1And king Solomon is king over all Israel,
1അങ്ങനെ ശലോമോന് രാജാവു എല്ലാ യിസ്രായേലിന്നും രാജാവായി.
2and these [are] the heads whom he hath: Azariah son of Zadok [is] the priest;
2അവന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്ന പ്രഭുക്കന്മാര് ആരെന്നാല്സാദോക്കിന്റെ മകന് അസര്യാവു പുരോഹിതന് .
3Elihoreph and Ahiah sons of Shisha [are] scribes; Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud [is] remembrancer;
3ശീശയുടെ പുത്രന്മാരായ എലീഹോരെഫും അഹീയാവും രായസക്കാര്; അഹീലൂദിന്റെ മകന് യെഹോശാഫാത്ത് മന്ത്രി;
4and Benaiah son of Jehoiada [is] over the host; and Zadok and Abiathar [are] priests;
4യെഹോയാദയുടെ മകന് ബെനായാവു സേനാധിപതി, സാദോക്കും അബ്യാഥാരും പുരോഹിതന്മാര്;
5and Azariah son of Nathan [is] over the officers; and Zabud son of Nathan [is] minister, friend of the king;
5നാഥാന്റെ മകനായ അസര്യാവു കാര്യക്കാരന്മാരുടെ മേധാവി; നാഥാന്റെ മകനായ സാബൂദ് പുരോഹിതനും രാജാവിന്റെ സ്നേഹിതനുമായിരുന്നു;
6And Ahishar [is] over the household, and Adoniram son of Abda [is] over the tribute.
6അഹീശാര് രാജഗൃഹവിചാരകന് ; അബ്ദയുടെ കെന് അദോനീരാം ഊഴിയവേലക്കാരുടെ മേധാവി.
7And Solomon hath twelve officers over all Israel, and they have sustained the king and his household — a month in the year is on each one for sustenance;
7രാജാവിന്നും രാജഗൃഹത്തിന്നും ഭോജന പദാര്ത്ഥങ്ങള് എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുപ്പാന് ശലോമോന്നു യിസ്രായേലിലൊക്കെയും പന്ത്രണ്ടു കാര്യക്കാരന്മാര് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവരില് ഔരോരുത്തന് ആണ്ടില് ഔരോമാസത്തേക്കു ഭോജനപദാര്ത്ഥങ്ങള് എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും.
8and these [are] their names: Ben-Hur in the hill-country of Ephraim;
8അവരുടെ പേരാവിതുഎഫ്രയീംമലനാട്ടില് ബെന് -ഹൂര്;
9Ben-Dekar in Makaz, and Shaalbim, and Beth-Shemesh, and Elon-Beth-Hanan.
9മാക്കസ്, ശാല്ബീം, ബേത്ത്-ശേമെശ്, ഏലോന് -ബേത്ത്-ഹാനാന് എന്നീ സ്ഥലങ്ങളില് ബെന് -ദേക്കെര്;
10Ben-Hesed [is] in Aruboth, hath Sochoh and all the land of Hepher;
10അരുബ്ബോത്തില് ബെന് -ഹേസെര്; സോഖോവും ഹേഫെര്ദേശം മുഴുവനും അവന്റെ ഇടവക ആയിരുന്നു;
11Ben-Abinadab [hath] all the elevation of Dor, Taphath daughter of Solomon became his wife.
11നാഫത്ത്-ദോറില് ബെന് -അബീനാദാബ്; അവന്നു ശലോമോന്റെ മകളായ താഫത്ത് ഭാര്യയായിരുന്നു;
12Baana Ben-Ahilud [hath] Taanach and Megiddo, and all Beth-Shean, which [is] by Zartanah beneath Jezreel, from Beth-Shean unto Abel-Meholah, unto beyond Jokneam.
12അഹീലൂദിന്റെ മകനായ ബാനയുടെ ഇടവക താനാക്കും മെഗിദ്ദോവും സാരെഥാന്നരികെ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു താഴെ ബേത്ത്-ശെയാന് മുതല് ആബേല്-മെഹോലാവരെയും യൊക് മെയാമിന്റെ അപ്പുറംവരെയുമുള്ള ബേത്ത്-ശെയാന് മുഴുവനും ആയിരുന്നു;
13Ben-Geber, in Ramoth-Gilead, hath the small towns of Jair son of Manasseh, which [are] in Gilead; he hath a portion of Argob that [is] in Bashan, sixty great cities [with] wall and brazen bar.
