1And all Israel have reckoned themselves by genealogy, and lo, they are written on the book of the kings of Israel and Judah — they were removed to Babylon for their trespass.
1യിസ്രായേല് മുഴുവനും വംശാവലിയായി ചാര്ത്തപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു; അതു യിസ്രായേല്രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ വൃത്താന്തപുസ്തകത്തില് എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ. യെഹൂദയെയോ അവരുടെ അകൃത്യംനിമിത്തം ബദ്ധരാക്കി ബാബേലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയി.
2And the first inhabitants, who [are] in their possession, in their cities, of Israel, [are] the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.
2അവരുടെ അവകാശത്തിലും പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആദ്യനിവാസികള് യിസ്രായേല്യരും പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാരും ആയിരുന്നു.
3And in Jerusalem dwelt of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, and of the sons of Ephraim and Manasseh:
3യെരൂശലേമിലോ ചില യെഹൂദ്യരും ബെന്യാമീന്യരും എഫ്രയീമ്യരും മനശ്ശേയരും പാര്ത്തു.
4Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Pharez, son of Judah.
4അവരാരെന്നാല്യെഹൂദയുടെ മകനായ പേരെസ്സിന്റെ മക്കളില് ബാനിയുടെ മകനായ ഇമ്രിയുടെ മകനായ ഒമ്രിയുടെ മകനായ അമ്മീഹൂദിന്റെ മകന് ഊഥായി;
5And of the Shilonite: Asaiah the first-born, and his sons.
5ശീലോന്യരില് ആദ്യജാതനായ അസായാവും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും;
6And of the sons of Zerah: Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.
6സേരഹിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരില് യെയൂവേലും അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരുമായ അറുനൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറുപേരും;
7And of the sons of Benjamin: Sallu son of Meshullam, son of Hodaviah, son of Hassenuah,

8and Ibneiah son of Jeroham, and Elah son of Uzzi, son of Michri, and Meshullam son of Shephatiah, son of Reuel, son of Ibnijah.
8യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകനായ യിബ്നെയാവും മിക്രിയുടെ മകനായ ഉസ്സിയുടെ മകന് ഏലയും യിബ്നെയാവിന്റെ മകനായ രെയൂവേലിന്റെ മകനായ ശെഫത്യാവിന്റെ മകന് മെശുല്ലാമും
9And their brethren, according to their generations, [are] nine hundred and fifty and six. All these [are] men, heads of fathers, according to the house of their fathers.
9തലമുറതലമുറയായി അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാര് ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തമ്പത്താറുപേരും. ഈ പുരുഷന്മാരൊക്കെയും താന്താങ്ങളുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങളില് കുടുംബത്തലവന്മാരായിരുന്നു.
10And of the priests: Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,
10പുരോഹിതന്മാരില് യെദയാവും യെഹോയാരീബും യാഖീനും
11and Azariah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, leader in the house of God;
11അഹീത്തൂബിന്റെ മകനായ മെരായോത്തിന്റെ മകനായ സാദോക്കിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹില്ക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായി ദൈവാലയാധിപനായ
12and Adaiah son of Jeroham, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah, and Maasai son of Adiel, son of Jahzerah, son of Meshullam, son of Meshillemith, son of Immer.
12അസര്യ്യാവും മല്ക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായ പശ്ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകന് അദായാവും ഇമ്മോരിന്റെ മകനായ മെശില്ലേമീത്തിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ യഹ്സേരയുടെ മകനായ അദീയേലിന്റെ മകന് മയശായിയും
13And their brethren, heads to the house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and sixty, mighty in valour, [are] for the work of the service of the house of God.
13പിതൃഭവനങ്ങള്ക്കു തലവന്മാരായ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരും ആകെ ആയിരത്തെഴുനൂറ്ററുപതുപേര്. ഇവര് ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ വേലെക്കു ബഹുപ്രാപ്തന്മാര് ആയിരുന്നു.
14And of the Levites: Shemaiah son of Hashshub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;
14ലേവ്യരിലോ മെരാര്യ്യരില് ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അസ്രീക്കാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹശ്ശൂബിന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവും
15and Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah son of Micah, son of Zichri, son of Asaph;
15ബക്ബക്കരും ഹേറെശും ഗാലാലും ആസാഫിന്റെ മകനായ സിക്രിയുടെ മകനായ മീഖയുടെ മകന് മത്ഥന്യാവും
16and Obadiah son of Shemariah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah, son of Asa, son of Elkanah, who is dwelling in the villages of the Netophathite.
