1Praise ye Jah! Praise ye the name of Jehovah, Praise, ye servants of Jehovah,
1യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് ; യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് ; യഹോവയുടെ ദാസന്മാരേ, അവനെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് .
2Who are standing in the house of Jehovah, In the courts of the house of our God.
2യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആലയത്തിന് പ്രാകാരങ്ങളിലും നിലക്കുന്നവരേ,
3Praise ye Jah! for Jehovah [is] good, Sing praise to His name, for [it is] pleasant.
3യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് ; യഹോവ നല്ലവന് അല്ലോ; അവന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നു കീര്ത്തനം ചെയ്വിന് ; അതു മനോഹരമല്ലോ.
4For Jacob hath Jah chosen for Himself, Israel for His peculiar treasure.
4യഹോവ യാക്കോബിനെ തനിക്കായിട്ടും യിസ്രായേലിനെ തന്റെ നിക്ഷേപമായിട്ടും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
5For I have known that great [is] Jehovah, Yea, our Lord [is] above all gods.
5യഹോവ വലിയവന് എന്നും നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവു സകലദേവന്മാരിലും ശ്രേഷ്ഠന് എന്നും ഞാന് അറിയുന്നു.
6All that Jehovah pleased He hath done, In the heavens and in earth, In the seas and all deep places,
6ആകാശത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും സമുദ്രങ്ങളിലും എല്ലാ ആഴങ്ങളിലും യഹോവ തനിക്കിഷ്ടമുള്ളതൊക്കെയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
7Causing vapours to ascend from the end of the earth, Lightnings for the rain He hath made, Bringing forth wind from His treasures.
7അവന് ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റത്തുനിന്നു നീരാവി പൊങ്ങുമാറാക്കുന്നു; അവന് മഴെക്കായി മിന്നലുകളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു; തന്റെ ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങളില് നിന്നു കാറ്റു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
8Who smote the first-born of Egypt, From man unto beast.
8അവന് മിസ്രയീമിലെ കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെ മനുഷ്യരെയും മൃഗങ്ങളെയും ഒരുപോലെ സംഹരിച്ചു.
9He sent tokens and wonders into thy midst, O Egypt, On Pharaoh and on all his servants.
9മിസ്രയീമേ, നിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ അവന് ഫറവോന്റെ മേലും അവന്റെ സകലഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെമേലും അടയാളങ്ങളും അത്ഭുതങ്ങളും അയച്ചു.
10Who smote many nations, and slew strong kings,
10അവന് വലിയ ജാതികളെ സംഹരിച്ചു; ബലമുള്ള രാജാക്കന്മാരെ നിഗ്രഹിച്ചു.
11Even Sihon king of the Amorite, And Og king of Bashan, And all kingdoms of Canaan.
11അമോര്യ്യരുടെ രാജാവായ സീഹോനെയും ബാശാന് രാജാവായ ഔഗിനെയും സകല കനാന്യരാജ്യങ്ങളെയും തന്നേ.
12And He gave their land an inheritance, An inheritance to Israel His people,
12അവരുടെ ദേശത്തെ അവന് അവകാശമായിട്ടു, തന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു അവകാശമായിട്ടു കൊടുത്തു.
13O Jehovah, Thy name [is] to the age, O Jehovah, Thy memorial to all generations.
13യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ നാമം ശാശ്വതമായും യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാപകം തലമുറതലമുറയായും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
14For Jehovah doth judge His people, And for His servants comforteth Himself.
14യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നു ന്യായപാലനം ചെയ്യും; അവന് തന്റെ ദാസന്മാരോടു സഹതപിക്കും.
15The idols of the nations [are] silver and gold, Work of the hands of man.
15ജാതികളുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങള് പൊന്നും വെള്ളിയും മനുഷ്യരുടെ കൈവേലയും ആകുന്നു.
16A mouth they have, and they speak not, Eyes they have, and they see not,
16അവേക്കു വായുണ്ടെങ്കിലും സംസാരിക്കുന്നില്ല; കണ്ണുണ്ടെങ്കിലും കാണുന്നില്ല;
17Ears they have, and they give not ear, Nose — there is no breath in their mouth!
17അവേക്കു ചെവിയുണ്ടെങ്കിലും കേള്ക്കുന്നില്ല; അവയുടെ വായില് ശ്വാസവുമില്ല.
18Like them are their makers, Every one who is trusting in them.
18അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നവര് അവയെപ്പോലെയാകുന്നു; അവയില് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്ന ഏവനും അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ.
19O house of Israel, bless ye Jehovah, O house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah,
19യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; അഹരോന്റെ ഗൃഹമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.
20O house of Levi, bless ye Jehovah, Those fearing Jehovah, bless ye Jehovah.
20ലേവിഗൃഹമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; യഹോവാഭക്തന്മാരേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന് .
21Blessed [is] Jehovah from Zion, Inhabiting Jerusalem — praise ye Jah!
21യെരൂശലേമില് അധിവസിക്കുന്ന യഹോവ സിയോനില്നിന്നു വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് .