13ഗിലെയാദിലെ രാമോത്തില് ബെന് -ഗേബെര്; അവന്റെ ഇടവക മനശ്ശെയുടെ മകനായ യായീരിന്നു ഗിലെയാദിലുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളും മതിലുകളും ചെമ്പോടാമ്പലുകളും ഉള്ള അറുപതു വലിയ പട്ടണങ്ങള് ഉള്പ്പെട്ട ബാശാനിലെ അര്ഗ്ഗോബ് ദേശവും ആയിരുന്നു,
14Ahinadab son of Iddo [hath] Mahanaim.
14മഹനയീമില് ഇദ്ദോവിന്റെ മകന് അഹീനാദാബ്;
15Ahimaaz [is] in Naphtali; he also hath taken Basemath daughter of Solomon for a wife.
15നഫ്താലിയില് അഹീമാസ്; അവന് ശലോമോന്റെ മകളായ ബാശെമത്തിനെ ഭാര്യയായി പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചു;
16Baanah Ben-Hushai [is] in Asher, and in Aloth.
16ആശേരിലും ബെയാലോത്തിലും ഹൂശയിയുടെ മകന് ബാനാ;
17Jehoshaphat Ben-Paruah [is] in Issachar.
17യിസ്സാഖാരില് പാരൂഹിന്റെ മകനായ യെഹോശാഫാത്ത്;
18Shimei Ben-Elah [is] in Benjamin.
18ബെന്യാമീനില് ഏലയുടെ മകനായ ശിമെയി; അമോര്യ രാജാവായ സീഹോന്റെയും
19Geber Ben-Uri [is] in the land of Gilead, the land of Sihon king of the Amorite, and of Og king of Bashan: and one officer who [is] in the land.
19ബാശാന് രാജാവായ ഔഗിന്റെയും രാജ്യമായിരുന്ന ഗിലെയദ് ദേശത്തു ഹൂരിന്റെ മകന് ഗേബെര്; ആ ദേശത്തു ഒരു കാര്യക്കാരന് മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളു.
20Judah and Israel [are] many, as the sand that [is] by the sea for multitude, eating and drinking and rejoicing.
20യെഹൂദയും യിസ്രായേലും കടല്ക്കരയിലെ മണല്പോലെ അസംഖ്യമായിരുന്നു; അവര് തിന്നുകയും കുടിക്കയും സന്തോഷിക്കയും ചെയ്തു പോന്നു.
21And Solomon hath been ruling over all the kingdoms, from the River [to] the land of the Philistines and unto the border of Egypt: they are bringing nigh a present, and serving Solomon, all days of his life.
21നദിമുതല് ഫെലിസ്ത്യദേശംവരെയും മിസ്രയീമിന്റെ അതിര്വരെയും ഉള്ള സകലരാജ്യങ്ങളെയും ശലോമോന് വാണു; അവര് കപ്പം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു ശലോമോനെ അവന്റെ ജീവപര്യന്തം സേവിച്ചു.
22And the provision of Solomon for one day is thirty cors of flour, and sixty cors of meal;
22ശലോമോന്റെ നിത്യച്ചെലവു ദിവസം ഒന്നിന്നു മുപ്പതു പറ നേരിയ മാവും അറുപതു പറ സാധാരണമാവും
23ten fat oxen, and twenty feeding oxen, and a hundred sheep, apart from hart, and roe, and fallow-deer, and fatted beasts of the stalls,
23മാന് , ഇളമാന് , മ്ളാവു, പുഷ്ടിവരുത്തിയ പക്ഷികള് എന്നിവ കൂടാതെ തടിപ്പിച്ച പത്തു കാളയും മേച്ചല്പുറത്തെ ഇരുപതു കാളയും നൂറു ആടും ആയിരുന്നു.
24for he is ruling over all beyond the river, from Tiphsah and unto Gaza, over all the kings beyond the river, and he hath peace from all his servants round about.
24നദിക്കു ഇക്കരെ തിഫ്സഹ് മുതല് ഗസ്സാവരെയുള്ള സകലദേശത്തെയും നദിക്കു ഇക്കരെയുള്ള സകലരാജാക്കന്മാരെയും അവന് വാണു. ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ദിക്കില് ഒക്കെയും അവന്നു സമാധാനം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
25And Judah dwelleth — and Israel — in confidence, each under his vine, and under his fig-tree, from Dan even unto Beer-Sheba, all the days of Solomon.
