1A Psalm of David, `To cause to remember.` Jehovah, in Thy wrath reprove me not, Nor in Thy fury chastise me.
1യഹോവേ, ക്രോധത്തോടെ എന്നെ ശിക്ഷിക്കരുതേ. ഉഗ്രനീരസത്തോടെ എന്നെ ദണ്ഡിപ്പിക്കയുമരുതേ.
2For Thine arrows have come down on me, And Thou lettest down upon me Thy hand.
2നിന്റെ അസ്ത്രങ്ങള് എന്നില് തറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ കൈ എന്റെ മേല് ഭാരമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
3Soundness is not in my flesh, Because of Thine indignation, Peace is not in my bones because of my sin.
3നിന്റെ നീരസം ഹേതുവായി എന്റെ ദേഹത്തില് സൌഖ്യമില്ല; എന്റെ പാപം ഹേതുവായി എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളില് സ്വസ്ഥതയുമില്ല.
4For mine iniquities have passed over my head, As a heavy burden — too heavy for me.
4എന്റെ അകൃത്യങ്ങള് എന്റെ തലെക്കുമീതെ കവിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭാരമുള്ള ചുമടുപോലെ അവ എനിക്കു അതിഘനമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
5Stunk — become corrupt have my wounds, Because of my folly.
5എന്റെ ഭോഷത്വംഹേതുവായി എന്റെ വ്രണങ്ങള് ചീഞ്ഞുനാറുന്നു.
6I have been bent down, I have been bowed down — unto excess, All the day I have gone mourning.
6ഞാന് കുനിഞ്ഞു ഏറ്റവും കൂനിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് ഇടവിടാതെ ദുഃഖിച്ചുനടക്കുന്നു.
7For my flanks have been full of drought, And soundness is not in my flesh.
7എന്റെ അരയില് വരള്ച നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ദേഹത്തില് സൌഖ്യമില്ല.
8I have been feeble and smitten — unto excess, I have roared from disquietude of heart.
8ഞാന് ക്ഷീണിച്ചു അത്യന്തം തകര്ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിലെ ഞരക്കംനിമിത്തം ഞാന് അലറുന്നു. കര്ത്താവേ, എന്റെ ആഗ്രഹം ഒക്കെയും നിന്റെ മുമ്പില് ഇരിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ ഞരക്കം നിനക്കു മറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല.
9Lord, before Thee [is] all my desire, And my sighing from Thee hath not been hid.
9എന്റെ നെഞ്ചിടിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് വശംകെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ കണ്ണിന്റെ വെളിച്ചവും എനിക്കില്ലാതെയായി.
10My heart [is] panting, my power hath forsaken me, And the light of mine eyes, Even they are not with me.
10എന്റെ സ്നേഹിതന്മാരും കൂട്ടുകാരും എന്റെ ബാധ കണ്ടു മാറിനിലക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ചാര്ച്ചക്കാരും അകന്നുനിലക്കുന്നു.
11My lovers and my friends over-against my plague stand. And my neighbours afar off have stood.
11എനിക്കു പ്രാണഹാനി വരുത്തുവാന് നോക്കുന്നവര് കണിവെക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കു അനര്ത്ഥം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവര് വേണ്ടാതനം സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് ഇടവിടാതെ ചതിവു ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു.
12And those seeking my soul lay a snare, And those seeking my evil Have spoken mischievous things, And they do deceits meditate all the day.
12എങ്കിലും ഞാന് ചെകിടനെപ്പോലെ കേള്ക്കാതെ ഇരുന്നു; വായ്തുറക്കാതെ ഊമനെപ്പോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.
13And I, as deaf, hear not. And as a dumb one who openeth not his mouth.
13ഞാന് , കേള്ക്കാത്ത മനുഷ്യനെപ്പോലെയും വായില് പ്രതിവാദമില്ലാത്തവനെപ്പോലെയും ആയിരുന്നു.
14Yea, I am as a man who heareth not, And in his mouth are no reproofs.
14യഹോവേ, നിങ്കല് ഞാന് പ്രത്യാശ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ദൈവമായ കര്ത്താവേ, നീ ഉത്തരം അരുളും.
15Because for Thee, O Jehovah, I have waited, Thou dost answer, O Lord my God.
15അവര് എന്നെച്ചൊല്ലി സന്തോഷിക്കരുതേ എന്നു ഞാന് പറഞ്ഞു; എന്റെ കാല് വഴുതുമ്പോള് അവര് എന്റെ നേരെ വമ്പു പറയുമല്ലോ.
16When I said, `Lest they rejoice over me, In the slipping of my foot against me they magnified themselves.
16ഞാന് ഇടറി വീഴുമാറായിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ദുഃഖം എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ മുമ്പില് ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
17For I am ready to halt, And my pain [is] before me continually.
17ഞാന് എന്റെ അകൃത്യത്തെ ഏറ്റുപറയുന്നു; എന്റെ പാപത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ദുഃഖിക്കുന്നു.
18For mine iniquity I declare, I am sorry for my sin.
18എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളോ ജീവനും ബലവുമുള്ളവര്. എന്നെ വെറുതെ പകെക്കുന്നവര് പെരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
19And mine enemies [are] lively, They have been strong, and those hating me without cause, Have been multiplied.
19ഞാന് നന്മ പിന്തുടരുകയാല് അവര് എനിക്കു വിരോധികളായി നന്മെക്കു പകരം തിന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നു.
20And those paying evil for good accuse me, Because of my pursuing good.
20യഹോവേ, എന്നെ കൈവിടരുതേ; എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, എന്നോടകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ.
21Do not forsake me, O Jehovah, My God, be not far from me,
21എന്റെ രക്ഷയാകുന്ന കര്ത്താവേ, എന്റെ സഹായത്തിന്നു വേഗം വരേണമേ.
22Haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation!