16യെദൂഥൂന്റെ മകനായ ഗാലാലിന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ഔബദ്യാവും നെതോഫാത്യരുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില് പാര്ത്ത എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകനായ
17And the gatekeepers [are] Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren — Shallum [is] the head;
17ആസയുടെ മകന് ബെരെഖ്യാവും വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാര്ശല്ലൂമും അക്കൂബും തല്മോനും അഹീമാനും അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരും; ശല്ലൂമും തലവനായിരുന്നു.
18and hitherto they [are] at the gate of the king eastward; they [are] the gatekeepers for the companies of the sons of Levi.
18ലേവ്യപാളയത്തില് വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാരായ ഇവര് കിഴക്കു വശത്തു രാജപടിവാതില്ക്കല് ഇന്നുവരെ കാവല്ചെയ്തുവരുന്നു.
19And Shallum son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, [are] over the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent, and their fathers [are] over the camp of Jehovah, keepers of the entrance;
19കോരഹിന്റെ മകനായ എബ്യാസാഫിന്റെ മകനായ കോരേയുടെ മകന് ശല്ലൂമും അവന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തിലെ അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ കോരഹ്യരും കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ ഉമ്മരപ്പടിക്കല് കാവല്ക്കാരായി ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ വേലെക്കു മേല്വിചാരകന്മാരായിരുന്നു; അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരും യഹോവയുടെ പാളയത്തിന്നു മേല്വിചാരകന്മാരായി പ്രവേശനപാലകരായിരുന്നു.
20and Phinehas son of Eleazar hath been leader over them formerly; Jehovah [is] with him.
20എലെയാസാരിന്റെ മകനായ ഫീനെഹാസ് പണ്ടു അവരുടെ അധിപനായിരുന്നു; യഹോവ അവനോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
21Zechariah son of Meshelemiah [is] gatekeeper at the opening of the tent of meeting.
21മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ സെഖര്യ്യാവു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല് കാവല്ക്കാരനായിരുന്നു.
22All of those who are chosen for gatekeepers at the thresholds [are] two hundred and twelve; they [are] in their villages, by their genealogy; they whom David and Samuel the seer appointed in their office.
22ഉമ്മരപ്പടിക്കല് കാവല്ക്കാരായി നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ഇവര് ആകെ ഇരുനൂറ്റി പന്ത്രണ്ടുപേര്. അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില് വംശാവലിപ്രകാരം ചാര്ത്തപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു; ദാവീദും ദര്ശകനായ ശമൂവേലും ആയിരുന്നു അവരെ അതതു ഉദ്യോഗത്തിലാക്കിയതു.
23And they and their sons [are] over the gates of the house of Jehovah, even of the house of the tent, by watches.
23ഇങ്ങനെ അവരും അവരുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും കൂടാരനിവാസമായ യഹോവാലയത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകള്ക്കു കാവല്മുറപ്രകാരം കാവല്ക്കാരായിരുന്നു.
24At four sides are the gatekeepers, east, west, north, and south.
24കിഴക്കും പടിഞ്ഞാറും വടക്കും തെക്കും ഇങ്ങനെ നാലുവശത്തും കാവല്ക്കാരുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
25And their brethren in their villages [are] to come in for seven days from time to time with these.
25ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലെ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാര് ഏഴാം ദിവസം തോറും മാറി മാറി വന്നു അവരോടുകൂടെ ഊഴക്കാരായിരുന്നു.
26For in office [are] the four chiefs of the gatekeepers, they are Levites, and they have been over the chambers, and over the treasuries of the house of God,
26വാതില് കാവല്ക്കാരില് പ്രധാനികളായ ഈ നാലും ലേവ്യരും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരായി ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ അറകള്ക്കും ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും മേല്വിചാരം നടത്തി.
27and round about the house of God they lodge, for on them [is] the watch, and they [are] over the opening, even morning by morning.
27കാവലും രാവിലെതോറും വാതില് തുറക്കുന്ന മുറയും അവര്ക്കുംള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു അവര് ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റും രാപാര്ത്തുവന്നു.
28And [some] of them [are] over the vessels of service, for by number they bring them in, and by number they take them out.
28അവരില് ചിലര്ക്കും ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിചാരണ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവയെ എണ്ണീട്ടു അകത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയും പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുവരികയും ചെയ്യും.
29And [some] of them are appointed over the vessels, even over all the vessels of the sanctuary, and over the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.
