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
22西缅子孙的后代，照着宗族、父家，根据人名数目，按着人口，二十岁以上，能出去打仗的男丁，都登记了；
23their numbered ones, for the tribe of Simeon, [are] nine and fifty thousand and three hundred.
23西缅支派被数点的，共有五万九千三百人。
24Of the sons of Gad — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
24迦得子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
25their numbered ones, for the tribe of Gad, [are] five and forty thousand and six hundred and fifty.
25迦得支派被数点的，共有四万五千六百五十人。
26Of the sons of Judah — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
26犹大子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
27their numbered ones, for the tribe of Judah, [are] four and seventy thousand and six hundred.
27犹大支派被数点的，共有七万四千六百人。
28Of the sons of Issachar — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
28以萨迦子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
29their numbered ones, for the tribe of Issachar, [are] four and fifty thousand and four hundred.
29以萨迦支派被数点的，共有五万四千四百人。
30Of the sons of Zebulun — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
30西布伦子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
31their numbered ones, for the tribe of Zebulun, [are] seven and fifty thousand and four hundred.
31西布伦支派被数点的，共有五万七千四百人。
32Of the sons of Joseph — of the sons of Ephraim — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
32约瑟的儿子，以法莲子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
33their numbered ones, for the tribe of Ephraim, [are] forty thousand and five hundred.
33以法莲支派被数点的，共有四万零五百人。
34Of the sons of Manasseh — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
34玛拿西子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
35their numbered ones, for the tribe of Manasseh, [are] two and thirty thousand and two hundred.
35玛拿西支派被数点的，共有三万二千二百人。
36Of the sons of Benjamin — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
36便雅悯子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
37their numbered ones, for the tribe of Benjamin, [are] five and thirty thousand and four hundred.
37便雅悯支派被数点的，共有三万五千四百人。
38Of the sons of Dan — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
38但子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
39their numbered ones, for the tribe of Dan, [are] two and sixty thousand and seven hundred.
39但支派被数点的，共有六万二千七百人。
40Of the sons of Asher — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
40亚设子孙的后代，照着宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
41their numbered ones, for the tribe of Asher, [are] one and forty thousand and five hundred.
41亚设支派被数点的，共有四万一千五百人。
42[Of] the sons of Naphtali — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
42拿弗他利子孙的后代，照着他们的宗族、父家，根据人名数目，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的，都登记了；
43their numbered ones, for the tribe of Naphtali, [are] three and fifty thousand and four hundred.
43拿弗他利支派被数点的，共有五万三千四百人。
44These [are] those numbered, whom Moses numbered — Aaron also, and the princes of Israel, twelve men — each for the house of his fathers, they have been.
44以上就是被数点的人数，是摩西和亚伦，以及以色列的首领十二人（每父家一人）所数点的。
45And they are, all those numbered of the sons of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host in Israel,
45这样，在以色列中，按着父家，二十岁以上，凡是能出去打仗的以色列人，都登记了；
46yea, all those numbered are six hundred thousand, and three thousand, and five hundred and fifty.
46被数点的，共有六十万零三千五百五十人。
47And the Levites, for the tribe of their fathers, have not numbered themselves in their midst,
47利未人不计算在内只有利未人没有按着他们家族的支派，数点在其中。
48seeing Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
48因为耶和华曾对摩西说：
49`Only, the tribe of Levi thou dost not number, and their sum thou dost not take up in the midst of the sons of Israel;
49“只有利未支派，你不可数点，也不可把他们的总数列入以色列人中。
50and thou, appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony, and over all its vessels, and over all that it hath; they bear the tabernacle, and all its vessels, and they serve it; and round about the tabernacle they encamp.
50只要派利未人管理法柜的帐幕，和其中的一切器具，以及一切属于帐幕的事物；他们要抬帐幕和其中的一切器具；他们要办理帐幕的事，在帐幕四周安营。
51`And in the journeying of the tabernacle, the Levites take it down, and in the encamping of the tabernacle, the Levites raise it up; and the stranger who is coming near is put to death.`
51帐幕要起行的时候，利未人要把它拆卸下来；帐幕要支搭的时候，利未人要把它竖立起来；如果有外人走近，必须处死。
52And the sons of Israel have encamped, each by his camp, and each by his standard, by their hosts;
52以色列人安营，要依照他们的队伍，各归本营，各归本旗。
53and the Levites encamp round about the tabernacle of the testimony; and there is no wrath on the company of the sons of Israel, and the Levites have kept the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.
53但利未人要在法柜帐幕的四周安营，免得 神的忿怒临到以色列的会众；利未人要负看守法柜的帐幕的责任。”
54And the sons of Israel do according to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses; so they have done.
54以色列人就这样行了，耶和华怎样吩咐摩西，他们就怎样行。