25ശലോമോന്റെ കാലത്തൊക്കെയും യെഹൂദയും യിസ്രായേലും ദാന് മുതല് ബേര്-ശേബവരെയും ഔരോരുത്തന് താന്താന്റെ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയുടെ കീഴിലും അത്തിവൃക്ഷത്തിന് കീഴിലും നിര്ഭയം വസിച്ചു.
26And Solomon hath forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.
26ശലോമോന്നു തന്റെ രഥങ്ങള്ക്കു നാല്പതിനായിരം കുതിരലായവും പന്തീരായിരം കുതിരച്ചേവകരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
27And these officers have sustained king Solomon and every one drawing near unto the table of king Solomon, each [in] his month; they let nothing be lacking.
27കാര്യക്കാരന്മാര് ഔരോരുത്തന് ഔരോ മാസത്തേക്കു ശലോമോന് രാജാവിന്റെ പന്തിഭോജനത്തിന്നു കൂടുന്ന എല്ലാവര്ക്കും വേണ്ടുന്ന ഭോജനപദാര്ത്ഥങ്ങള് കുറവുകൂടാതെ എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും.
28And the barley and the straw, for horses and for dromedaries, they bring in unto the place where they are, each according to his ordinance.
28അവര് കുതിരകള്ക്കും തുരഗങ്ങള്ക്കും വേണ്ടുന്ന യവവും വയ്ക്കോലും താന്താന്റെ മുറപ്രകാരം അവന് ഇരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലങ്ങളില് എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും.
29And God giveth wisdom to Solomon, and understanding, very much, and breadth of heart, as the sand that [is] on the edge of the sea;
29ദൈവം ശലോമോന്നു ഏറ്റവും വളരെ ജ്ഞാനവും ബുദ്ധിയും കടല്ക്കരയിലെ മണല്പോലെ ഹൃദയവിശാലതയും കൊടുത്തു.
30and the wisdom of Solomon is greater than the wisdom of any of the sons of the east, and than all the wisdom of Egypt;
30സകലപൂര്വ്വ ദിഗ്വാസികളുടെയും ജ്ഞാനത്തെക്കാളും മിസ്രയീമ്യരുടെ സകലജ്ഞാനത്തെക്കാളും ശലോമോന്റെ ജ്ഞാനം ശ്രേഷ്ഠമായിരുന്നു.
31and he is wiser than all men, than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, sons of Mahol, and his name is in all the nations round about.
31സകലമനുഷ്യരെക്കാളും എസ്രാഹ്യനായ ഏഥാന് , മാഹോലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായ ഹേമാന് , കല്ക്കോല്, ദര്ദ്ദ എന്നിവരെക്കാളും അവന് ജ്ഞാനിയായിരുന്നു; അവന്റെ കീര്ത്തി ചുറ്റുമുള്ള സകലജാതികളിലും പരന്നു.
32And he speaketh three thousand similes, and his songs [are] five, and the chief one;
32അവന് മൂവായിരം സദൃശവാക്യം പറഞ്ഞു; അവന്റെ ഗീതങ്ങള് ആയിരത്തഞ്ചു ആയിരുന്നു.
33and he speaketh concerning the trees, from the cedar that [is] in Lebanon, even unto the hyssop that is coming out in the wall, and he speaketh concerning the cattle, and concerning the fowl, and concerning the creeping things, and concerning the fishes,
33ലെബാനോനിലെ ദേവദാരുമുതല് ചുവരിന്മേല് മുളെക്കുന്ന ഈസോപ്പുവരെയുള്ള വൃക്ഷാദികളെക്കുറിച്ചും മൃഗം, പക്ഷി, ഇഴജാതി, മത്സ്യം എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചും അവന് പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു.
34and there come out of all the peoples to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth who have heard of his wisdom.
34ശലോമോന്റെ ജ്ഞാനത്തെപ്പറ്റി കേട്ട സകലഭൂപാലകന്മാരുടെയും അടുക്കല് നിന്നു നാനാജാതിക്കാരായ പലരും അവന്റെ ജ്ഞാനം കേള്പ്പാന് വന്നു.