29അവരില് ചിലരെ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്ക്കും സകലവിശുദ്ധപാത്രങ്ങള്ക്കും മാവു, വീഞ്ഞു, കുന്തുരുക്കം, സുഗന്ധവര്ഗ്ഗം എന്നിവേക്കും മേല്വിചാരകരായി നിയമിച്ചിരുന്നു.
30And [some] of the sons of the priests are mixing the mixture for spices.
30പുരോഹിതപുത്രന്മാരില് ചിലര് സുഗന്ധതൈലം ഉണ്ടാക്കും.
31And Mattithiah, of the Levites (he [is] the first-born to Shallum the Korahite), [is] in office over the work of the pans.
31ലേവ്യരില് ഒരുത്തനായി കോരഹ്യനായ ശല്ലൂമിന്റെ ആദ്യജാതന് മത്ഥിഥ്യാവിന്നു ചട്ടികളില് ചുട്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മേല്വിചാരണ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
32And of the sons of the Kohathite, [some] of their brethren [are] over the bread of the arrangement, to prepare [it] sabbath by sabbath.
32കെഹാത്യരായ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരില് ചിലര്ക്കും ശബ്ബത്തുതോറും കാഴ്ചയപ്പം ഒരുക്കുവാനുള്ള ചുമതല ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
33And these who sing, heads of fathers of the Levites, in the chambers, [are] free, for by day and by night [they are] over them in the work.
33ലേവ്യരുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങളില് പ്രധാനന്മാരായ ഇവര് സംഗീതക്കാരായി ആഗാരങ്ങളില് പാര്ത്തിരുന്നു. അവര് രാവും പകലും തങ്ങളുടെ വേലയില് ഭാരപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു മറ്റു ശുശ്രൂഷകളില്നിന്നു ഒഴിവുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു.
34These heads of the fathers of the Levites throughout their generations [are] heads. These have dwelt in Jerusalem.
34ഈ പ്രധാനികള് ലേവ്യരുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങള്ക്കു തലമുറതലമുറയായി തലവന്മാരായിരുന്നു; അവര് യെരൂശലേമില് പാര്ത്തുവന്നു.
35And in Gibeon dwelt hath the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, and the name of his wife [is] Maachah;
35ഗിബെയോനില് ഗിബെയോന്റെ പിതാവായ യെയീയേലും--അവന്റെ ഭാര്യെക്കു മയഖാ എന്നു പേര്--
36and his son, the first-born, [is] Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab,
36അവന്റെ മൂത്തമകന് അബ്ദോന് , സൂര്, കീശ്, ബാല്, നേര്,
37and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.
37നാദാബ്, ഗെദോര്, അഹ്യോ, സെഖര്യ്യാവു, മിക്ളോത്ത് എന്നിവരും പാര്ത്തു.
38And Mikloth begat Shimeam, and they also, over-against their brethren, have dwelt in Jerusalem with their brethren.
38മിക്ളോത്ത് ശിമെയാമിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരോടുകൂടെ യെരൂശലേമില് തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കും എതിരെ പാര്ത്തു.
39And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchi-Shua, and Abinadab, and Esh-Baal.
39നേര് കീശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; കീശ് ശൌലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ശൌല് യോനാഥാനെയും മല്ക്കീശൂവയെയും അബീനാദാബിനെയും എശ്-ബാലിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
40And a son of Jonathan [is] Merib-Baal, and Merib-Baal begat Micah.
40യോനാഥാന്റെ മകന് മെരീബ്ബാല്; മെരീബ്ബാല് മീഖയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
41And sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea,
41മീഖയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്പീഥോന് , മേലെക്, തഹ്രേയ, ആഹാസ്.
42and Ahaz — he begat Jaarah, and Jaarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri, and Zimri begat Moza,
42ആഹാസ് യാരയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; യാരാ അലേമെത്തിനെയും അസ്മാവെത്തിനെയും സിമ്രിയെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സിമ്രി മോസയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;
43and Moza begat Binea, and Rephaiah [is] his son. Eleasah his son, Azel his son.
43മോസ ബിനെയയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവന്റെ മകന് രെഫയാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് എലാസാ; അവന്റെ മകന് ആസേല്.
44And to Azel [are] six sons, and these their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these [are] sons of Azel.
44ആസേലിന്നു ആറു മക്കള് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവരുടെ പേരുകള്അസ്രീക്കാം, ബെക്രൂ, യിശ്മായേല്, ശെയര്യ്യാവു, ഔബദ്യാവു, ഹാനാന് ; ഇവര് ആസേലിന്റെ മക്കള്.
